The health seems kinda pointless. If on average, you get ~1 taunt that dies before this can be removed (Since it can be cleared by pretty much anything that isn’t trading), it gives you a 1/3, so that’s 3/11 total stats, 1 drawn card, and 1 health restored. Why even bother with restoring health? Insignificant health gain on average and the card draw/stats are much more noticeable, and just makes the text look ridiculous. Also I think it feels too low pressure for the payoff, considering how easy it is to remove. I would think a better baseline would be 0/4 and instead of gaining +1/1, just gain 1 attack when a taunt dies.
I think if I was going to design the card though, I would do away with the growth mechanic/Deathrattle and instead just make the card with the effect: “When a friendly taunt minion dies, draw a card. [b]Battlecry:[/b] Summon 2 Silverback Patriarchs” It would essentially do the same thing, but in a less convoluted way.

Hello, I just wanna share my idea of Silverback Matriarch. I know there is a lot of text but would love a card like this.
I would probably add that minimum number for the effect is 0. The Ape tokens would be Silverback Patriarch.
"Minion to minion the basic of all combats, only a fool trusts his win to an OTK"
When your card text is 5 lines long, it won't get much praise here. The text also isn't consistant with cards already in the game.
Also, this both complicated and underpowered.
