Next Up: Hunter Legendary!
A Nerubian Egg is a 2 mana 0/2 which summons a minion worth about 3.5 mana. This is 1/1 (strictly better for that kind of deathrattle than 0/2) which summons 2 3-drops AND draws a card. Balanced much?)
Hey, no one gave Shaveyou a Rogue Legendary! So I guess it's up to me to present to you:
Since it does not affect the game right away, it's basically a Worgen Infiltrator when you play it, so it's balanced. But it can have a great impact later on, and, most importantly, it's fun. It can get you some garbage and it can rid your opponent of their legendary MVP. Also, since your opponent would draw a card anyway after they surrender a minion to you, it makes its own contribution to Mill, following two core ideas of milling at once - exhausting your opponent's deck AND making them lose cards!

The trigger should work only if Mathias Shaw is on the battlefield. Otherwise, plain broken. Reveal a Dr. Boom, win the game.

And yet, getting a chance to burn Dr. Boom with one of many milling techniques is not considered broken. I don't even see anyone complaining about Mill Rogues at all, actually, although they sometimes do get to burn your valuable cards and it is pretty frustrating then. But thanks for the feedback)

Milling is pretty normal, it's parth of the game mechanics. Even copying is normal, although people feel cheated when a priest plays Thoughtsteal and ends up with two Booms. Stealing is not.

I'm sorry, but this argument literally disproves itself from the inside) You know, because you say A is okay and B is okay but A+B is not okay. I understand that MS combines two effects in one card but at the same time it is balanced by making both effects postponed.

Don't forget that milling a card is a one-time action (you can't mill more than a single Boom, since there can be only one Boom in deck - arena doesn't count, since milling is kinda impossible there), and Thoughtsteal is a spell, thus you need to expend a card just for the effect (and you can get 1 drops instead of valuable things). This combines both, costs less resources, protected by stealth and replayable by Youthful Brewmaster at the very least. And you can't get more than two thoughtsteals, while you technically can replay Mathias Shaw thrice. Its battlecry alone is worth a lot, knowing that you won't need to face a revealed minion on the enemy side is already 2-mana worth, since the opponent won't draw a card when the "recruited" minion is drawn, and a card draw is valued at about 2 mana. Then, "you draw a card" is also a 2-mana worth. Granted that both effects are postponed, the value should be multiplied by the expected match's length measured in deck length (0.5, since this is a strictly control-based card), making combined effect value 2 mana. And a Worgen Infiltrator on top. Total 3 mana worth of an effect for 1 mana. Broken. Not as broken as 5 mana for 1, but still broken.
More. Milling a card is pretty much not possible voluntarily if your entire deck isn't targeted to mill the opponent. So, to mill someone you are paying a deck's worth, it's an all-in on an attempt to drain the opponent of deck while not getting eliminated yourself. This is OK. Thoughtsteal is partially OK because it does two things: first, it's a 2-card advantage (Arcane Intellect is base for the effect) and second, it does not exhaust your own deck (let's say this is worth 1 mana per card saved with a potential of 0.5 deck length multiplier - total 1 mana worth of effect). This makes the card worth 4 mana but with a random downside (you don't control its possible base, the opponent is in control by building his deck). Great, but not broken. Your card does 3 mana worth of effect on a 1-mana card. This is broken.
Your words "A is okay, B is okay, A+B is not okay - wrong" are right only if the converted cost of a card that does both A and B is comparable with the sum of cards that do A and B respectively.
My 2 cents. The fact is stealing a card in some cases could literally destroy an entire deck: if you play a mill deck, the player you are facing could however try to avoid the burn and play straight just to empty its hand; if you copy a card in your opponent's deck, it's just another threat your enemy has to face; but if you steal an opponent's minion, the value you get from this card could be insane. Stealing Antonidas in a mech mage, a fel reaver in a mech shaman, Justicar trueheart in a control warrior/priest, tyrion (lol'd), Jaraxxus or Mal'ganis in a demonlock or even Malygos in a maly-whatever deck would make your opponent insta-concede. Not to mention if you steal something like Dr. Boom, Harrison Jones, Alexstrasza, Grommash, Sylvanas, you basically are silencing and killing them adding a copy of it into your hand.

Ok, NOW I see your point and I see how it makes sense. Thanks for such a detailed analysis!
Yeah, I gotta admit, I mostly think of WoW lore first and then adapt my cards to it. So here you have a Naaru that goes from light to dark and back again and on and on (until it gets killed by, like, anything). But I think Entropius does imply some interesting gameplay strategies, like alternating between offensive and defensive turns maybe (while, for example, Shadowform makes you go offensive for the entirety of the game).
The reason I chose this order (Entropius then M'uru) is because in other case you could drop M'uru turn 1 and then the next turn have a free charging 4/2.
A 1 mana Warrior Legendary!
Token Card:
Apologies for the hammer art, didn't have anything better in stock.
Give me a Rogue Legendary please!
Check out my entrant for the WCDC 9.12: Bilgewater Highroller
If this seems OP, keep in mind: she can only be played on the earliest turns of the game. She could be a dead topdeck, or a tempo-gaining nightmare.

EDIT: Totally forgot to include his quotes.
Summon: Hey! You! You look like SI:7 material...
Trigger: Welcome to Stormwind Intelligence.
Attack: I have to do everything myself...
Death: Carry on... with the operation...
Next up - Mage!
Um, 1 mana to drop 3 creatures, two get triggered to become 2/1 in an instant?! And murlocs to add insult to injury. Broken as hell.
The trigger should work only if Mathias Shaw is on the battlefield. Otherwise, plain broken. Reveal a Dr. Boom, win the game.
There is a lot of steak here...

And just a quick reminder to everyone: MAGE!
Next up is: Hunter
Face Hunter love.
This is balanced. The negative effect is that it can only attack face, for which it's granted +2 Attack from the vanilla 1/1 charge beast.
Next up is Rogue.
Next up is Priest
Priest it is then.

Next up: Warrior
With Brewmaster this is nuts.
This effect is that Broxigar will deals his damage first and if that minion he attacks died, Broxigar will not receive the damage.
For instance, using Broxigar to attack a 3/2 Bloodfen Raptor will resulting in Broxigar alive with 3/1 and that Bloodfen Raptor dies.
Next: Hunter
Next Class: Druid
