Yes, the transformed minion also has the same deathrattle.  So when your opponent's Poxed Chicken dies, it will pass it back to your minions (if a target is available).

Yes, it's Polymorph for Druids. Guess since Naturalize rotated, they could use some hard removal. ;)

A brief explanation is in order, and it works basically like this: When you target Elegant Rooster with, say, Blessing of Kings , you create a new Chicken which also receives the Blessing of Kings buff. If you cast another spell on Elegant Rooster, a new chicken is created. So the Elegant Rooster grows and grows, and you get buffed chickens. The wording btw is based on Djinni of Zephyrs .
