I'd like to get some final feedback and submit it.
@ech0FX I am pretty sure that there were no Gryphonhawk Riders in Classic. I'd suggest you to take some Shaman artwork if you want to stick to this concept. @Tuvx The design is alright. The only objection is that the card is slightly too good.
Just went with this. Anyone any feelings on any adjustments I might add?
Prince Thunderaan
Prince Thunderaan is the wielder of the [Thunderfury] a legendary sword that is obtainable by WoW players through a difficult quest series beginning in the Molten Core. Thunderfury typically a Tank/Dps/PvP Sword but I've taken some liberties and made the weapon Class-Dependent/Flavoured in Hearthstone. I thought it was nice to return that class-loot feel from WoW to a card.
Warrior/Rogue/Hunter casting Prince Thunderaanget the MeleeThunderfury. Priest/Mage/Warlock get the CasterThunderfury. Being weapon wielding hybrids, I liked having Shaman/Paladin beingable tochoose either Melee/Caster. Druids, however, get a unique version as giving Druid normal use of a Legendary weapon felt wrong. They get to treat the weapon as a ForceThunderfury, brutally unleashing it in an uncontrolled, non-weapon expert way.
Slower than Melee, but harnessing the magical essence of Thunderfury reaps powerful results.
Force Thunderfury (Druid only)
Druids don't wield or harness magical weapons, they smash them open, unleashing the destructive power. Attacking immediately would mean destroying the Prince Thunderaan too!!
I haven't seen them tbh. Were they any good? Even if they were quite good that would be my second idea I'd have to give up after polishing =/ (first was Jammal'an the Prophet & Ogom the Wretched but the idea couldn't be used on a minion that costs less than 6)

I dunno I just felt an urge to participate, just for fun. Played to an empty board, it's a crappy 2/2 for 3, but most of the time it's a 3/3 for 3 at worst, even if you waste the silence. Might be fun with Wailing Soul (I said fun, not playable). Thoughts? Has it been done?

Stats-wise, it's better than Ironbeak Owl orSpellbreaker by half a stat if it silences one minion and nothing is already silenced. Which is fine, because it is a class card. It would replace either of those in any warlock deck that includes them, especially since it has the potential to be larger if one of your minions is silenced. Definitely seems like a viable card.
This is is my first ever contest entrant. I wanted something Dragon related as I like the theme. I always thought Ysera's card Dream was cool, and figured and wanted to create an Ironbeak Owl type minion with Sap's effect. I also didn't require the player to have a dragon, because not everyone likes dragon decks and is great for aggro, tempo, combo, or control.
I think the effect is great for both offensive and defensive purposes. Youthful Brewmaster is cool, but doesn't help if you are behind the 8 Ball and need to bounce an enemy minion. Kidnapper is just bad altogether considering you can play Sap for two, which can double a Rogue's bounce ability or free up two spots for other tech.
I look forward to feedback both positive or negative.
I must admit, Firebolts, I never heard of this reference, but, after looking it up, it gave me a good laugh whatever it's about :D. I began wow after BC, but even though I'm a little late to the party on it, I'm going to add it as yr right, too good not to include. Both ridiculous and great. You'll get the credit :).
Awesome, the submission topic just got completely reordered because like 20 deleted posts were reinstated. Why is no one reading the rules before posting?
There is so many ways to do this guy. He says "Release the Hounds" when you damage him. Originally they were hyena's but cataclysm made them the mastiffs you see in UTH. What does everyone think of this design?
The stats are a wee bit too strong. He should at LEAST be a 3/3, if not a 2/3

You should think about finding different art, there's no shortage of sleeping dragons out there. Stats wise, I'd just switch it to be a 2/1, because remember, a 2/1 is much better than a 1/2.

Thanks. The art was what came up on an image search for dreaming whelp. That was the best of the bunch. Stat wise 2/1 or 1/2, don't matter much to me.
Hi guys, I wanted to make a warlock card that made the discard mechanic a little more reliable (or at least to have more ways to play with it) and I made these...
I like this one the most since it's really simple and I think its stats are balanced... although I should change the text so it would only count cards you have discarded.
I know I misspelled Satyr here... and I'm not sure if it's balanced.
Not sure about this one as a legendary since its effect is really underwhelming but I wasn't sure if it should be a normal minion either (maybe running two of these to get 8 cards back into your deck would be too much?)
What do you guys think? Which one do you like the most?
Putting cards into your deck isn't something positive most of the time. "To hand" for the legendary would be perfectly reasonable. Maybe cap it at 4 or something.
@Gombou_22 - I like the Satyr effect, but I think you should put it on Xandivious. Seems like a legendary effect, similar to Saraad. Plus, legendaries seem to be hot this week.
As much as I liked my Felhunter idea (The only basic Warlock summon not in the game yet) I wanted to play around with discard since it was slightly pushed in TGT. The dealbreaker with discard seemed to be the RNG, but allowing players to choose what to discard seems too strong. Would this be a good middle ground?
You have some control, and "rightmost" is significant because it discards things that are created (Worthless Imps, Spare Parts, or other cards like...
With all these posts being deleted on the submission page, wouldn't it be better to just delete them and not have some posts stay up with just the word 'deleted'? It would seem unfair for 'runner up cards' (Cards tat aren't the highest on their page, but still can reach the finals) to not make it because their page has less submissions then another (When it comes down to calculating the runner up cards) because some people didn't know they shouldn't post comments in the submission topic.
That, or make a penalty for posting non-submissions there.

Melee Thunderfury (Warrior/Rogue/Hunter/Shaman/Paladin)
A Cleave mechanic for Weapon expert classes. Only loses Durability if Cleave effect occurs.
Caster Thunderfury (Mage/Priest/Warloc/Shaman/Paladin)
Slower than Melee, but harnessing the magical essence of Thunderfury reaps powerful results.
Force Thunderfury (Druid only)
Druids don't wield or harness magical weapons, they smash them open, unleashing the destructive power. Attacking immediately would mean destroying the Prince Thunderaan too!!
There have been a lot of Whitemane/Mograine cards this week. Are you sure you want to do another?

Why didn't you post flavor text for this card? You missed the beautiful opportunity for 'Did someone say Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker?'.

@Crovax998
I think the effect is too "simple". There are already other cards with the same effect.
Apart from that, wouldn't it be better to use a green dragon whelp instead of a black one?

@ Aaronerios - That is ridiculously OP, since it can only be killed with spells or battlecry effects.
