Here it is. My final idea. In theory, you can kill the Imp you summon for your opponent to gain more Imps, but in practice your opponent is likely to sacrifice the initial Imp themselves.
This is good for Demon-synergy decks as an Imp farm, and also allows you to mess with your opponent's board, potentially ruining a combo. And even if the Imps end up just running into each other, you still get a Chillwind Yeti out of it.
I also had to make it an Imp summoner, it's right there in the art!
Edit: Consolidated the Battlecry and Fatality into one to reduce the text.
When you play before other minions, your other minions have to wait for another turn to utilize its effect (unless it has charge). If you summon this after other minions, you have to wait for a turn before Maiev can attack and your other minions can get killed during that turn. So, for most of times, this is just a "Fatality: Gain Windfury" effect. However, if you met the requirement, this and Savage Roar is probably straight forward lethal.
Summon when Illidan Stormrage is on opponent's side of the board:Illidan Stormrage, for recklessly endangering countless lives and threatening the very balance of the world, I hereby sentence you to death!
The Fatality mechanic on this minion simultaneously increases your current and maximum health, similar in effect to minion Health boosting cards like Power Word: Shield. For example, if you current health was 26 and your maximum health was 30, your current health would become 28 and your maximum health would become 32.
Card based on Quest from Maximillian of Northshire Questline. (Click Here To Check Out The Quest.) The quest was based off of Don Quixote. Hilarity ensue if you look up or do this quest.
Fatality - Whenever this kills a minion, do something. While this minion is on the battlefield, your weapon will not lose durability when used to trade with minions.
So, I made this card. Why is it legendary? Because it is a relevant piece of somewhat-known wow lore. Why s the ability kind of bad? Because of aforementioned lore

For balancing I compared this to Piloted Sky Golem. They have the same cost but this one has one more stat point. One more stat point is probably fine considering that this is a class card. However that's only true if the abilities are worth the same. Piloted Sky Golem is almost guaranteed to drop a 4 cost minion on your side. This has a chance of dropping one or more random cost minions on your side. I think it's pretty even. Your opponent will have a chance to kill this card before it has a chance to activate it's ability. And even when it does activate there is probably somewhere in the neighborhood of a 20% chance that the top card of your opponent's deck is a spell and nothing happens. That is offset by the potential to drop more than one random minion on your side. So, I think it's balanced. Might be a bit strong as a Demon, but, it might not. I think it would still fail to knock Sylvanas out of that 6 slot in most decks.
She really knows how to hit on the guys. Strange how she's never gotten a second date.

Have this on board, kill a minion, Force of Nature plus Savage Roar combo for 37 damages.
