Slice and Dice: To powerfull, this is basicly a strickly always better Headcrack that can target minions. Also the wording could be a bit better: "Deal 4 damage. Combo: Increase the cost by 2 and return this card to your hand afterwards.
Tame Beast: A worse Mind Control, however I still think the cost is to low. I'd say the cost should be at least 5.
Purge: Kind of strange, so it removes freeze and such from a minion without silencing it?
Throwing Axe: Two guaranteed damage per turn lategame is VERY powerful, even without the immune effect. I'd change the weapon to: "Can only target minions. Inspire: Gain +1 durability." This means it at least won't be able to be used to deal 2 damage to the face every turn and you would still take damage when attacking.
Moonkin: Well, This is almost like saying "3 cost, 1/3, Battlecry: Deal 2 damage to two targets. I think if it only gave you 1 moonfire it would be enough.
Prismatic Crystal: Nice card, I like it.

Yeah I know that some of them are Broken but even if i nerf them the card would remain mostly the same, and about Slice and Dice yeah i wanted to only target hero and also the alpha version was 1 mana will change probably. About Purge it removes every effect, buffed attack/ health? Can be removed.Silenced Thaurissan? NP Purge him and you have his discounts again. About Throwing Axe i think it is balanced, it is mostly a control weapon you want early turns, it can be destroyed and if you want to keep it early you lose tempo when you Heropower. About tame beast i think is balanced too since beast usually are low cost or atleast the most played atm. Moonkin is still a 1.3 for 3, very good against aggro but against control not at all.
EDIT: Balanced SaD Now its a Headcrack but it returns immediately after using it and increases the cost and Moonkin
I didn't like the Slice n'Dice, i hate headcrack, for me it's the worst spell in the game and couldn't even see any possibilite to have another spell like that. I liked a lot of Tame Beast, maybe very situacional but works like that legendary that kills a beast, maybe a bit very op. But nice cards. Purge is just like anti silence? I liked the idea, good cards we don't have in hs something like that yet
Edit: Soulwell is nice, i would like to see something like: your hero power no longs damage you or your hero power now cures you, would be something different and maybe good for warlock.

Interesting concepts.
Slice n' Dice - Don't make this card too much like Headcrack, give it something that makes it special, how about +1 attack and +1 mana cost.
That's all I really have to say, the rest looks good and nice Healthstone concept, really good for mill warlock.
