Farseer: seems strong, until you realize even Magic Missiles hit it for 2 damage each tick. Any class with a cheap damage spell can deal with it. Might be better at 5 mana or 3/4.
Leoric: does 'effects' mean Battlecries? Another prime Silence candidate in Paladin. Borderline overpowered when you already have a board.
Lor'themar: ridiculous with any attack buffs if it survives. Like Warrior Inner Rage+Taskmaster combos.
I originally thought to make Lor'Themar a 3 instead of 4. But maybe a 2 would be more balanced.
And I may have misstyped Leoric's effect. I intended it to make it like Arcane Nullifier X-21, but for all other friendly minions instead of itself.
Nothing overly fancy, just fun stuff that, I think, would be cool additions to the game.

Leoric is a bit too good compared to Sunwalker. I'd probably increase his mana cost to 9.
