Who is E.V.I.L., and who is supposed to be defending Dalaran? Everything is turned about!
You must make a spell that fits this new reality: Schemes for the original Dalaran classes (Druid, Hunter, Mage, Paladin) or a Twinspell card for the original E.V.I.L. classes (Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warlock, Warrior).
We have whittled down ~80valid submissions to just 8 of the community's favorites. Check out all the finalists below and vote in our poll (vote for as many or as few as you like) to help decide the winner and be sure to check back after the poll finishes for the announcement of the winner and the start of a new theme!
Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3
Sylvanas's Scheme is one of those thing that can potentially give infinite value. Hagatha's Scheme theoretically can give you that, but minions can only get so big after a certain point.
Shouting Match gets my vote. It's flexible and interesting. I can see running this, but only as a twinspell for the value. Neat how twinspell makes otherwise weak concepts feel worth a card slot.
Sylvanas Scheme seems busted. With Goblin Bombs, that's a really simple OTK with little interaction, high roll dependent (did you draw it early?)
*shrugs* I've seen busted cards win before; I went for the flavor first-and-foremost. The simple solution is to not print Goblin Bomb lel

Both the schemes are fair and balanced. The Hunter one is more interesting and gets my overall vote. Coin Flip is disgustingly overpowered (it's a free +8/+8 to Edwin for 0 mana, even on the same turn). The rest just seem too bad.
I'm not so convinced. Its 4 cards to create a 30/30. Priest already has similar shenanigans available, but no one plays it. Those 4 cards in your deck could be individual, high cost minions, each one presenting it's own threat. If my opponent spent 4 cards to create a 30/30, then I polymorph, hex, deadly shot, siphon soul, assassinate or w/e, I'd consider it a good deal.
I dont like blood ritual that much because I feel like it is easier to cheat out minions rather than spells.
and I dont like sylvanas' scheme because there are sooo many deathrattles you can abuse with this. when something can potentially trigger 20 times, it should not be able to do damage to face, because then it is a one card OTK, and this can be used to go face.
also impending doom can become OP if you are running 2 of them. you play one and it does nothing, then you have 3 more board clears ready.
I voted for shouting match, because I like the felxability and flavor

Rejoice, for even in death, you have become children of Thanos.
"Coin Flip" is busted. You get 4 combo activators in one card and can even store excees mana for later turns. A more interesting design (and fitting to the flavor) would have been "50% to add a coin to your hand".
I really did not fully think through the power level of Coin Flip. I was really only thinking in terms of cards like Gadgetzan Auctioneer a SI:7 Agent for example
can someone explain for me how Impending Doom works exactly, please?
The first time you play the spell, nothing happens. The second, third, and fourth time you play the card (Twinspell, other copy, other Twinspell), you have a cheaper Twisting Nether.

ahhh, I just read it differently, think the wording should be slightly altered, I read it as "before this game" and i was confused as to how that would make any sense checking if you played the card in a previous game

I think shadow or light is the most creative card - i think it should be 1 mana though.
Or Leper Gnome
Shouting match is a very interesting design but it's too strong in face warrior without any restrictions. It should target only friendly minions imo.
It's not rng if you call - Amaz

Thats what i thought. And normally you dont want to use both preps on one monster. But its still a lategame threat and a really cool Arena Card.
Coin Flip - Zero Mana give your Edwin VanCleef +8/+8.

So in other words, Edwin is disgustingly overpowered?
