Thanks for all the feedback guys! I agree that the Avenger is better, but I think I over-complicated it and made it a bit too weak. Here's the new version I came up with:
TL;DR: the minion is balanced enough to target heroes.
It doesn't unlock Mana Crystals anymore, so it's weaker in comparison to its previous version. In order for you to inflict damage, you need to make a set-up beforehand (you need to play a card, which overloads you). Since you will have 1-3 (rarely 4) overloaded mana crystals most of the time, I think it's ok to target enemy heroes as well. It will be a 4 mana 4/4 minion, that deals 1-3 damage (compare to Goblin Blastmage). If you don't think so, then change the cost of your card to 2 (and give it the respective stats).
I think I will submit it as a 5/5 and see if I can do something with the name (yeah I made it up, lol)
As for the Dark Irony: I was actually trying to make a Flare kind of card for Warrior. The best way to play it was after you've played a weapo: you restore your durability and get armor to attack again, plus drawing you a card. In the end I kinda got lost and could not connect with the pun anymore.

Tbh the stats didn't matter that much to me. I like the princess being an Ironfur Grizzly. The only thing, that got me worried, was how control warrior would tank the damage and then play Sunfury Protector between the 0-cost giants just like Handlock. And this is why I wanted to increase Lara's cost a bit - just to delay this effect and to give the opponent the opportunity to silence her.
[edit] I just saw your card in the submission thread. I would advise you to remove the full stop after the taunt keyword and to insert "to your hand" on a separate line.
Sorry, mate, I don't like the card that much. It feels like Glowstone Technician with +1/+1 in stats but with a restriction in the effect. I think it will be better, if you buffed the dragons on your board. And I am not fan of the new art either.

@Atom - I think you're addressing this but Dark Iron avenger would be dangerous as face damage. As it goes, 'Overloaded' includes the turn you get overloaded so you could warp the effect. lava burst x 2 + DIA for 14, Elemental destruction in wild. I know that these are a bit awkward but taking new card design into account too I don't think it would be printed with face damage potential. removing the unlocking is a gd idea. Edit I see your version now seems just right!
I actually prefer Dark Iron Ambush. I like that it's even but I've been mulling over if it's op. Having 2 in hand makes for a high level swing turn zoo vs zoo. Still though, that might be fine and i can't balance it around 6.
@ kovachut - Fight for the Booze (hehe, funny name!) I love this, It's on the cusp of op because of it's flexibility. It has brilliant synergy with buffs raid leader, dire wolf alpha, is a great prep target because it summons minions, it's proactive. i'd vote.
@ wailor 2 nice cards. Honestly hard to choose. reforger suits the fatigue archetype as well as some other alt... hmmm, what's that aoe 'reveal a weapon' card we never see? dark iron justice is unique, bit of a pain tbh :D ugh, I could see it coming on t8 bringing the feels bad :..(, but at least there's less equality!!
edit -@ wailor, I read your Dark iron justice reduced attack, not health, my mistake. My feeling is that it would be a better fit to reduce attack as for health it just shuts down the game if it's not removed, buffing it etc is too simple. At least with attack the opponent could play minions (also think it's a bit more thematic). Just thought i'd say now as you have time to alter. Good luck either way.

Yes, although Dragonforge Blacksmith or Black Iron Weaponsmith would be equally okay.
The only thing that sounded dumb about the old name is that both words started by "Black".

@ Kovachut. Making it a Warrior card creates (imo) more synergy with cards like: Commanding Shout and Frothing Beserker etc.

I was thinking about something more like Crystalweaver - a minion, that buffs all friendly dragons on the board.
[edit] Increase its cost, make it so, that it gives a bigger buff to dragons (like the initial +2/+2 you planned).

I was thinking something like this might fit the theme and open the way for a totem/dragon shaman.
I also tried something like a craziest/weaker version of Ragnaros
or this one for priest, but I'm pretty sure I saw something similar to this card already.
This one is a Warrior Spell. I guess it can be an interesting removal spell.
