How do I submit a card design to participate in custom card competition? Do I wait for the next round to start? Or do I simply post it here as a new thread?
The idea is to continue on the design of Fatespinner, which has text: Choose a Deathrattle (Secretly) - Deal 3 damage to all minions; or Give them +2/+2. I don't think it's a good design because it encourages trading in both paths.
My card is attached. When played alongside friendly minions, the opponent has to decide to 1) go face; 2) trade with other minions first; or 3) kill this minion first. All paths have the potential of significant payoff/punishment.
When countered correctly, this is just a 2 mana 2/2, otherwise, this card can summon a bunch of treants.
The name of it gives me a headache trying to say and you spelled "sommon" wrong on it. and it is broken. 2 mana 12/12? yeah no. The only way to counter it is by silencing it.
Honestly the effect seems far too powerful for a 2 mana card with reasonable stats.
Fatespinner was 5 mana so it came down significantly later when some decks look to be closing out games. It could also have negative repercussions damaging all minions. This card has a 4+ mana effect attached to it and it would be almost auto win in some cases with the new innervate card alongside strong early drops.

So you think this should be 4 mana instead? Interesting
The effect is too powerful for 2 mana. It has almost no downside to playing it, it sounds fun trying to mindgame but ultimately there is no risk to the user only to the opponent. If they guess the 50% wrong, they lose. Against a 2 mana card,
It's easy to get a large board as aggro/treant druid - e.g. Gibbering, coin (spellblast summons Gibbering), Blazing Battlemage, Lightning Bloom (spellblast summons Gibbering) your treant card. 5 minions on turn 1. Opponent guesses it's the first effect kills it and loses on turn 2 because 4 minions have soul of the forest.
It needs to be a higher mana cost with worse stats per mana. Like 4 mana 3/3 or something

This card would be good with Animated Broomstick summon treants give them rush trade then play this card and resummon them

But I don't know if it justifies 4 mana cost. When comboed with broomstick, it's a soul of the forest with 2/2 body. Playing alone, best case it's a delayed soul of the forest, because you don't guarantee the board of 2/2s
On another note it's always better to kill the other minions first if you aren't ignoring it.
Either A). 'maybe' they summon a 2/2 or B). they definitely summon a 2/2.
But if "summon a 2/2 for each friendly minion died this turn" was selected, it's best to kill it before you kill other minions, in which case it's just a 2/2 without an effective deathrattle.

Hello, a question please.
How do I submit a card design to participate in custom card competition? Do I wait for the next round to start? Or do I simply post it here as a new thread?

Yeah I fixed the typo.
As for balancing, I don't think you factored in how difficult to get a full board.
So you think this should be 4 mana instead? Interesting

Guess you mean Animated Broomstick?
Yeah, I see how it can be broken that way.
