I'd rather you didn't submit the Mutant, because it's OP in rogue. You probably saw Lyra the Sunshard and you said to yourself, that cycling spells is fine, since Blizzard did it before you. But Lyra can also generate very expensive and situational ones, which can be cast once per turn. This isn't the case with mutant. Since both the petals and the bananas are cheap, you can easily combine them with combo cards (Edwin VanCleef) or Gadgetzan Auctioneer. Imho you should increase the cost of the plant by 1.
Despite what I said above, I guess that this was the best card you could submit. Tales from the Forest is easy to complete. This could be fixed by increasing the number of cast Razorpetals by one or two, but the reward doesn't seem that interesting. Strong, yes, but not really creative. Flying Monkey is the fairest from them all, however there aren't many banana generators in the game currently and your minion seems kinda weak.
I personally think, that the "deal 1 damage" part can be left out. Everyone else does it and this is a fan design comp after all. This change will make your card visually better.
Anyway with "your Razorpetals are pellets now" I wanted to say how ALL copies of the 1-mana rogue spell will turn into the pellet one - both old and new. I thought about using the words "replace" or "transform" to sound clearer, but then people would have misinterpreted them and would have expected only the petals in their hand to change. I wanted to explain how the lashers and the volleys would also give you Pellets and that you wouldn't need to play the Petal-generators first, in order to benefit from Flowet's effect. And the reason why I wasn't more specific in the card text was, you guessed it, it took too much text space and the card description was unreadable. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Alright, I got your feedback and I will create the Banana Smuggler, but I really want to redesign Audrey. Some of you think, that she's too complicated, but imho she's not more than Kazakus and his potions. I just wanted to find a new usage for the Razorpetals and not stick to the typical "deal 1 damage to a target" effect. That's SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUPER boring. The idea of creating units by using living material sounded original and interesting to me. I will try to make a more simple design of that plant, but I'm not ditching it just yet.
@Kovachut I made the Mutant with the fact both of those spells are not easily obtained in mind. I made it so there’s a reward for obtaining one of those spells, and gave it high Health so you can actually make use of the effect, but I guess I didn’t account for the case you already have a petal/banana in hand. I wonder if it’s ok to raise the cost now?
As for Audrey, it’s dangerous to create a Kazakus-type effect and have it be interesting instead of just needlessly overwhelming. I think Blizzard itself didn’t nail the concept entirely with Kazakus, but maybe that’s just me.
I think it would be much better if there was only one kind of sprout. Maybe the sprout could be a way to generate a new Audrey? Just random thoughts. That would make it much more interesting and elegant than banana smuggler IMO
P.S. the Quest is actually to kill using only Razorpetals, not cast them, making it harder. I see what you mean about creativity though (The Mutant was more creativity-focused, so I wanted to make up for it with a more gameplay-focused card. Something similar to Unite the Murlocs, if you will)
P.P.S. I know that’s strictly up to taste and doesn’t affect much, but I don’t really dig Audrey’s name. I feel like “Audrey” is too much of a generic name for something so alien (as opposed to a name like “Sherazin”), and I don’t really get the “Second Horror” part. Maybe “Razorqueen Zhesh” or something like that?

1) I see. The problem is, that obtaining a Razorpetal is super easy (you can use either a Lasher or a Volley) and afterwards the plant goes out of control. Anyway, of course it's ok to make a change in the submission thread (by raising the cost to 5). This is considered a minor one and it's perfectly fine.
2) and 3) I guess you are right. Your suggestion about sprouts summoning Audrey is actually very good. I might consider it, if I can't come up with anything better for my first idea.
4) Yeah, I understood that the quest stated "use razorpetals to kill minions". I just decided to be short in my explanation. But still, at its current version you could cast a Volley and obtain the two needed petals immediately. You just have to make sure that enemy minions die to one damage or two, if you use Thalnos.
5) Hmm, you could be right, though I wanted to make a reference to the famous Venus fly-trap monster.
So the first card is a competitor idea to mine which is the 2nd. Can someone help me understand why 10 times more people like the first one? Mine should've also been broken as shit? The random NPC from TBC is more flavorful? Simply by posting second I look unoriginal? I can't help being salty
@ mods - Is it allowed? The troll doesn't generate Razorpetals on his own, but if I fulfill his condition, I might get some.
You're coming up against the edge of what is allowed, but I would still give the Okay. It's the last prompt of the Season; I think we can be lenient on this venture.

@MistAssassin Lol, I always thought it didn't have the text, sorry. Guess I should have checked.

I came up with something a bit more interesting:
