Yeh, Fungal Giant is a bit OP even at 4 mana. 5 mana might be good though, but at that point you should just make it cost 1 more for each minion on the board.
Ful Hunter though is pretty powerful as well. Even as a class card, he should probably only do 1 damage if he is a common.
I like Nullvoid and Abyssal , but not sure if Cho'gall is to powerful or not, have you considered giving him Clumsy?
Fungal Giant is maybe too cheap. For clarity I also think you should add 2 mana to its cost and change it to "minions" rather than "characters", that way it'll be easier to understand and it won't drop from Piloted Shredder.
Cho'gall might be a little strong too, especially since it's an end of turn effect. Maybe at least make it a start of turn effect to put it in line with Demolisher. He has the potential to be as strong as Ragnaros the Firelord for less mana.

I do like the other three cards though.
Fungal Giant was a stretch for me honestly. I wanted to keep it similar to the other giants. But they've sorta used all the possibilities relating to minions numbers.
I agree with you about cho'gall possibly being a mini-ragnoros for cheap. Perhaps M_Surges idea about giving him the clumsy would even it out. Lore wise it bugs me. He's the most powerful ogre spell caster. I feel like he wouldn't be stupid enough to attack the wrong minion. He's tough however. Yeti + 4 damage insta proc for 6 mana. Honestly I agree start of turn is a better alternative because he's tough enough to survive a few blows. If he did have clumsy however, I think end of turn would be fine.

Fungal Giant is iffy. Minimum mana requirement for him is 4 mana.
