@DestroyerR maybe make it " Has +1/+1 for each minion returne to it's owner had." so it can also count the ones returned to the enemy's hand (maybe it's too OP but otherwise i don't see why i would run this 8 mana card that doesn't guarantee at least 8/8 stats. And shouldn't it have the text as a battlecry with "gain +1/+1"? Or you want it to gain stats even after you play it?
The wording is intentional (so as to give it a little boost), but the idea is that you WOULDN’T run this in a normal deck. That’s the whole twist of Loas, isn’t it?
For the Priest minion, i think you should rearrange the text cause it doesn't translate in how you described it works. The Warlock one seems OP if you manage to use two Greater Amethyst Spellstone before 10 mana possibly making it 14/15 Rush Lifesteal.

Last review: New Mage Loa -Jan'alai, the Dragonhawk
There’s already Jan’alai’s art, though... and that’s a Phoenix? The concept is great, though Windfury doesn’t make much sense here
@DestroyerRReally? Show me master :)) i haven't found any good art except in-game screenshots. Aslo, the Windfury is a dragonhawk trait in Hearthstone and it's there so that you can double attack on your turn and get two spells at least.
Final version : Thanks DestryerR for the art suggestion.
Ulzar, the Gravekeeper Priest Legendary 8 mana 4/10 Battlecry: Choose a Deathrattle minion. All your minions gain that Deathrattle.
The minion you choose doesn't have to be a friendly one.
Spirit of the Grave Priest Minion 2 mana 0/3 Stealth for 1 turn. After a friendly Deathrattle minion dies, give its Deathrattle to another friendly minion.

After careful consideration, I've decided that cost reduction is the best way to go with my submission, instead of ramp. Ramp just doesn't fit the Priest theme. For reference, here's the old card.
The idea is to come up with a Spirit that synergizes with Surrender to Madness, but ramp simply doesn't fit the priest aesthetic.
I've pretty much narrowed it down to these 3 variations.
I feel this card most closely captures the essence of the original idea.
#1
Unlike the previous version, this card gets guaranteed value and it's value can trigger multiple times on the same card, potentially getting 2+ mana discounts on a single card over multiple turns. However, you have far less control of the effect.
#2
This version gives the priest more control over how the discount is applied, allowing you to build your deck with it's effect in mind.
#3
Which version do you think synergizes with Surrender to Madness the most? Any feedback is welcome.
I'd change the wording a bit. There's no need for 'and so on' to be tacked onto text.
Battlecry: Deal 4 damage to an enemy minion.
Overkill: Deal 4 damage to a random enemy minion.
That would work just fine. As for it's cost and stats, it 'may' be a bit powerful? Hard to say. It's overkill on a standard attack is pretty much guaranteed with it's 12 attack. But then again, it is a 10 mana class legendary so they're kind of meant to be overpowered. I say use your best judgement.
My idea on a Loa that synergises with the official Spirit. Thoughts on ability and art?
The third art looks coolest, but i'm not sure it would fit thematicly to have tomeone ride the raven. Maybe zoom in and remove the rider from the frame? The second is the worst, because they are supposed to be animals, and that's just a lady in a mask.
The ability seems cool, but it's too cheap at 2 mana. Plus:
I have an issue with your card: Loa are supposed to be synergy consumers, while Spirits are synergy enablers. Your card is a Loa, but it's a synergy enabler.
I know, this may seem nitpicky, but I think it's important. Otherwise, this competition is just "Cool Legendary Beasts".
here are my 2 ideas for this week. does sethraliss need to be a beast? she is pretty humanoid like bwonsomdi.
I don't think this conforms to the competition.
Loas are powerful class Legendary Beasts and major highlights of their deck archetype, whilst functioning as the team's mascot. Their names are structured as "(Name), the (Animal)".
Spirits are 0-Attack Rare minions with a new mechanic: they have "Stealth for 1 turn" and provide a passive aura effect that benefits you in some way. Their names are structured as "Spirit of the (Animal)".
the naming conventions are pretty strict here.
Overall, the spirit is pretty all right. The Loa on the other hand is supposed to be some sort of win condition card, a game ender, not a game extender.
My tweak would maybe be "Battlecry: Cast all Overload card's you've played this game, but do not Overload."
I'm not sure, but the damage spells should probably randomly target.
Titanus, the Turtle is another in my series of unrequited love letters to an archetype that was never meant to be. Titanus turns all of your Taunt minions into Voodoo Hexxers, only better because they can Freeze enemies who target them with damage effects, spells, or Powers.
Hey, I was digging around in the WoW wiki to learn some lore about Loas. Freeze Shaman already has Moorabi as a legendary, and coincidentally it is Moorabi who killed the loa Mam'toth the Mammoth. There is also a turtle loa called Torga if you're interested in that.
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.

sethraliss is a loa as well as bwonsomdi and bwonsomdi isn't an animal.
edit:
i don't agree with sethraliss being a beast as she is humanoid but if the rules say she has to be then fine.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯, be that as it may, I'm just parotting what's been written. If the mods will allow it, cool.
Edit to your Edit: Looking into it, the Sethraliss you have in the card is only Sethraliss' Avatar, not the Loa herself. And I could flip a coin between my and your printing of her ability

Why is the rum gone?

Not all...
Kith'ix, Lukou, Mueh'zala, Bwonsamdi for instance
Another idea:

Will make the card art tonight:
Ulzar, the Gravekeeper
Priest Legendary
8 mana
4/10
Battlecry: Choose a Deathrattle minion. All your minions gain that Deathrattle.
The minion you choose doesn't have to be a friendly one.
Spirit of the Grave
Priest Minion
2 mana
0/3
Stealth for 1 turn. After a friendly Deathrattle minion dies, give its Deathrattle to another friendly minion.
Any thoughts?
Ohh, nice! As for the art, here you go:
https://www.wowhead.com/news=288350/blizzcon-2018-hearthstone-rastakhans-rumble-expansion-whats-next-panel#screenshots:288350:60
It has screenshots of the other Loas as well. Not a perfect picture, but you should be able to cut it
Thoughts?
Blizz, can i play class other than paladin?
My idea on a Loa that synergises with the official Spirit. Thoughts on ability and art?

An edit and rebalance of the first ability
A rethinking of the Raven concept.
Essentially the flavor of Mar'Ki is either the stealing and collection of the opponent class, or Flocking.

Mark my words, this will be almost exactly what Blizzard prints for the Rogue Legendary.
