I think something went wrong. I downloaded it, but non of the pictures are showing up for me. I tried to view one, but it keeps opening in windoms image viewer and not showing them. Is there any way to solve this? Or is there any way to open the images in an alternate image viewer?

Which one? The update or main gallery with all the pictures? I've downloaded both now and I got no problems.. I use WinRAR to open and extract .rar and .zip files. Do you use WinRAR, 7zip or something else?
I think you are doing something wrong since no one else is posting errors and I got no problems with it when using WinRAR
I actually don't like this format having looked into its requirement more. I have to download all these weird apps to extract .rar files on my windows laptop. Is there any way to do this without any of those programs? Because if not, I'm not doing it.

What the hell r u talking about? U dont like to extract files from rar? What all wierd apps? u need just one ... or just use total commander.
He cant post 4k pics one by one ... he has to put it all in rar.
"ALL these weird apps" ? Relax drama queen, it's one program, whose name is also well known all over the internet. And it's also pretty weird to never have seen a .zip or .rar file before. Many downloads on the internet requires you to gather files into one file in order to transfer, which is the only thing WinRar does. It's such a basic function in our modern world that I even think a .zip/.rar extractor program is included with your Windows or Mac OS, unless you pirated your OS.. But pirating your OS would mean you downloaded some .rar file..
At first I wanted to store this gallery on the internet somewhere, so we could just go to a URL instead of all of us downloading a folder of nearly 1GB. I thought Pinterest, Imgur or something like that could help me. But Pinterest doesn't let you search within just one "Panel", it searches the whole site or user, Pinterest only allows you to upload one picture at a time unless you have some kind of special access, which is out of the question with 4000 pics. And Imgur is slow as hell when it comes to searching through an album like this.
With all the pictures in a folder on your PC, you can write "druid" in the search field, and 1.3 seconds Windows has exluded all pictures that doesn't have "druid".
But I'm still looking for a image hosting site that works like a Windows folder. A huge bunch of pictures where each picture has tags, and searching on tags quickly exclude other pictures that doesn't have that the tags you searched with. Only problem we end up with if we find this dream site, is that Hearthcards.net requires you to upload from your computer, so you would have to download the picture from this dream site and then upload it to Hearthcards.net.
Both positive and negative things about having it on your own PC, and until we find this dream site we need to stick with having the folder on our own PCs anyway.
Might be close to a breakthrough that could bring fourth a huge collaboration, a shared pool of pictures where everyone can contribute WITH the search function we need.
Flickr's search function is very quick, but I need to test it more to see if it has any limitations.
Also, it seems you need to be a member at Flickr to be able to see the group's pool of pictures. Can anyone else go to the link below and check this? Both those who don't have a Flickr account and those who have.
If this works, I have a feeling most people would prefer making a Flickr account (actually you only need an Yahoo acount), instead of downloading a 1GB .zip file and storing it at your PC. If we get this Flickr group to work, it will not get update chunks, but continuously get updated by its members.

And will we be able to see what pics r new and what r not? I mean 4k+ is a crapload of pics and when someone adds 10 or 100 r we rly gonna have to look for them in all those 4k? that feels stupid :X
People would have to use the tag structure I made on new pictures they find and upload. You can search through all the pictures in the "Search Pool" field up right. Don't know if you can sort by "upload date" but not sure if that would be a huge problem, you would simply see one day with a search on "worgen" that a new picture has been uploaded, or we could make a thread where members post what they uploaded if they uploaded like 10+ pictures.
I don't really give many shits if it's on Flickr or a folder, as this collection of fantasy art is something I've done mainly for my own current and future projects, and figured I just shared it here since it didn't cost me that much extra time

But thats totaly stupid still ... how the hell do i know if new pics r worgen or human knight? (so i go and look for worgen tags) I want to see all new pics and choose which i like, not randomly stumble upon them when im looking for one specific :(
But i get what ur saying, u did it mostly for yourself and ur sharing it with us by choise, so i guess i shouldnt be too demanding :P
In your initial topic you say that lore characters have the tag "legend" in their name, yet in one of the example you give you have Zul'jin with no "legend" tag.

Or am I doing something wrong? It downloads, then I click on it, then the .rar opens, but I can't view the pictures.
How exactly do I extract the data?

I just click the file in the bothem left of my page after downloading, but inside the file, I can't open the pictures.
Maybe I'm doing something stupidly wrong...
Can anyone show me some form of step by step guide of how this is supposed to work? Because clearly, I'm not doing it right.

Ok, all I had to do was just press 'extract' inside the file.
I feel dumb now. Sorry for all the trouble.
