Below is a list of all the deadlines for this contest:
Preview Phase (Sept. 16, 2019 [10:00 PM CST] - Sept. 17, 2019 [10:00 PM CST]) The Discussion Topic is made available, previewing this week's competition theme. Entry and Early Voting Phase (Sept. 17, 2019 [10:00 PM CST] - Sept. 21, 2019 [10:00 PM CST]) During this Phase, the Submission Topic will be unlocked. You may also, of course, feel free to give early up-votes to any submissions that you like! Voting Phase (Sept. 21, 2019 [10:00 PM CST] - Sept. 22, 2019 [10:00 PM CST]) During this Phase, the Submission Topic will be locked, so no more entries may be submitted. Instead, use this time to browse the submissions and up-vote your favorites! Final Phase (Sept. 22, 2019 [10:00 PM CST] - Sept. 23, 2019 [10:00 PM CST]) During this Phase, the Discussion Topic will also be locked, and a Finalists Thread will go up. Discussion Topic Rules
To make sure that everything runs smoothly, we need to reserve the Submission Topic for submissions only. Everything else goes here. What is everything else, you might ask?
Rules or Process. Do you have a question about the competition's process? Do you need clarification about one of the entry requirements? Are you not sure whether your entry adhered to the rules? Ask here!
Feedback or Ideas. Do you have some ideas you'd like to run by others before settling on one? Do you need help balancing or wording your entry? Do you need help finding art that will fit your card? Or do you just want feedback from the community on your entry? You're in the right place! Remember, although you are allowed to make minor tweaks to your entry after you've submitted it, you're only allowed one submission per week, so make sure that you've settled on your card for sure beforehand.
Discussion! Do you have thoughts on other people's entries? Are there directions you don't like that you're seeing too many people take? Or directions you'd like to see more people take? Would you like to help others and contribute to a greater community understanding of Hearthstone card design and balance? This is where you want to be!
All of that said, please refrain from the following:
Posting TONS of Ideas. Discussion topics become an absolute mess if everybody is posting a dozen different ideas. Please post not more than 3 distinct ideas at a time. Any more than that and we'll have to delete your post.
Advertising Your Entry. As a rule of thumb, please don't pop in here just to advertise your entry only to never be heard from again. This includes only asking short, generic questions like "Thoughts?" or "Do you think this is interesting?". Yes, getting feedback on your entry is one of the purposes of this topic, but we're not just here for other people to help you. We're here for you all to help each other.
Plagiarism. Many people post their ideas here before finalizing them in the submission topic. Directly plagiarizing those ideas to post in the submission topic yourself is absolutely not acceptable.

At 5 mana, playing on curve isn't great, but at the same time a Spirit and Shuriken could be played, or Aya, or Behemoth could be next turn. At late game, 5 also stops those plays from happening the same turn.
I don't think it's crazy that much, but ofcourse it's a lot of stats for 4 drop... that stats which is no longer in their 4 drops.
Seems a bit overcomplicated with the additional Silence effect. Generally you'll want to keep it to a maximum of 4 lines of text. If you're afraid of some powerful combo without the Silence effect, have the summons changed to be added to your hand instead.
I wanna know your thoughts specifically about the mana costs of these two cards. Especially N'Raqi, who seems strong but needs good draw to be discounted quickly. Any thoughts on the costs?
Recycling my first attempt from the last competition. Before anyone asks: Therazane ALSO generates a Molten Giant (which is in the HoF).
Cool idea, but this seems very powerful. You play Therazane late into a match, which will mean that 3 of the 4 Giants probably have met their conditions to be decreased to like 3 or 4 mana. That means a 6/6 on turn 10, and 24/24 (atleast) on turn 11. Pretty strong stuff.

I will agree with what someone else said already, where the card gets pretty complicated. Would you like the Combo to be "Add a card from a your opponent's class to your hand. It costs (3) (optional)"? I feel like Sonya is already pretty powerful, so the mana and effects don't add up for me.
Absolutely love this theme, i came up with three cards.
Mal'Ganis, Sludge Belcher, Twilight Elder, C'Thun for reference. I have no idea how to balance Westwind and Skeram. Patchwerk should be fine, but kinda boring and maybe not Legendary worthy, i don't know.
Thoughts? This does mean that Rouge could get stuff like Jade Idol or Jade Claws.
I'd almost consider being able to hit Jade Idol to be problematic. You could have a very high hit/miss ratio with the cards and the idol can go infinite. Maybe it should be limited to the Rogue Jade cards only? Maybe give 1 of each? There are like 3 Jade Rogue cards I believe? That would be fine and not as random.

Thanks for the feedback! Look it up again. I've made a change that would be more balanced. (Reason for the stats: Ragnaros is an 8/8 (16) that deals 8 dmg randomly. Therazane is a 6/10 (16) that generates 8 damage.

Definitely feels more balanced now. I like the idea of being able to discover a Giant, but twice. How do you feel about that? It gives you more control in deckbuilding, for example. Sorry if I'm being a nosey pest...

Silence effect pushes you to play this card in 2 ways, 1st is play aggressive with full board of Silenced minions and 2nd take value of Shaku, the Collector , also Silence effect give u a good reason to play Shadowstep to get a different options.
P.S. I think we had and already have a bit more comlicated cards in HS, more of the line space takes cards names.

The discover action on the spell is not supposed to give you a card in hand, didn't know what to write to clarify that. But then again, maybe the card is too slow otherwise?
*Edit; Made Unknowing Squatter into legendary quality
Summon a 1/1 minion and add 2 cards to your hand for 7 Mana. And you have destroy two of your minions to get these cards. The Cost of this card is way too high, it shouldn't cost more than 3-4. Plus 'Discover' is a keyword, so you should use a capital letter.
Summoned N'Zoth wouldn't trigger its Battlecry. I think he (it?) should be added to the owner's hand instead and the Cost of N'Raqi should be reduced (to 10 for example). Khaldarro seems to be overpowered.
This is the Discussion Topic. Upvotes here do not count!

Does Hall of Fame count as the past? Felt it fit with Brann as an explorer, would like any thoughts.
Here are some of my ideas. What do you guys think?
Thoughts? This does mean that Rouge could get stuff like Jade Idol or Jade Claws.
Edit: So, the entire list of Jade Golem Generators are:
Druid:Jade Blossom, Jade Behemoth, Jade Idol
Shaman: Jade Lightning, Jade Chieftain, Jade Claws
Rouge:Jade Shuriken, Jade Swarmer
Jade Lotus:Jade Spirit, Aya Blackpaw

Very iffy. Can completely whiff on any decent outcome. I think it should be 3 or 4 mana, and maybe add 2?
Love this. Perfect inclusion, yet extremely simple.

So what do you guys think?
Rate my Death Knight Concept Class (be nice in the feedbacks... hehe).
For me it's complicated for no reason. I think Combo should give Shaku Rush or Charge instead of the current effect. Silence is not Rogue's theme.
