Hey everyone ! My finals are over at last ! This means I'll have a few days off so I'll try to spend some time on the competition. My submission is pretty much done, thanks to great feedback so I'll probably post this week-end, maybe event today. In the meantime, I think it's my turn to give in depth feedback on my follow competitior's ideas. Here we go :
"Above the Sky, in the country of the Angels, a great troubles are taking place. After the attack on Dalaran, the people above the skies are now scared of the earthlings, and some began to question the autority of the King Melkhiel. Negociations were inefficient, and an insurgency take a city and claim independance ! Even if the King is open to discussion, the rebels are violent, and determined to destroy the Kingdom of the Skies, and you must stop them !"
This adventure is centered on the Kingdom above the Skies, a realm above Azeroth, and usually not interested by the events on the ground. But with the recent and terrible changes under the cloud the two worlds are now a little closer and the King Melkhiel ask help from everywhere ! In this adventure, you will fight rebellious and violent people from azeroth, but also from the sky, and you will face some of the most powerful flying person ! Fly is a new keyword (intimately linked to my fan class the King), allowing character to bypass Taunt and protect it from damage which are not directly targeting it.
Wing One : The entrance of Al Merald
The King welcomed you on land, looking at the city floating above. He can surely fly to the entrance, but you are not gifted with wings, and so you must penetrate in another way. It will not be simple, but if you want to end this mysterious rebellion, you must take the front door, with all the problems which this option brings !
Boss 1 : The Dragon Tamer
First to go in the City, you must take a little elevation ! Fortunatly for you, even if you don't have wings, you can ride a dragon ! Well, if the Dragon tamer let you ride his friends, and you must convince him... With brute strenght, of course.
He has orders, and they are simple, nobody enter and nobody leave the city ! And if you want to save the city, he will be your first serious foe ! Him, and all the guards he has under his command, of course. And they are quite numerous.
And furthermore, to add a little flavour and difficulty, he will begin the fight with the door on his side !
Who is he ? A mysterious and powerful person, indeed. He came to see who is causing such a mess at the entrance, and he does not like when a plan is foiled by some little nosey parkers !
I hope that you will find that pleasent ! Of course I put that i the discussion topic because I am unsure that it will be good enough (and I am also unsure of my spelling, I hope that I didn't make to much mistakes x). And I am of course open to suggestion if this is too bad or unbalanced !
Theme : Great stuff ! Your wing is very cohesive with each boss leading to the next. I hope you keep this good structure until the end of the adventure. The setting seems unrelated to wow lore but that's fine. Maybe borrowing a few caracters could be a good idea tho.
Bosses :
Thibalt Pergrin has a good Hero Power but his deck doesn't have a clear direction. Dragons deck can be many different things and it looks like you don't really know what this one is supposed to do. Maybe you should limit yourself to a specific class, that way you'll have a more defined strategy. Since the HP and the reward support an aggro/midrange strategy I'd go with that. Hunter and Paladin are both good at aggressive dragon decks, especially with cards like Dragonrider Talritha and Corrosive Breath. That being said, you can also make a slower, more control oriented list but I think you have to choose. Personally, I would go for a Hunter/Paladin Highlander deck with Dragonqueen Alexstrasza and Frizz Kindleroost.
I love the concept for Darian Holdor but he might be a bit too hard with Entrance of the City having 30 Health. Maybe go down to 10 ? He might also need a few more Silver Hand Recruit synergy cards like Lost in the Jungle.
Lil Goudon as a cool theme and the decklist goes well with it except for the few draw spells that are seemingly here just to give it drawing potential. The thing is it's not very flavorful... Maybe The Soularium and Book of Specters instead ? You could also make the HP "Both players discard a card and draw a card" to make sure no one runs out of cards during the game. Also it should be 2 Mana since the deck is geared to benefit form the discard so it's not much of a disadvantage. Also I don't think getting your hand discarded is a fun mechanic for players to experience but you can certainly do it if you want to.
Cards : Your keyword is very interesting but we already discussed it in length in your custom class so I'll just say that it seems to me that it should be worth about 0.5 or 1 Mana since it's quite strong offensively and defensively. I'm specificaly concerned with the resilience of a full board of Fly minions. Maybe you should consider add counters to the mechanic in your set.
Dragon's Ascent seems balanced at 2 Mana. Like I said Fly is about 1 Mana and the limitation on the +2/+2 makes it fair. Very good flavor.
Befriend the Beast is cool, not much to say.
Joyful Hippogriff seems very strong to me. I think 1/1 would still be strong while making it less snowbally. I might over estimate Fly but the thing is with buffs it become a huge treat and not every deck has the targetted removal to deal with it.
Flight Teacher worries me because as I mentioned Fly is especially good when several minions have it. 5 Mana 5/2 would do the trick for me.
Knight of the Void is pretty weak... You still lose card advantage when discarding this and it only shows up later in the game. If you look at a card that benefit from being discarded like Silverware Golem, it's got ok stats for it's cost and the upside of being discarded is immediat. With Kight of the Void, I think you could go 5 Mana 5/5 with Taunt so you still have the opportunity to use it when you draw it for the first time.
Thibalt Pergrin is fine, tho I hope you introduce more Dragons in futur wings. It bugs me that you get the first boss of the wing as a card instead the last one but that's just me. Maybe Thibalt should go in a different wing dedicated to Dragons if you plan on doing that. Just a random though, you can totaly keep him here if you want to.
Here's my first sketch. Any feedback would be welcome, either regarding balance, flavor or theme.
My biggest concern right now is that I don't have unifying mechanics, in the same way Naxx had Deathrattles and BRM had Dragons. But LoE didn't have, either, so I guess it's not such a big deal.
Conquest of Draenor
Wing One: Terokkar Forest
Greetings, Adventurer! I am Mariscal Lord Garithos, time traveler and guide of the Human race.
In the ominous future I come from, a Horde of wretched monsters came from another world and destroyed our precious Azeroth. Many other calamities followed that invasions, and now Undead and Demons alike walk over once sacred lands.
That's why I came to this time: If we attack their world before they attack ours, History can turn very differently. Follow me through this portal and help me to claim Draenor in the name of the Holy Light!
Our first step is Terokkar Forest, home of twisted monstrosities like the Arakkoa.
Theme : I must admit that I don't know much about Draenor so I'm along for the ride. We already talked about the implications of an invasion story line so I think you got that in mind already. You wing has a solid theme and I'm honestly a bit jealous that you got to make one about a forest first since that's what I'm lanning for wing 2 but it's fine we both got very distinct features :) Changing your watermark to Portal sounds good to me.
Bosses :
Brokentooth (or is it Brokenfang ?) is cool but I think you should decide if it's a Beast deck or an Enrage deck. Both are cool, the Hero Power certainly supports the first. As it stands, the list is a confused mix of the two. You can probably do both with cards like Redband Wasp.
Hanuk the Ancient is fine. Very straightforward Treant Druid with a good Hero Power to complement it.
Kirrik the Awakend has a weak Hero Power but his deck is fun and has a pretty interresting strategy. A slight buff is all it needs.
Cards :
Saberon Survivor seems too strong to me. Basically you have to kill it in one shot or it will grow and become harder to kill. Either make the effect +1 Health to keep the resilience but without the snowball effect or give it Attack instead of Health. I could also see a +1/+1 à la Darius Crowley.
I like your new design with Overgrowth. The 3 Mana version sounds a bit more spicy.
Kirrik the Awakened is fantastic ! I love Silence and it's definitly underused in Hearthstone. The cost seems balanced considering Spellbreaker.
Hunting Pack is interesting. It sure sounds powerful with it' potential to whip the opponent's board but I'm not sure that it's that easy to setup. I think 2 is fine if you don't plan on giving it synergy.
Skettis Wildkeeper is both very bland and overpowered. It might not seem like it but a 2 Mana 2/4 can take a lot of value trades and put pressure on the opponent. This card would be a nightmare in aggressive Paladin and Priest decks that can buff it and Zoo decks would always want to run it. I think you can make a more interesting card instead of this pack filler, especially since we are making so few cards.
Terokk's Highpriest is a cool addintion to Aggro Priest. I'd make it a 3/4 tho because it has great finishing potential and thus needs to be limited as a tempo play.
Ok, time for my adventure! Not sure about the name, but so far it's Step into Darkness.
It's gonna take place underground, a bit like Dungeon Run, but I'm gonna try to give it different feel. The world shown will probably not be exactly consistent with WoW, starting with the fact that I'm gonna introduce new race (but no tag) - Frogaen (I don't know how it sounds for anybody who use english as common. If that name sounds stupid please let me know). More about them you will get to know in future phases, for now I'd just say it's humanoidal race, which people looks like big frogs on two legs.
After sudden earthquakes a giant hole appeared near stormwind city! What's worse, it's getting bigger and bigger! Also, after it opened, strange whispers began to be heard near it. You, an experienced adventurer who fought Kel'Thuzad and saved party in Karazhan were tasked to go down there and find out what's going on.
Whispers are not only part of story. That's a new Keyword as well. Let's look onto it:
So, if Corruption would be introduced in my adventure instead of being basic, it would read: "Choose a minion. Whispers: Destroy it."
First Wing: Dark Tunnels
After short time a big cave started to split into smaller tunnels. After some time in the darkness with torch as only source of light, whispers started to become less tiring.
Showcase cards:
Boss One: Terrifying Ooze
Suddenly just at front of you a big ooze beast began to shape. When you attacked it with a sword, it melted. That will be a long fight...
In the shadows you see a shape of running creature. You draw a sword, but you heard the creature yelling: "Help me! It's Slithius!". When it's closer, you see a big frog moving on two legs and a giant lizard just after it.

Boss Three: Leonora Heartloss
After saving his life, a frog guy decided to follow you. He said he's Frogaen, and it's name is Groag. After you revealed him why you're here, he offered you a deal: He will lead you to his home, where you could gain help of other Frogaen, but you must protect him until that. And, it looked like there are many things in this dungeon from which you need to protect him from. Soon after the fight with lizard you met a ghost. When she saw you, she said: "Dougan? You're not my Dougan!". Then she started to scream.

Theme : Name is great, I like the story. It has similarities with K&C but it's fine as long as you add your own twist to it. Frogaens seem fun I wanna meet more of them ! Your english is good enough that I understand what you write but it could be improved. I can help you with that if you'd like. I'm no english teacher but tell me if you're interested.
Slithius, the Hungry has a good Hero Power. For the deck I suggest a Feral Druid but maybe that's too good with Windfury. You could also make a Zoo sacrifice deck with eggs and such.
Leonora Heartloss has a very flavorful Hero Power. Steal Priest is what comes to mind naturaly but maybe some kind of Deathrattle Rogue with Sylvanas Windrunner could do the trick aswell.
Cards : Your keyword is great and I'd like to see more of it.
Danger in the Darkness is a good showcase of Wispers, if a bit weak. The spider could easely be 2/2.
Handy Torch is cool and flavorful, not much to say.
I LOVE Groag ! It's fun, flavorful, each option is interesting and balanced. That being said, I agree with @McF4rtson that it should be a choice between the 3 and not random. Man I love a good low cost legendary !
Mutated Frogaen is cool and I want them in my Zoo deck.
Ooze Form is great but maybe the damage part is unecessary.
Prophet of Darkness is fine but I think there are better ways to use Wispers. Also it's more restricted than Renounce Darkness which makes it less fun in my opinion.
"Tales of wonder, whispers the sea. Tales of plunder, robbery and thieves! Tales about pirates, burly and mean! And among them a Rogue engineer. Leading the Defias, the fearsome VanCleef! But as every reign of terror, condemned to fall. As with every failure, gold left behind. So who's the brave, who'll claim the treasure? Pirates from all nations, will raid Ironclad! But most of them are fated to fail, due to the path being a treacherous trail! Through the Vile Reef you must battle, the Stranglethorn Vale you must survive! And only then the dreaded Deadmines you'll finally find! But be careful, because dead man tell no tales... about the treasures of VanCleef."
Anyway, here's my adventure "The Treasures of VanCleef" (On progress name). The adventure present the Burst Mechanic, an ability that some minions have that let them make an special action whenever they want... but the catch is, that only once! So find the perfect moment to use a minion's Burst ability!
Bosses:
Ironpatch
As one of the main captains of the bloodsail bucaneers, Ironpatch would like to have a word with you! But worry not: if you manage to get away from his unending barrage of pirates, he'll reward you with two goblins from his tripulation. Treat them well! Also, if you manage to defeat him playing his own game as a fellow Warrior of the sea, he'll honor you with two of his beloved hooks. He truly is a sweetheart on the inside!
Patches
He's in charge again! The fearsome Observer came back with a fitting demonic tripulation, and he's as brutal as in his good days! Defeating him will teach you his deadly strategies, and defeat him again as a master of demons to upgrade your tripulation!
The Dreadwake
Just when you thought the rest of your voyage will be safe, the mighty dreadway attacks! Worry not, as long as you keep his minions in bay you can use balistas to pierce his defenses! Defeating the ship you'll be able to adopt some loyal parrots, and Ironpatch will decide to join your adventure!
Well, so here is what I've done until now. What do you think? I hope it's not too aggro for your taste, the second wing, Stranglethorn will be more Control focused, I promise! Anyway, please let me know if any card is too boring or unbalanced.
Theme : At last a set dedicated to Pirates ! Your story is cool but I wonder if the first wing could be organised diffently. I'd put the Dradewake first since it's the first place you'd inverstigate and Inropatch last since he's the legendary reward for the wing. Also could you format your images in a way that makes them easier to go through ? I usualy go for width 365 when I want two cards side by side, 300 when there are three and 150 for five. It's quite easy to monkey with and it make for a much nicer post.
Bosses : Though I love your theme, I'm a bit worried that most of your bosses might end up looking alike. I'm sure you can find ways around that but remember that Pirates in Hearthstone are quite limited in terms of gameplans and you don't want your Adventure to look like the same boss with a different Hero Power each time.
Ironpatch has a good Hero Power for an archetypical Pirate boss. I think if anyone should be a simple Pirate Warrior, it's him. Also weapon synergy could be a good thing.
Patches has an interesting Hero Power but I'm not sure it fits him and it's another swarm strategy. Maybe make him more about burst damage and less about minions ?
The Dreadwake has a nice twist to it which I think is a good way to get around the samy feel that comes with having several Pirate bosses. But then again the strategy is Pirate swarm. I think you need to break down the different ways one can make a Pirate deck. You have swarm, weapon synergy, combo with Cannon Barrage and Ship's Cannon. And I think you need to introduce other things Pirates can do or other types of characters because that's a whole adventure you're trying to make. The Coin is a good starting point and you should also consider making anti-Pirate cards in the set.
Cards : Burst sounds like a cool mechanic to me but the details are a bit fuzzy. Can a minion attack and use Burst on the same turn ? Can you trigger it on your opponent's turn ? I think a clear wording needs to be established. Going back to what I said with bosses, I hope you can make a set that makes sense for every class, even the ones that never had Pirate synergies and aren't particularly aggressive.
Bloodsail Opportunist is good. Nice early pressure for Pirate decks.
Resourceful Hook is fine.
Teamwork is great but why Shaman tho ? Maybe 2 Mana in Paladin would make more sense. See that's what I'm talking about : so classes don't have very good flavor with Pirates... I could see Shaman getting cards about storms and sailing tho.
Resourceful Imp is cool but come on, "Resourceful" again ? Maybe a less wordy battlecry would be "Deal 3 damage to a friendly character". It's a bit different but it's the same idea.
Loyal Parrot makes me question the way Burst works. From what I understand, you're supposed to activate Burst on it and then if it dies this turn it deal 2 damage to a random enemy. It's a bit confusing. I would either remove the "if this minion dies this turn" part or word it "Burst: Gain "Deathrattle: Deal 2 damage to a random enemy" until the endof the turn/start of your next turn" depending on how it's intended to work.
Ironpatch is very good and it's the least fun kind of swarm Pirate. Maybe summoning from hand would be ok since it would at least drain cards in hand. I'd also make him much more expensive, like a 6 Mana 5/4 to prevent overwhelming swarm as soon as turn 3 (or 2 with The Coin).
Ok that was intense but fun ! I really like everyone's participation and I'm thrilled to see the finilazed version. As for my own adventure, Emerald Dreams and Nightmare, I'm very happy with the first wing so I'll post the final version soon. @McF4rtson I think you're right about Sylendra's Hero Power, thanks for that.
I like that your expansion is set in the Emerald Dream, I think it's a pretty unique location that hasn't been explored very much in Hearthstone.
The theme of your first wing seems a bit "generic", when Adventure wings tend to have unique personality. In Naxx, for instance, you had a wing for spiders, another for rotten dudes, another one for mad science and another one for Death Knights.
About Phantasm: I think the keyword has potential, but we've yet to see a card that can use it to its full extent. If you use it on legendaries, it should be in some really clever way, since otherwise it would simply be a glorified Common/Rare/Epic.
About your bosses:
I like how Dreaming Adventurer combines Enrage and Weapon Warrior. Really fitting.
I think Shadows in the Mist's HP is a bit redundant with the fact that most of their minions have Stealth already. I'd try with something synergistic with Stealth, instead.
I'd add a Jade Idol to Sylendra's deck, just to make her completly immune to Fatigue. I might also add some Rogue cards like Shadowstep to the mix. A cool thing about Adventure bosses is that they can have cross-class cards.
About your cards: Not much to add here, since they're quite interesting and balanced. Sylendra's text should say "Shuffle" instead of "Add", though.
Granduroi's Celestial Coup d'Etat
About the theme: It's not related to Warcraft lore, but it's interesting. Celestial stuff isn't featured much in the game.
About Fly: It's strategic and flavourful, but it's not very shiny. Maybe you could justify it by saying it's going to be an evergreen keyword, in the same vein as Rush, Lifesteal or Discover.
Darian Holdor seems really hard at the start of the adventure, since you still don't have many Fly minions. I'd reduce the Health of the Entrance of the City, or maybe even remove them completely (except in Heroic, maybe?)
Lil Goudon is cool. I like her.
About your cards:
I like Befriend the Beast. Such a cute flavour (albeit very frustrating to play against, probably).
Why does Flight Instructor have an Angel tag? I think introducing Fly as a keyword is enough, adding a tribal tag to the mix seems a bit overkill.
I find it strange that Thibalt is the first boss, but he's the wing reward. Wing rewards tend to be the last boss of the wing.
About spelling:
Feed the Littles should be called "Feed the Little Ones"
Befriend the Beast should read "[...] minion that costs 4 or less Mana."
Restricted Entry is missing the "Hero Power" text line. Plus, it should say "Summon a 0/3 Barricade with Taunt."
Taste of the Void should read "Each player discards a random card." Player doesn't have capital P and discard is third person, so it has an S at the end.
MrBurger's Step Into Darkness
About the theme: It's quite reminiscent of Kobolds and Catacombs, but it's okay. I mean, we've had Naxx/KFT and GvG/BDP, so it's not a problem. About the frog dudes, it's also okay. I recall Tortollans were a Hearthstone invention, too, so there's a precedent. Overall, it doesn't have a very unique personality, but it's going to tell a pretty interesting story, it seems.
About Wispers: I think it's the highlight of the expansion. It opens a massive design space and fits the expansion theme very well.
About your bosses:
Even if the Ooze doesn't have a defined strategy, I like how its deck looks like. Hero Power makes the fight interesting, too.
Slithius' HP isn't enough to picture how will his fight be without knowing its deck.
Leonora, though, is very obviously going to be annoying. In the good way :)
About your cards: I don't have much to say here. They all look pretty good.
whatTheHeck's Treasures of VanCleef
About the theme: Pirates is a tribe that doesn't get much attention, and having an Adventure revolving around them seems quite fitting. Your first wing has the same problem as Klipce's: it lacks a distinct personality inside the Adventure as a whole.
About Burst: As with MrBurger, your keyword is the best thing of your set. It has a very broad design space, I'm quite intrigued with it, to be honest.
About your bosses:
I'd need to see the decks to have a more solid opinion, but Ironpatch and Patches seem kinda similar. Both focus around swarm decks, don't they?
The Dreadwake seems too complicated.
About your cards: Resourceful Hook looks a bit overly complicated. Rest of the cards are fine. Bloodsail Opportunist is very interesting, IMO.
About spelling: Bloodsail's text should capitalize "Attack". That's it.
I have decided to enter. Here is what I have so far. I see that we now have a solid core of 5-6 entrants, so I'll be sure to give some more feedback tomorrow.
Wing One: Return to Westfall
Questing Explorer and her new Kobold partner return home to stock up on supplies for their journey. However, when Questing Explorer returns home, she discovers that a corrupt nobleman has taken over! She finds a peasant outside of the town walls who begs her to save the city.
How could she possibly turn down such an exciting quest?
Unlike the Mechazod Tavern Brawl, this Adventure Battle allows the player to create their own deck. Therefore, there are several things that have no effect:
Thanks for all the feedback I got! I won't have time after Sunday, so I'll post what I have today, of course with some changes. The only thing that bothers me is balance of a card I made to replace Prophet of Darkness, but I think it's ok. After Submitting, I surely will give feedback to as many of you as I can.
Just found out issue when making last changes to cards. When I wanted to use "Custom" watermark, it didn't work. If you're having the same issue, you should try choosing Hall of Fame watermark instead.
Given that everyone is giving feedback to all other entries, I should follow this trend too!
@Klipce
First of all, the theme is cool. The Emerald Dream is something that isn't explored at all in Hearthstone, and I like the whole 'ghastly forest' feel to it. Phantasm is also a good Keyword, nothing very impactful maybe but for a 35 cards adventure you could make very cool things with it. Maybe some cards you could make a whole deck around them, maybe? Like Bad-Luck Albatross or Hoppers. Also looking forward to cool Phantasm legendaries. They have potential!
About your bosses, Dreaming Adventurer is a fun idea. I think that bosses should represent the upcoming theme of an adventure while not seeming a great menace. And a twisted tauren who hits things randomly clearly represents the whole corrupted forest theme. Also, his deck is good, I can imagine this tauren being a Warrior especially with this Hero Power. Oh, and him having Shul'traze could lead to crazy things. Shadows in the Mist is also a good idea, there aren't many stealth-based decks, and as you already saw judging from his deck, the only expansion that supported it is Gadgetzan. This adventure is also the perfect chance to add more staples to that archetype. As for the last boss, maybe the Hero Power is too OP? Not sure what Nightmare is (is the Dream card that gives a minion +5/+5), but I'm not sure if you should drop that from the Hero Power and stick with add a Dream card to it's hand. Also, I find it original to make a boss have a fatigue strategy, I think that's not usually seen!
About your cards, Knightmare is your classic average common card to show a mechanic. Not sure if Phantasm is too irrelevant there, though. Power Fantasy could be a great card for Taunt Warrior or something for the style, and it's downside is enough to justify it's cost. Shade Chaser is good, One-eyed Cheat for Hunter and for Beasts, but I'm not sure if Blades of the New Moon is too weak against most decks. Could be fun with Kingsbane I guess. Druid of the Nightmare is the kind of druid card I would imagine for this expansion. Not sure if 2/5 Poisonous is too OP for a 4-Cost versatile card. Finally, I love Sylendra! It's such a great way to represent the Dream Cards in this adventure (I guess they'll have an important role), and finding a way too obtain all of them with one card and still manage to make it balanced is fantastic!
@Granduroi
Well, I can expect a good story out of these one! The idea of a kingdom rebelling against not only Azeroth but is king has potential. Also, the celestial theme is good, is like Descent of Dragons but less warlike. The mechanic Fly is simple, but with only 35 cards to showcase it can be difficult to develop a complicated mechanic so it's fine.
About your bosses, starting with a Dragon deck is a good way to present the dangers of the skies, but I'm not sure if a Dragon Dinomancy is too weak for a boss. I would suggest give them fly but then it would be like the Hunter reward. About the gate keeper, it's cool, and the door adds to the flavor, but maybe he should have 15 health. After all he's just a puny human :p. Also I like that he has a Taunt Warrior deck with a few Control Paladin cards. The messenger is also a good boss, and with the original quest a blast to play against! A race to see who completes it before. Good deck with warlock discard sinergies and a few drawing spells from other classes.
About the rewards, Dragon's Ascent is a good attempt to try to make Dragon Hunter viable at last, but you will need to make more cards that support the archetype. Also, not sure if you should give a minion +2/+2 and Fly if he's also a Dragon instead. Giving this to a non-Dragon for just fly is underwhelming. Befriend the Beast is good, classic Priest card not much to say here. Joyful Hippogriff is also a good minion to show the Fly mechanic, and Flight Teacher is good for dude paladin I guess. Looking forward for more Angels also! To say the truth I'm intrigued what do you want to do with the tribe. Knight of the Void is not that bad for Discardlock, but maybe it's too slow. Thibalt Pergrin is a good value card, not sure if any card can't discover things outside of battlecries but heck, legendaries can do whatever they want.
@Wailor
Before we start, I really love the theme! I always wanted an expansion set at Draenor, and the twist of you being an Alliance member trying to conquet it makes the whole thing more interesting. As you said not having a new mechanic isn't a big deal, Hearthstone already has a lot of them to play with, and the important thing is making good cards.
Brokentooth is a good Enrage Warrior boss, and as a fan of that archetype I must say I really like this deck. The only thing is that the fact that Sabertoothes are 2/1 makes them have anti-sinergy with Whirlwind and Warpath, not sure if that makes them more balanced or you should make them 1/2. Also the Beast sinergy this deck has is a nice touch. Not much to say about the second boss, classic Treant deck with a cool Hero Power. Maybe you should include cards from other classs to make it more spicy. About Kirrik, I think Priest fits prettywell Arakkoas, and I like the idea of a boss having a Combo Priest deck. The Hero Power is maybe to weak, you should make it at least targetted.
About the cards, Saberon Survivor is a minion with a nice twist for Enrage Warrior, and it can become quite sticky if you play your cards right! Hunting Pack is better at 2 Mana to be honest, it can be too OP at 1 if you setup it right. Sketttis Wildkeeper is too vanilla for my taste tbh. I think you shouldn't have a lot of pure stats minions in a 35 card adventure. I prefer the 3 cost Overgrowth, we already have to much gives all minions/Treants +1/+1 cards so +2/+2 is better for me. Terokk's Highpriest can be a good finisher for an Inner Fire/Aggro Priest with high Health minions. Kirrek is good and can be a nice tech against some decks. Imagine a trolden video with him targetting Mecha'thun :).
@MrBurguer
Theme is good but the main highlight is the Frogaen race. I hope you manage to exploit the race correctly to show us all their important characteristics! Also Whispers can be an interesting mechanic, specially since you use them with all types of cards. However, I have a question, are they activated only the next turn or all the following turns? I guess it's only the next, but not sure if you should explain that better.
Finally an Ooze boss! I really like Oozes, they can be funny enemies, and they make for great cave bosses. However, not sure if having anti-weapon cards in a boss deck is a good idea. I mean, there are just 4 + the OOOZE!!!! cards and you can just make a deck without weapons to avoid their effects. However they have vanilla stats so it's not a big deal. Also, I love that you included Growing Ooze from Putricide! For the second boss, giving it the ability to gain windfury is cool, looking forward the decklist! Same goes for the third, I guess it will be some kin of priest deck?
About the cards, mutated frogaen is great, but he maybe should be a 1/1 as well. Ooze form is a cool card also but I don't understand why taking 2 damage instead of gaining just 4 armor. It's not like druid has that much healing sinergy. As I said before, what I like about Whispers is that they can be used in any type of card even spells. Danger in the Darkness is a good example of that, but maybe it should deal 3 damage. About handy torch, it's OP at 1 mana. It's a delayed Tracking that activates 3 times without losing any card. It should be 2 mana to say the very least. I'm not fond of meme class cards like Prophet of Darkness in Adventures where each class has just 2 cards. About Groag, as some people said, you should be able to choose the trouble.
@McF4rtson
Curious about seeing how the story of your adventure goes. For now it seems like you'll have a diferent story each wing, which I think can be cool. However, if you hadn't done it already, I think it would be good to find a way to tie them altogether at the end of the adventure.
I love the Toll Gate Hero Power, it's really original and makes you think twice before attacking! Also cool combination of miracle and armor cards. Making a Tavern Brawl like boss and I like that she wins attack progressively, and I was shocked when I discovered that Kill the Lorewalker is a real card!
Penny Pincher is an original idea, but I wonder which spell heavy deck could benefit of Armor. Resourceful Kobold is also good, especially in Rogue. Also where are Baroness Marie tokens? I can't find them even if I reckon that this morning I could.
It's not exactly like Tracking, because you do that instead of drawing. So, the only upside you get is less random draws, but you still don't get any extra cards.
That's true, didn't thought about it! However it's still a strong card, getting 3 more controlled draws is pretty good, I still think that it's maybe too OP at 2 mana, however I don't think it's such a big deal. BTW, thanks for sharing your workaround about the Cutsom watermark not working, I've been quite desesperated about it. :)
I've updated my first wing, basically added a wing explanation, decklists (Pirate Warrior/Rogue, Zoo Warlock and Mech Pally respectively) and changed Ironpatch Hero Power according to the given feedback, so feel free to see them if you want.
Thanks @Klipce and @Wailor for the extensive feedback! About the adventure being too focused on Pirates and not fitting all clases, well the first wing is the most Piratey of them all, due to happening at open sea. The next wing, located at the jungles of Stranglethorn, won't have any Pirate for example. Also, I think that Teamwork can fit Shaman swarm strategies, like Murlocs for example. Oh, and having anti-Pirate cards is a good idea, I'll see what I can do!
Can I edit one of my cards? Given Skettis Wildkeeper had a poor reception, I'm thinking of changing her a little bit while maintaining her identity as a high Health 2 drop.
Something like 2 mana 2/3, Battlecry: gain +2 Health if you went second.

I don't know if you are allowed to do that but while I would advise a change, I don't think your solution is the best because it relies on a condition that can't be worked toward or against by players. You should consider other solutions, such as 1. A drawback like with Flame Imp ; 2. A very unbalanced statline, maybe 2 Mana 1/5 is what you're looking for but then again a vanilla minion isn't that exciting ; 3. Self damage like with Injured Blademaster. You can of course mix and match these ideas to make the card more complexe if ou want to.

Options 2 and 3 have already been done (Upgradeable Framebot, Injured Tol'vir), so I'm not repeating them. I might try a drawback like you suggested or a condition that is quite generic but over which you have more control (like being the only minion on the board? Dunno)
Just a quick announcement. Around 24 hours left for you all, I'll be closing wing one submissions at:
11 PM CST, Jan. 16
9 PM PST, Jan. 16
12 AM EST, Jan. 17
Congratulations to all who have decided to undertake this large challenge. Since we have around 9-10 contestants, there will be no eliminations. Everyone will move on and be able to complete their Adventurers.
Someone made a Runescape adventure. I happen to quite like RS3.
So, if there will be no final poll in this phase, then the whole competition will be shorter?
No, there are still final polls for each wing:
Phase One, Wing One: January 4th — January 16th
Voting period: January 16th — January 18th
In the past, contestants would be cut each round until a final 4 remained. For now, that will not happen since we only have 9 entries. Everyone will move on an continue to retain their votes as the competition moves on.

@Granduroi
Theme : Great stuff ! Your wing is very cohesive with each boss leading to the next. I hope you keep this good structure until the end of the adventure. The setting seems unrelated to wow lore but that's fine. Maybe borrowing a few caracters could be a good idea tho.
Bosses :
Cards : Your keyword is very interesting but we already discussed it in length in your custom class so I'll just say that it seems to me that it should be worth about 0.5 or 1 Mana since it's quite strong offensively and defensively. I'm specificaly concerned with the resilience of a full board of Fly minions. Maybe you should consider add counters to the mechanic in your set.
@Wailor
Bosses :
Cards :
@MrBurger
Bosses :
Cards : Your keyword is great and I'd like to see more of it.
@whatTheHeck
Feedback time!
Klipce's Emerald Dreams and Nightmares
About the theme:
About Phantasm: I think the keyword has potential, but we've yet to see a card that can use it to its full extent. If you use it on legendaries, it should be in some really clever way, since otherwise it would simply be a glorified Common/Rare/Epic.
About your bosses:
About your cards: Not much to add here, since they're quite interesting and balanced. Sylendra's text should say "Shuffle" instead of "Add", though.
Granduroi's Celestial Coup d'Etat
About the theme: It's not related to Warcraft lore, but it's interesting. Celestial stuff isn't featured much in the game.
About Fly: It's strategic and flavourful, but it's not very shiny. Maybe you could justify it by saying it's going to be an evergreen keyword, in the same vein as Rush, Lifesteal or Discover.
About your bosses:
About your cards:
About spelling:
About your cards: I don't have much to say here. They all look pretty good.
whatTheHeck's Treasures of VanCleef
About the theme: Pirates is a tribe that doesn't get much attention, and having an Adventure revolving around them seems quite fitting. Your first wing has the same problem as Klipce's: it lacks a distinct personality inside the Adventure as a whole.
About Burst: As with MrBurger, your keyword is the best thing of your set. It has a very broad design space, I'm quite intrigued with it, to be honest.
About your bosses:
About your cards: Resourceful Hook looks a bit overly complicated. Rest of the cards are fine. Bloodsail Opportunist is very interesting, IMO.
About spelling: Bloodsail's text should capitalize "Attack". That's it.
I have decided to enter. Here is what I have so far. I see that we now have a solid core of 5-6 entrants, so I'll be sure to give some more feedback tomorrow.

@Klipce
@Granduroi
@Wailor
@MrBurguer
