Sounds interesting, however i think the hero power would be more in line with lore if it would have two random outcomes in line with the conflict his two heads have.
Maybe a one more defensive and the other more aggressive?
Interesting. I thought about more complex hero powers a little bit but you can't really make hero powers too complex or they lose their consistency and value.
Gazrilla and Antonidas are the only 7 drops that aren't 1 card removal bait Hunter needs it with all the nerfs while Antonidas is usually a win condition that requires building your deck around him. Give him 7 attack or drop him to 6 hp and I'd see this as balanced.
Not sure. It is a class card so that allows it to be powerful and it's effect does not have board impact and cannot be played the same turn as Cho'Gall unless you play him me on turn nine. also, the strength of demons is highly variable and it could voidwalkers to your hand or lord jaraxxus.
Yeah lol. I feel that the above stated cards (with the exception of flame leviathan) are neat concepts that just don't really suit any play styles in particular. However I have seen Neptulon played a fair bit and if Cho'Gall were added to the game it may make the final push for demonlock to be viable, thus adding more variety in warlock.

Troggzor.
There's about 12 6 drops and 4 or 5 5 drops that deal with him 1 for 1(a few even live) if you look from outside of an empty board vacuum.

Savannah Highmane, Piloted Sky Golem, Vol'jin and Fire Elemental are the only ones that can easily trade 1 for 1 which you see regularly played. There are plenty of others, but again, not regularly played. You've got to be pretty desperate or a bad player, too, if you drop Troggzor on a board with a minion that can trade into it 1 for 1 without taking out their minion.
The concept is nice, though Cho'gall barely has anything to do with demons as a character. Does this give you demon tokens too? Will it be possible to get two Jaraxxus cards in a game, or two Mal'ganis cards, for example?

Cho'Gall only gives demon cards, but I feel that if this card was added it would probably need a bunch of new demon cards to go with to add more diversity to the given cards.

My go to response to that is Flame Leviathan granted Prophet Velen Malorne and even Neptulon probably want to have a word with you
Edit: Velen not Valen.

However Troggzor can be a pain to remove without summoning a burly rock jaw trog.
