Here Is mine, i have some problems to balance the Overkill effect, you have to remember this will trigger it with the battlecry and attacking, an idea that i have is lowering the attack. What do you think?

I'd go for the 8 mana version. 4 damage is enough for most Overkill effects and it makes it a better statline as well as not consuming your entire turn. 10 mana is kind of a league of its own I think.
"The flow of time is always cruel... its speed seems different for each person, but no one can change it... A thing that does not change with time is a memory of younger days..."
Stats are placeholder; they're probably too strong as-is. I just thought of the idea and wanted to get it out there:
The Paladin is using his hammer like a baseball bat: Overkill implies he swung too hard, thereby knocking the enemy minion back into their hero's face.

I'm not happy with the phrasing, but this is a rough idea of what I'm trying to make:
Ideally it's supposed to create the Druid-equivalent of Kingsbane decks, where you use cards like Claw, Bite, and Savage Combatant to turn the hero itself into a deadly force. The more times you Overkill minions, the stronger you become as the Nightmare takes hold of you and drives you crazy. Could be an Odd or Even deck as well - depending on how I cost the minion - for the empowered Hero Power.
It should remind you of The Scarecrow fight from Monster Hunt, with his Scythe weapon. A slow growth into a terrifying juggernaut, but the Druid has to use his face to do so and he can really only go up one point at a time.
It took a disheartening amount of time to come up with additional ideas:
Necromaster Brigand could combine with the Skeleton-generators like Bone Baron for a different take on Quest Rogue, and/or provide additional token fuel for Pirates.
First of all, your cards have a small "issue": Overkill is probably a Rastakhan Rumble only mechanic, and all your cards are from other expansions.
Out of them, I'd say Xavius, Nightmare Lord is my favourite, but such an ongoing effect might be broken, and I'm not sure people will like such a complex card. Also, he should be a Demon.
Feedback Blast has also a cool effect, but I find it very lacking in terms of flavour.
Thank you for your feedback. We don't know for a fact yet that Overkill is exclusive to Rastakhan's Rumble; the second blurb in the rules is to provide breathing room for people entering gray areas regarding how Overkill will be utilized. This would also apply to your later remark about Overkill being used on minions only: that's probably true, but without being 100% certain the mindset we must utilize is lenience.
Also, Feedback Blast's flavor is lacking because I pulled it out of my Year comp, where it made more sense in context of what I was doing with the Hunter (Alleria Windrunner's time in the Void). Regardless, you are right.
As for your cards, I really don't like the Tribute to Hir'eek, but the others are good. I personally prefer Purging Flame, in-part because the Shaman already has a lot of AoE damage spells (and lightning spells in general). When applicable it's a very popular direction people go in the WCDC, so despite my love for the element I guess I'm just tired of seeing it.
Thanks for your feedback! Speaking of which, I've thought an alternative flavor for your Feedback Blast.
Time Out! shows us that they are going to use sports terminology for Rastskhan Rumble. Therefore, renaming Feedback Blast as Red Card or something like that would make a lot of sense, if we consider Overkill as bad sportsmanship or even foul play.

Good point :) Coincidentally, my idea right above your post relies on sports flavor heh

Deathstalker Courier Probably my most well thought out card. I had much fun creating/designing this card with the idea of making Overkill: giving you a card that served as some kind of combo enabler, whilst still making it a usefull minion. I went with Stealth over Rush because it would feel like a too big of a tempo swing. Yes this card is a powercreeped combination of Ice Rager and Shadow Rager.
Springloaded Boxer This card is my least favourite of the cards I created, and is very standarized as Overkill: gives you a drawback. Nonetheless I think the card has a very cool design:
A boxer that gets punished because he is cheating (only if you actually see him cheating) As long as he hits face it will go unnoticed, but if you bully the smaller people you will be given you a timeout.
I wanted to give this card a statline somewhere around Ticking Abomination, but since the drawback isn't quite as high as the one from Ticking Abomination I decided to give it one health less. Also it is nowhere near the powerlevel of Flamewreathed Faceless wich makes it pretty balanced.
Precision Shot Another well tought out card that I think could see some play for example in odd hunter, 5 damage for 5 mana makes it half as powerful as Pyroblast but Overkill: gives it the versatility to become either a aggro tool or be used as a control card and still dish out some usefull face damage. I would count this at the powerlevel of Explosive Shot or Kill Command but combined with Cobra Shot this combination gives it the chance of becoming a very versatily card for hunter.
Not Again! This is more of a fun card, I made this because I was tangled up in thinking about Baited Arrow wich has a Dinosaur and Overkill: in the card, so I tought lets make more of a funny card. So I took the idea of Tinkmaster Overspark and Baited Arrow and combined it into a meme card. Mage doesn't have alot of mech synergy at the moment (I know wild has some mechs for mage) but I think in the future this card could be supported with more cards like Unpowered Mauler or Zilliax.
These are my cards and I would appreciate if you could leave feedback on them so I can choose the right one for submission.
I think Deathstalker Courier is possibly too strong. and the name takes away from the uniqueness of Deathstalker Rexxar. A Stealth minion that gets to save excess damage for later is an awfully sweet deal, considering you get to dictate the trade. Adding Cold Blood would just balloon the potential for abuse, perhaps creating a 1-mana Fireball or better.
All of your cards are using the default Class watermark, which really annoys some people (namely, Sinti and I lol)
I like the Warrior card the most: I think the Overkill matches the flavor, and it helps compensate for the extra stat. Although I think it might be a little on the weak side.
I'm not a fan of Precision Shot's power-creep on Cobra Shot. The latter wasn't all that amazing, granted, but it just feels like a reprint.
Not Again! is way too niche. It only works in a Mech Mage, you need to put it on a Mech that can manage the Overkill, and the Overkill can be super-swingy. A free 1/1 is fine, but free 5/5s is super good.
I have two initial ideas. Both fairly simple. Any feedback is more than welcome!
Adapt is exclusive to Un'Goro - for now, anyway - but it's still an intriguing combination. However, without pulling a defensive option like Divine Shield or +3 Health, odds are not good that the Satyr will survive most trades. It also opens up the possibility where you could lose and gain Health "simultaneously" (lose from trade, gain from Adapt), which could be confusing.
That being said, I'm afraid both cards are lacking in "wow factor" to attract upvotes :(
This was my first idea when I heard of Overkill, something you explicitly need Spell Damage to trigger. Not sure if this would make more sense as a Shaman card?
Unless I'm mistaken, wouldn't Rage of Jan'alai ignore Spell Damage? The effect overrides modifiers because the damage is always equal to the target's Health. Assuming I'm wrong, the effect is still kind of wonky. Also, the difference between low-proccing and the best outcome possible is massive: for 5-mana (and ignoring buffs), this spell can inflict anywhere between 1 damage to a single target and 15 damage to all enemy minions (Ultrasaur). Such variance leaves a lot of room for negative "feel" on the low end and/or potential abuse on the high end.
What do you think about this weapon for shaman? I was looking for artwork with a hammer smashing into the ground (if anyone knows about artwork like this please tell me) but this works too.
The effect is super-good: those are free Excavated Evil/Hagatha the Witch procs every time you Overkill. That seems far too strong for a 4/3/2 weapon.
Assuming you proc the Overkill each time, it goes 2/3 -> 3/2 -> 4/1; Fiery War Axe is crying in the corner haha. It seems fine, but I personally would mix up the stats just to avoid that comparison.
this is my idea for the week. i wanted to make him grow as he killed things but i also didn't want to just copy of darius crowley.
With just the Battlecry, he's a 6/6 worth of stats + Rush for 4. That's pretty strong, even before we get into the Immune. You probably wouldn't play him until you can proc the Overkill, meaning you'll have 8/10 in stats and two minions providing Immunity to a minion that was allowed to act immediately; that's crazy D:
Light's Judgment obviously requires Auchenai Soulpriest. The 3/3 Voidbeast of the second version is supposed to be vanilla but I didn't find adequate art yet.
What do you think?
I very much oppose Thrallmar Sniper. Light's Judgment is pretty neat, though, encouraging the use of the Priest's damage-conversion tools. Sen'jin's fine, but I think the effect is low-hanging fruit in terms of creativity. I would go with the second LJ.
The Hunter Loa(?) is my favorite, especially because it plays well with Kathrena Winterwisp (and Dire Frenzy). I wonder if it's too strong, but...all well lol.
Blade Frenzy seems like power-creep on Warpath. I also think it's a little early to turn Lord Godfrey's effect into a spell; they're not completely the same, but it still cuts into the Legendary's uniqueness.
Honestly, I think most people would use Glass Axe exclusively for 2-mana Fireballs to the enemy's face. They would sit on them until lethal or filter them in-between moments with an empty board. It's a dream card for Aggro, especially since you can use cards like Upgrade! to buff the Durability and postpone the Deathrattle.
Supercharged Elemental confuses me: is the Overkill meant to weaken/kill it, as counter-balance for being a 4/5/5 with Rush? There has to be a simpler way to express that. Until Blizzard does it, I will vehemently shoot down any attempts to make "-X/-X" a thing in Hearthstone; especially negative Health: Shrinkmeister, Pint-Size Potion, and Curse of Weakness only give negative Attack.
Here Is mine, i have some problems to balance the Overkill effect, you have to remember this will trigger it with the battlecry and attacking, an idea that i have is lowering the attack. What do you think?
I agree with Thezzy: you should stick with the 8-mana version. They both amount to a mini-Meteor, but 10-mana is always a lot to ask for and I don't think most people would be willing to pay that price. The Mage has a ton of clearing power for cheaper, so I think the Mage's truly expensive cards should focus on something else (Frost Lich Jaina, Dragoncaller Alanna, etc.).

Blade Frenzy, ey, i see what you did there, nice option for a warrior defile, and pretty good themed, i like this one the most.
Glass Axe, i'm pretty dure this is going to face most of the time, i high attack weapon with that cost is potentialy dangerous with all the buffs, being Upgrade the most problematic, that drawback isn't to much knowing that. yes tauts are a thing, but agro decks usually run some silence, and tempo warrior had execute in the past, so...i gon't know, tauts might not be a problem for this.
Supercharged Elemental, if it works as i think, is a 4 mana removal that might survive as a 3/2 or, 3/1, feels balanced, and you alway can just, let it on board and wait to evolve it in the following turns.
Ignoring the comments made about Blade Frenzy and Glass Axe, Supercharged Elemental is missing the Elemental tag.
But also, what bugs me is that its effect says "gain" but then it loses stats instead of gaining stats, as "gain" by dictionary definition means an increase, or the acquisition of something new. It would make more sense if it said "give this minion".

Maybe I should consider keeping the spell 1 mana but make it target minions only?
-
So I guess it could be a 5/6 then, im just scared that it keeps hitting face. And you want the enemy to make the trades into it.
Precision Shot looks like a reprint yeah, but note that Cobra Shot came out with Naxx. Since Blizz doesn't buff older cards I wanted to take a idea of an older card but work it into something usefull. (I mean Blizz powercreeped Pompous Thespian for no reason too.)
I put it in mage because it looked like a funny spell. But that said I could put it in any class that has enough synergy with the spell. And for your opinion about super swingy. Hunter also has alot of tools to get cheap 5/5 aswell and I consider that swingy too, so for the 50/50 chance to get a 5/5 only about 2 times (Considering your chosen minion can't survive more attacks) seems fine.
Ignoring the comments made about Blade Frenzy and Glass Axe, Supercharged Elemental is missing the Elemental tag.

Love the tribes.
Too bad you can't downvote some entries they are just so bad.. someone submitted a 4/4 windfury for 6 WITH A DOWNSIDE that's horroundously bad.
someone put overkill on a spell that deals no damage, another entry is a 8 mana 8/8 without an immediate effect (might as well be blank text).
before making a card ask yourself would you put that card in a deck.. then we blame blizzard for printing garbage cards.
very low quality entries this week.
