Wow those are OP! Only one of them should have the "resummon" ability, even then they'd be pretty damn strong. Right now, you can play the Charge and sack him into a minion and at the end of your turn get two back from the other two's resummon ability. Then it'd just become damn near impossible to kill all of them and it'd be a whole big mess. Extremely Op card hahaha!
Yes, it's still OP. The biggest problem is that all three minions are capable of resummoning the entire set. Even if the timing is a bit slower now, someone still needs to deal 12 damage (split 3/6/3) in order to actually kill off any of the Vikings.
It's like facing down someone with two Kel'Thuzads (a feat which always requires 2 cards, and typically requires two turns) - yes, it can be done, but it requires a huge amount of effort or just the right cards AND it means that you're not dealing with anything else on the board.
(And that doesn't even address the fact that you've got 12 mana worth of minion here even without the resummoning ability).

If you really want to do this, I would slow it down MUCH more.
Eric the Swift [10 mana] 3/3 - Charge At the end of your turn, summon Baleog the Fierce if he is not already in play. (only collectible card)
Baleog the Fierce [7 mana] 4/3 - Windfury At the start of your turn, summon Olaf the Stout if he is not already in play. (token)
Olaf the Stout [7 mana] 2/6 - Taunt At the end of your opponent's turn, summon Eric the Swift if he is not already in play. (token)
