Gilneas Roulette! The first one who draws the bullet, wins the duel. Can be used as a meme card especially when DUELING with a friend or even competitive with Myra's Unstable Element to create a cool, potential lethal. Downside is it may end up hitting a worthless minion so requires a lot of setup.
"Loves trinkets, pets, and sweet smelling corpses."
Sweet Shalqouir is a very low tempo late game card that acts as an invincible build-around for other buff-type cards. Her property of being immune is a direct reference to her immortality in Dark Souls 2, although she's not much of a fighter.
(Yes, I love making custom cards of characters from other games)

"A Raven Lord in the hand is worth two on the battlefield."
Raven Lord Anzu
- 6 Mana, 5/5, Legendary Druid Beast:
Choose One - Summon a 2/2 Raven with Stealth; or gain a Mana Crystal.
To give it a little bit of flair compared to other summoning minions, the raven has stealth, helping cement a decent board presence in combination with Anzu's moderately sized body. You can also make use of those crystals around his neck, and yes, it's a filled one, so if you pick this it's pretty much a 5/5 for 5 with mana crystal boost! By giving Anzu two completely different effects, hopefully it'll provide the versatility needed to make it useful in just about any situation.
With such a high mana cost at 10, this card changes up the flavor of Rogue with giving you tons of armor and two taunt minions to stall. This Rogue hero card synergies with card stealing effects like
Pilfer
as when you become a Monk, all the rogue cards you have are no longer your class, and you can discover Monk cards with the hero power, giving this hero infinite value. As far as the Monk card pool, it would be 12 cards, 2 of which would be a legendary minion, and a legendary weapon with rare appearances.
Flavor text reads, "Roah, one of the first Pandarens to join the Alliance prides himself on his ability to take a punch, and out drink a dwarf."
Why is it a mage spell? It could be too good in board-cetric classes, fits the mage flavor well (heavy RNG effects and summoning random minions with spells) and relates to Medivh's Tower of Karazhan.
Think of it as a much fatter Moat Lurker that summon a permanent on the opponent's field (Fel Cage).
Disposing the Jailer in a way that does not activate the Deathrattle means the cage will be permanently there, which will be -1 board space for the enemy. However, if you manage to summon a second jailer while a cage already exist, it will also de-transform the first cage while transforming the next minion into a new cage (I considered this in order to prevent abuse that disable all board space)
Duel is a new keyword, inspired by Clash from Shadowverse. It triggers whenever this minion fights with another one (attacks or is attacked by it), before the damage is dealt. If Collector of Souls attacks a minion and destroys it with this ability, the combat damage is not dealt (but it doesn't mean CoS can attack again).
Has potential for combos as well as single target removal.
If players take turns normally it would activate on the player third turn.

May your nets always be full! 🎣

Here's a win con that is also useful early game.

"The Grand Tournament was never the same"
Flavor text: "Fel is fine, caution with the love. It can hurt."
Multiclass caster weapon for Mage, Priest, Warlock. Loses 1 durability each time your hero is attacked.
Wished to be pink.
Then did.
Then fired myself.
Then did again.

Works like Whizbang the Wonderful . Your deck becomes an endless source of cards, all random, from any class (can be neutral too).
The Dream of a F2P player!
