I looked at this card originally and I thought, you know, it's a card, and you play this card. The card will be that card that you play so you're playing a card. So, it is one thing to play a card. If you're opponent doesn't really have any cards, the card will screw up the card pretty hard, and that means it's a pretty good card.
As far as I am aware, any minion that has a "name" (like a persons name) is legendary and the others have generic names (like how "human" is the generic non-scientific name for our species).
Also, in general the all-caps ALL is used to deliberately emphasize the fact that the effect affects both your and their minions. "ALL enemy" is not a phrase that appears on any cards I'm aware of. Counterexamples include Mass Dispel, Starfall, and Arcane Explosion.

I was never a fan of this type of cards. "Defeatist" cards are just feel bads in general since you can only play them once your in a loosing position, in which case… you're probably still going to loose. It's not a healthy way to design cards.

Do you play any handlock? :) Comeback cards are so much better than "win-more" cards. As an epic you'd almost always have this in your hand, along with Molten Giants... it'd be super strong.

Handlock is not in a loosing position since they have been drawing cards for the past 6 turns and have been clearing the board. Paladin cannot reliably draw cards, and a Hellfire is way more efficient than a Consecration.

We're talking about a theoretical Paladin deck though, so it's hard to compare. And the handlock IS in a losing position based on current health.. which is the only comparison we are making here. You wouldn't need Hellfire, because you just play THIS CARD that crushes their entire board (doing more AOE damage than any other card printed ever and also giving you a 5/5 minion with divine shield on the board).

Overcosted until the right time comes. The effect is quite strong, but the disadvantage of being blank until you are at low HP is balancing it imho.
^^ What s/he said.

op, also he should be a Legendary
I love the idea but yeah, the effect is probably slightly too good. Maybe 3 damage to all enemies? And yeah... legendary!

Even if you would cut out the minion and just let it be a spell, it would still be playable... I like the idea but it's op as hell :P
