Mind- protector give a minion taunt is critical for defance .

it will be abit over power if it will be +3 attak and +3 health if only 3 health is finr i geuss but for this cost?

I think giving 2/4 or 3/3 and Taunt is the right amount, compared to Velen's Chosen. Velen's Chosen get +1 spell damage instead of taunt.
Exiled Protector should be at least an epic, and possibly legendary comparing to Captain Greenskin.
