Unfortunately I am not a good designer and I am not a great WoW fan. But I wanted to give this a try. Imagine Evil Miscreant giving you two lackeys without activating as a Combo. That's amazing, isn't it?
4/10, for rogue its not hard to trigger combo effects anyway, you only need to play 1 card before and thats all. The card by itself feels like a weak turn 5 play.
I dont Like the Design. Its game limiting super Dangerous Card that is just broken with Something or completely useless. Also it kinda overwrites class identity of rogue.
You guys are vastly underestimating how OP this would be.
One of the downsides of Combo is that you have to spend a card to activate it. That means the Rogue must have ways to draw cards quickly, and it means the danger of fatigue looms large.
Removing the Combo requirement relieves a huge amount of the tension in holding and using these cards. Suddenly you can play anything you top-deck and get full Combo value. You no longer have to plan your plays or time your bursts. It removes a huge part of the strategy that makes Rogue the strategic class.
This concept has been done many times before. On such a cheap minion, this will be akin to Raza the Chained pre-nerf powerlevel. It is better to have this on a 5 drop with good stats, but as an aura effect, like Houndmaster Shaw. A 5 mana 4/6 with "Your Combos are Battlecries" is much more manageable.
Not a big fan of 5 mana do nothing's in rogue, especially poorly statted ones, though it does open new possible strategies and curve's, so it's interesting, just not practical or powerful.

Maybe buff the stats a little. Historically as rogue, you don't want to lose a lot of tempo. Maybe a 4/4 or a 5/4 or something along those lines.

tl;dr: Terrible idea.

What about combo spells?
