Hmmm a 3-cost Arcanite Reaper. I'd say deal 4. Deal 12 to your own face is really steep.
I figured with the amounts of armor Warriors could get up to, 4 armor would barely be noticeable and felt even 5 was a bit low. I'll probably lower it to 5 in the submission though.
Deals up to 5 damage (with Lifesteal) if she's at 1 Health - that combines well with Reborn. But I wonder about the balance. Should I make it 5/5? Or maybe increase the cost?

I think it's not OP because against aggro is usually too slow while against control the effect isn't bad but it is less impactful because it would probably be removed in one turn and the health gained won't matter much. Maybe it could be a little smaller and cost less but it's not a bad card as it is. I really like the art (but Bli$$ard doesn't).
If anything, she should be stronger. I think 6 mana 4/6 is good. Also, there is a rule of thumb when creating cards: Do not go over four lines of text. Do your best to make it more concise.
Can this actually GAIN reborn as a deathrattle? Or buff itself? This minion will technically be dead and a technically NEW minion "rises from the ashes" as they say, so I'm not sure this works, but i love the idea of a mini pyros that stacks spell damage
"You gotta AXE yourself one question... Do you feel lucky?"
Ok, so I'm pretty sure this is my final draft of this weapon. I'm thinking one use of this could be to stack Deadly Poisons in your hand, for a big later-game (literal) swing, especially with the new rogue quest, giving you hero immune while attacking.

I think an easier way of thinking of it is Dreadsteed (but it revives immediately rather than at the end of the turn) + Immortal Prelate (without the shuffle) + Spell Damage+1 after each death. I like it too, it's not too quick but it definitely snowballs if the game drags on or it doesn't get silenced or removed by other methods.
Quite a bit undercosted. It's 3/2 Reborn, already worth 3 mana, then 6 damage randomly split which is at least 3 mana. (Using Cinderstorm as comparison).
I'd bump it to 5-mana and make it a 2/2.
I disagree, I feel more like comparing it to a delayed, random Powershot. Changing the Phoenix to a 2/2 is perhaps a way to go in my opinion, 3 damage Reborn is strong (proven by Candletaker)
One is a card that can stick around and cause issues especially if traded properly by shaman and healed with a totem or anything and the other is interesting you either get a 1/1 for 2 turns and a 2/2 after or you get an EXTREMELY sticky pair of 1/1's i'm not sure if the deathrattles stick through reborn but if they do I don't think it breaks the card too much because they are 1/1s maybe it'd bump the mana up to 3 instead but any advice would be nice! (Also on sapling it should read 'Resummon this "minion" not card, i'd fix that if that's my choice)
Thank you so much for the feedbacks. Changed my card like this to avoid pseudo-dreadsteed wisp affect while protecting the collector of souls theme. What do you guys think? The effect shouldn't trigger when it dies together with an enemy minion but I am not sure. If it does, this is clearly too OP.
Edit: A lot of warrior cards proves me wrong so I am going to revert the stats.
Here it is. Not too expensive for his effect. Nice body. I think for a tempo, or a taunt Warrior this weapon could be pretty nice. What do you think about it?
Edit: i yesterday i forgot to put the random effect into the card. Fortunatly an user remembered it to me, so I did it now.

Yeah lowering it is a good idea. Thing is, this is most likely played in face Warrior where they rarely use the Hero Power.

This should work that if it dies because it takes damage, it gains reborn and is summoned again. Obviously reborn can't stack.
What you see is pretty much the end of the Dothraki...
Too much stats, it's way too good, it's like old dr 7 but way better.

I joke a lot, if you take anything I say seriously, well, shame on you :p

Pretty much what Pyros should have been IMO
Couple of ideas that I had

Too bad spells are not allowed. : / I really liked the result.
Hoping for a new idea soon. : D
