This week's theme comes from nobravery whose "Paradox" was the winner of our Soul Cah Toa competition!
Competition-Specific Restrictions:
You must design two cards from different classes with the exact same text.
Requiring Battlecry/Deathrattle/Inspire/etc. on a minion means you cannot put the same text on a spell and have it count. Inner Rage and Cruel Taskmaster do not have the exact same text.
Hero cards are similarly banned, as the Hero Power keeps the card as a whole from being the same.
Preview Phase (Starts Now! Ends 21:00 UTC 14/3/2019) During this Phase, the Discussion Topic is made available, previewing this week's competition theme. Entry and Early Voting Phase (Starts 21:00 UTC 14/3/2019, Ends 21:00 UTC 18/3/2019) During this Phase, the Submission Topic is made available for your submissions. You may also, of course, feel free to give early up-votes to any submissions that you like! Voting Phase (Starts 21:00 UTC 18/3/2019, Ends 21:00 UTC 19/3/2019) During this Phase, the Submission Topic will be locked, so no more entries may be submitted. Instead, use this time to browse the submissions and up-vote your favorites! Final Phase (Starts 21:00 UTC 19/3/2019), Ends 21:00 UTC 20/3/2019) During this Phase, the Discussion Topic will also be locked, and a new Poll Topic will go up. Discussion will be allowed to continue in the Poll Topic, and it will also include all the qualifying finalists and poll to decide the winner of the competition!
Discussion Topic Rules
To make sure that everything runs smoothly, we need to reserve the Submission Topic for submissions only. Everything else goes here. What is everything else, you might ask?
Rules or Process. Do you have a question about the competition's process? Do you need clarification about one of the entry requirements? Are you not sure whether your entry adhered to the rules? Ask here!
Feedback or Ideas. Do you have some ideas you'd like to run by others before settling on one? Do you need help balancing or wording your entry? Do you need help finding art that will fit your card? Or do you just want feedback from the community on your entry? You're in the right place! Remember, although you are allowed to make minor tweaks to your entry after you've submitted it, you're only allowed one submission per week, so make sure that you've settled on your card for sure beforehand.
Discussion! Do you have thoughts on other people's entries? Are there directions you don't like that you're seeing too many people take? Or directions you'd like to see more people take? Would you like to help others and contribute to a greater community understanding of Hearthstone card design and balance? This is where you want to be!
All of that said, please refrain from the following:
Posting TONS of Ideas. Discussion topics become an absolute mess if everybody is posting a dozen different ideas. Please post not more than 3 distinct ideas at a time. Any more than that and we'll have to delete your post.
Advertising Your Entry. Please don't pop in here just to advertise your entry only to never be heard from again. This includes only asking short, generic, or insincere questions like "Thoughts?" or "Do you think this is interesting?". Yes, getting feedback on your entry is one of the purposes of this topic, but we're not just here for other people to help you. We're here for you all to help each other. 12 hours after this competition begins, there should be plenty of other posts here for you to give specific feedback or for you to comment on a trend. If you post your entry for feedback after this time and do not also offer some form of substantial commentary, critique, or praise of others' work, you may find your post deleted.
Plagiarism. Many people post their ideas here before finalizing them in the submission topic. Directly plagiarizing those ideas to post in the submission topic yourself is absolutely not acceptable.

Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3
I think the key this week is to find an effect that can be very different depending on certain factors, such as stats, card type or synergy.
For instance, Demonic Inquisitor is just the typical overstated Warlock minion, while Soul Eater is more interesting: you can get around its drawback, but you're left without Hero Power.
Not saying these cards are good by any means, in fact I find them quite dull and I'll try to come up with something better, but I think they illustrate the proper philosophy more or less.
Hero Powers are the greatest means to create a dramatically-different outcome between classes. The Huntress turns your Hero Power into Baron Geddon, while the Cleric turns your Hero Power into an AoE heal.

The first Hero Worshipper has extremely strong synergy with Doomhammer while the second one has more general synergy with the class's Attack gain mechanic. Miracle Pole is a generally solid card draw but require you to not Hero Power up for quite sometime.
Your idea is good, but Hunter hasn't got many weapons, maybe you make it a Warrior card instead?
@Wailor
Well, i agree that these cards are kinda dull, but they have cool synergy with Mecha'thun!
@OttawaCloset
Your idea is really cool, but maybe you can make these cards do more than just Discover.
@linkblade91
Probably you should change wording, because i thought first one does the same thing as Deadeye, while second...Otherwise, your idea is not bad, but i would go with something different.
@Shatterstar1998
I like second Worshipper the most, but flavor is kinda weak, i think you should change the name and art. Also i think that Miracle Pole should cost 3, it's not very big effect.
I got an idea too:
Both Shaman and Mage have Elemental synergy and have a lot of damaging spells, so these cards are different and similar at the same time.
I'm gonna give mass feedback here, because I think all entries fall into two categories.
As I said before, I think the appropriate way to approach this competition is to find cards that function differently even if the text is the same. I think @linkblade91 really nailed this, but @OttawaCloset, @Shatterstar1998 and, to a lesser extent, @Kovachut also did a good work.
In all other entries, both cards are too similar between them.
Now, some specific feedback:
@OttawaCloset
Tiny Spy's watermark should be K&C, since it's the only expansion with Rogue Secrets. Besides, the artwork should be centered.
The Old Librarian should be called "Old Librarian", since the word "The" is usually only used on legendaries. Also, the artwork you used for it is low resolution.
@Shatterstar1998
The text of both cards should say "After your hero attacks" instead of "attack".
I prefer the Druid version of Hero Worshipper, which btw needs a better flavor. Some Troll Druid from Rastakhan, maybe?
As I said before, I think the appropriate way to approach this competition is to find cards that function differently even if the text is the same.
You have a point there and I agree that linkblade91 did a good job in this regard. I think it's also a good idea to use catchy phrases and I'm planning to design something different featuring the phrase Deja Vu. Like Deja, the Trickster and Vu, Master of Kung Fu, but I still need to come up with the appropriate effect.
Anyway, you said you are going to design other cards, but I will give you a small feedback on your current ones: The drawback of losing 3 cards is too much imho, make it 1. The demon will be like a Totem Golem, but instead of overloading you for 1, you will lose a card resource. The rogue weapon will be like a FWA (or King's Defender), but for a price of a card resource you get another point of durability.
Hero Powers are the greatest means to create a dramatically-different outcome between classes. The Huntress turns your Hero Power into Baron Geddon, while the Cleric turns your Hero Power into an AoE heal.
Seems very strong. Hunter is somewhat lacking in board clears, this would give them a 2 damage board clear and a 5/5 for 8 mana. And if the 5/5 lives, the effect stays active so it has a soft Taunt as well. Priest card seems better as healing isn't anywhere near as powerful (and most minions die when trading anyway). Maybe lower the Health a little on the Huntress so she's easier to remove? Compare to Primordial Drake, where the 2 damage is a single event and it damages all minions (for a 4/8 Taunt versus your 5/5).
A new idea. I think it's better than my previous one but still not good enough.
The same effect is a benefit or a drawback depending on the class.
While Warriors benefit from getting the same weapon over and over again, Rogues are cursed to not use their HP unless they want to have their deck diluted with crappy weapons (they can still benefit from the effect, bit it's harder, though)

Interesting theme :) Will be nice to see how ppl balance around two classes while giving each card their own identity.

I'm loving the theme and I think I'm gonna mess it up with my designs.

Here's my first shot at this. Any suggestions?
Question to the mods:
Am I allowed to use a hero card and a legendary even though the prior one has a HP with additional text to it?
All I want to know if this is legal. As you can see, the card is not finished yet.
@ Kovachut, I want to know that too for my ideas actually. I think it is allowed because the text in both cards are the same.
Same, but just to be sure.
I'm gonna give mass feedback here, because I think all entries fall into two categories.

My first idea, I'd love any feedback:
Plays on the shared Deathrattle synergy that Priests and Hunters have.
