Okay, I don't really have any opening words, so I'll just get straight into it.
I've had an idea for a card like this for quite a while now. The only problem is that it didn't really fit in well with Rogue yet, even though the mechanic was very flavorful. I mean, there were cards like Trade Prince Gallywix and Gang Up, but an epic to only synergize with two other class cards would be kind of weird, right? Well, now there's Burgle, and I think with that this card is in a pretty good spot. Of course there are some neutrals to synergize with it as well, such as Chromaggus, Ysera, Nefarian, Gazlowe, Spare Parts... and Lorewalker Cho maybe? Then there's also the new Nexus-Champion Saraad, although I don't know why you would want to use Inspire as Rogue :^)
I really like the new joust mechanic. It seems like something with great potential, but we don't know yet if it acctually will be good. Anyway, I stumbled across this art and was like "I like turtles!" So I decided to make it into a joust card! I'm not sure if it makes a lot of sense thematically, but I guess it could be the rival of the Gadgetzan Jouster or something. And since it's a bandit, it kind of makes sense to like snatch up people, maybe you could kidnap a recent winner of a joust and get some ransom for it? Um, anyway, the card guarantees to draw a minion (if you win the joust), but your opponent also sees what card you get and can therefore prepare for it. So it's pretty balanced. I definetly think Blizzard will make a card with this effect, but probably different cost/stats and theme though.
I acctually made this card before TGT even was announced, but with TGT this card makes much more sense! It practically prevents your opponent from using their hero power, unless they have some trick up their sleeve, but it's an interesting counter to Inspire nonetheless. I don't know what more to say about it to be honest :p
Anyway, I hope you liked the cards or something... leave a comment if you have any thoughts :) (btw I have more card ideas but I don't want to overload all of them, I might make some other posts or something)
Look, it makes sense because he either asks for an assistant when he becomes inspired, or a test subject! Not really, um, that goodbut... it combos with the Ethereum Smuggler and also it's pretty funny :)
Mmmh for your Wastewander Jouster I presume you speak about the ennemy minion just revealed? Because this is not exactly what you wrote on the texte card ^^ .
No I meant your own card, although it would be hillarious to just take the opponent's minion xD
The thing is that taking cards from your opponent is kind of distruptive, Blizzard has said (I think) that they wont make cards like that. Some decks rely on one or more minions, and taking away one of those with rng would be kind of rude :P
And with the theme, I know it makes more sense if a bandit kidnaps the opponent's jouster, but you know bandits can't always be trusted... xD

Oh, and another card:
