I think @ 3 mana this is reasonable. If it cost 2 mana, then the double effect would have meant a cheaper Assassinate, which would have been too good. Look at Ray of Frost, if you doubt my words
However after taking a closer look at your card, I must say, that it's very OP. I imagine this being used in combo priest decks, which could slow down their opponents by a great amount. Imho the attack reduction should last 1 turn, so that people won't abuse the spell. It has amazing synergies with Shadow Madness and Inner Fire as well, so this change won't make the card unplayable. If anything, it will still be better than Lazul's Scheme.
I think Penance is a bit overtuned. You mentioned one of the combos with it, but just casting Penance twice means casting a cheaper Holy Fire with 1 less damage and heal. Snake Oil is broken in miracle style decks.
Fel For Good feels like the best designed card, so I would go with that one, if I were you.
this is my first idea, I am open to feedback. what do you think? I am thinking about making it less mana, maybe 2.
1) I don't like the Deathwing name. Pick another legendary, like Medivh?
2) The card is fine at 3 mana imho. If it costs 2, it will turn into Grievous Bite after staying one turn in your hand. Normally scheme cards take around 2-3 turns to become reasonable, so this costing 2 would be slightly overtuned imho.

I just picked deathwing because I could not think of anyone else and I needed a name. so I am open to any other character that you think would work better.

Rejoice, for even in death, you have become children of Thanos.

I'm not really knowledgeable with the warcraft lore, so another user might help you more. The current mage legendary minions can be seen in this list:
Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!

Thanks for the feedback! I think adding the turn is good but it's too much card text and gets to complicated. So I've modified it into something simpler:
This should be less powerful but still interesting for Priest as even high Attack minions could be dropped to low amounts of Attack by using both. Maybe it should cost 1 mana (though that makes it a worse Humility).
The main one I've been thinking of. It should work the same as Gonk, the Raptor but for a minion, assuming any spare attacks left are lost at the end of the turn.
For Reverberating Echo, I tried to balance the cost around Mass Dispel. You lose the card draw, which is a negative, but gain Twinspell. Silencing your own minions is a drawback in a vacuum, although obviously Priest can run a bunch of cards that you may want to silence, like Quartz Elemental, in addition to a bunch of neutral minions where high stats are offset by bad text. But 3 mana feels too cheap when I think about the decks that want to run this.
For Cyclical Destruction, Twisting Nether was my baseline, but I’m really thinking about token Druid with this one. The potential 7 damage is a lot, but feels fair for the effect of silencing tokens that would otherwise summon 2/2 Treants. Not sure any current Standard Warlock deck would want to run such a card, but for a wild Control Warlock it could be a powerful late game option.
Pretty straight-forward, but very powerful when used right. I think it's a good combination of flavor and gameplay, considering the Hunter's current head-space and the flavor of Sylvanas Windrunner. Compare it to Play Dead; Necrium Vial costs 5 for two procs of a Deathrattle, but that's Preparation's fault.
Edit: ...I think it might be "too late" for such a card, considering the potential for Goblin Bomb kills. YOLO?

My first idea, not sure if it should be 3 or 2 mana though:
Any thoughts?

Penance can be used with itself or with another healing spell like Circle of Healing
Fel For Good is obviously synergy for "Drawlock"
Snake Oil is combo material
Custom cards :
CLASSES : Alchemist (CCC#5 | Phase V) | Chef (CCC#4)
EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)
@Kovachut and NiRaSt thanks for the clarification! Would this count then?
Feedback on a druid scheme? Perhaps Ralaar's Scheme should only hit a minion first?
Hit everyone? Only minions?(That's practically Hagatha's Scheme)."Hit them very hard"
-Raid Leader
Scheme's have only dealt with one increment number. Perhaps just start the damage at 10 and leave the cost reduction number as the upgraded value?
"Hit them very hard"
-Raid Leader
Now that's what I call flavour. I agree with ZarmFK though. Only one number should be upgraded and I also think this should regard the cost reduction.

I think that ralaar's scheme is better than Xavius' scheme. it seems to be flavored better, and more creative. it feels more like a druid card.

Overtuned. Normally spells, that do 4 damage and cost 2 have a drawback. Yours deals 5 and two benefits (twinspell, minion summoning one).

Other than that, I really like the card.

On a second thought I believe that Rhonin's Scheme is the name you should pick.
