Rhonin is actually perfectly costed and balanced, well done!
Enchanted robe feels like it's mimicing velen's chosen, but it's a really cool idea especially with mage cards like arcane explosion and arcane missiles.
Hm, what if Master of Frost froze random target instead? It would help against weapons, and also make it weaker against minions.
Rhonin looks interesting, though "Choose one" not on druid feels weird. Is secret completely random, or from hand/deck? Not sure if "play" is right word here. Maybe like on Mad Scientist, "put on battlefield"?
Robe...on one hand, it feels balanced, but it also gives 2 spellpower cheaper than anything currently available. Also could be too strong with Sorcerer's Apprentices.

The secret is random from all secrets ingame, not from your hand or deck, the concept behind Rhonin is to generate card advantage for a super lategame mage deck without forcing you to draw from your deck.
First off, I'd like to say you're art is spectacular, I really enjoy these images.
So far as analyzing the cards:
Master of Frost has the right stats and is well balanced. It's an Epic and it's a class card, along with both of it's abilities being random. Compare the abilities and stats to Frost Elemental; a card that has a more powerful ability and is still unplayable competitively.
Rhonin is horribly underpowered for his cost; he should be at least a 5/7. It's not as if you're playing the Unstable Portals for free, you just get them in your hand from nowhere. The random secret is nowhere near as powerful as two Doombots accompanying a 7/7 body. The most appropriate card to compare this to is Neptulon, even though there is a cost disparity. Rhonin cannot guarantee being a game changer because his body is so weak and his ability random, Archmage Antonidas can, Dr. Doom can, Neptulon can. I agree with Thiron when he says that the "Choose One" element of this card is misplaced, I recommend keeping it to only the Unstable Portals.
Enchanted Robe feels marginally underpowered. 2 spellpower is a big deal, but considering Ancient Mage gives out 2 spellpower along with developing a 2/5 body for one more mana the 2 health seems a little lackluster. The comparison to Velen's Chosen has already been made, but I'll provide a different outlook on it: that one additional spellpower is comparable to +2/+2. I'll take the +2/+2 every time over +1 spellpower. There should be a total of 4 stats added here IMO, and I would recommend they be +1/+3 along with the additional +2 spellpower. Because it is common and not rare one could argue that it should only offer +1/+2, but I still feel it deserves the stronger stats.

Master of frost should be a 3/3 or cost 5 mana.

Yeah, when I made Master of Frost I had really hard time fiding the right stats, they either were to weak or to good for her cost.

Thanks for the cards!
