We're back!
The fan creations team has finally gotten back on its feet after all the hubbub the Uldum expansion has caused. While we have had some setbacks trying to get the show running again, hopefully, we're here to stay.
You can expect regular weekly competitions hosted on the forums from now on. Here's to another 9 seasons!
Competition Theme: WCDC Reborn
Competition-Specific Restrictions:
You must make a card that directly uses the Reborn mechanic. (Cards like Embalming Ritual or Psychopomp do not count.) EDIT: Cards that *gain* Reborn are allowed. (Ex. When this minion attacks, gain Reborn)
You must also choose one of the three following prompts:
Your submission must be a weapon.
Your submission must be a Neutral minion that costs 7 or more.
Your submission must be a class minion that did not receive a Reborn-related card. (You may not choose Rogue, Warrior, Priest, or Paladin.)
Posting Tutorial
This is a posting tutorial for the website postimage.org. If you use another website, the process will be similar.
It is recommended you use hearthcards.net to create your cards. Save the generated card to your device.
Upload the image to postimage.org. Use the "Do not resize my image" option. You can choose either "No expiration" or "Remove after 31 days".
After your image is uploaded, many links will be generated. Find the "Direct link". It will have a .jpg or .png at the end of the link. Copy the link.
On your hearthpwn post, find the "Insert/edit image" button:
Paste the direct link. This is recommended but not mandatory: You may choose to make the image smaller by changing the image dimensions.
Competition Process
Below is a list of all the deadlines for this contest:
Preview Phase (August 7, 2019 [10:00 PM CST] - August 8, 2019 [10:00 PM CST]) The Discussion Topic is made available, previewing this week's competition theme. Entry and Early Voting Phase (August 8, 2019 [10:00 PM CST] - August 12, 2019 [10:00 PM CST]) During this Phase, the Submission Topic will be unlocked. You may also, of course, feel free to give early up-votes to any submissions that you like! Voting Phase (August 12, 2019 [10:00 PM CST] - August 13, 2019 [10:00 PM CST]) During this Phase, the Submission Topic will be locked, so no more entries may be submitted. Instead, use this time to browse the submissions and up-vote your favorites! Final Phase (August 13, 2019 [10:00 PM CST] - August 14, 2019 [10:00 PM CST]) During this Phase, the Discussion Topic will also be locked, and a Finalists Thread will go up. Discussion will be allowed to continue in the Finalists Thread, and it will also include all the qualifying finalists and a poll to decide the winner of the competition!
Discussion Topic Rules
To make sure that everything runs smoothly, we need to reserve the Submission Topic for submissions only. Everything else goes here. What is everything else, you might ask?
Rules or Process. Do you have a question about the competition's process? Do you need clarification about one of the entry requirements? Are you not sure whether your entry adhered to the rules? Ask here!
Feedback or Ideas. Do you have some ideas you'd like to run by others before settling on one? Do you need help balancing or wording your entry? Do you need help finding art that will fit your card? Or do you just want feedback from the community on your entry? You're in the right place! Remember, although you are allowed to make minor tweaks to your entry after you've submitted it, you're only allowed one submission per week, so make sure that you've settled on your card for sure beforehand.
Discussion! Do you have thoughts on other people's entries? Are there directions you don't like that you're seeing too many people take? Or directions you'd like to see more people take? Would you like to help others and contribute to a greater community understanding of Hearthstone card design and balance? This is where you want to be!
All of that said, please refrain from the following:
Posting TONS of Ideas. Discussion topics become an absolute mess if everybody is posting a dozen different ideas. Please post not more than 3 distinct ideas at a time. Any more than that and we'll have to delete your post.
Advertising Your Entry. As a rule of thumb, please don't pop in here just to advertise your entry only to never be heard from again. This includes only asking short, generic questions like "Thoughts?" or "Do you think this is interesting?". Yes, getting feedback on your entry is one of the purposes of this topic, but we're not just here for other people to help you. We're here for you all to help each other.
Plagiarism. Many people post their ideas here before finalizing them in the submission topic. Directly plagiarizing those ideas to post in the submission topic yourself is absolutely not acceptable.

Interesting card, could be disgusting with Anka in rogue.
That being said, don't forget to host your images externally if you choose to use this card on the submission thread. There is a guide on how to do that there.
Seeing some good action and some distinct ideas posted; I’ll quickly draw your attention to the posting tutorial. Imgur links are having issues in the backend, so we’ve tracked down a viable alternative for now. I’ll place the tutorial in the following spoiler;

I quite like this a lot. Basically a Leeroy + Fireball all-in-one. 7 mana is fine. Whatever broken stuff this card can do can also be done with leeroy anyways. This just has the added bonus of trading into a taunt first, as you said.
I wouldn't call this slow as even at 10 mana, it's giving you 6/6 Taunt, even if on two small bodies. The value this thing gives over time, though, is pretty nuts. I like it.
You'll have to make this either 7-cost or more, or a class minion that is not Warrior, Paladin, Priest, or Rogue. This competition has a few extra specifications since Reborn is such a broad prompt. However I do like this card. I'd even bump it's health to 5 as Arcane Nullifer X-21 is 4 mana and Embalming Ritual is 1 mana.

"They will die for sure this time."
It's supposed to say Deathrattle, but i lost the card art so i can't remake it, use your imagination.
Him having reborn is actually important because it weakens the pool just like old n'zoth did, when you played him, you won't get 7 new minions.
Those who are given more in life, must not cling to it, but risk it all at every moment!

My idea is a finisher, you can trade this into a taut, and then re reborn to the face, what do you think?, maybe 8 mana?,
I think is too weak, even with the summoning mechanics, i would make it 3 mana.
if this keeps the reborn in the 1 healt minions that came back is really strong behind a taunt,
Is it a battlecry?
Ultimate wall, overstated, but probably too slow anyways. What do you think?

Good luck creating!
I would'n be surprised if Blizzard print this in the next expansion since they're doing that nostalgic stuff

Needs more stats, for sure. More Health, perhaps. But this is a rather dangerous card seeing as Hunter has a lot of swarm in this expac.

Twitch is that you ???
Big fan of the Reborn mechanic seen in cards like Bone Wraith and, especially, Khartut Defender.
This would be another defensive wall that's slightly better on the reborn v fire blast and other pings.
*edit* updated to fit rules.
