The demonic race of Eredar, Draenai's edgy twisting nether cousins, are a bunch of well-known colluders and conspirators. In fact, they are so known for their tendency to plot and scheme that their granddaddy, Kil'Jaeden, earned himself the moniker "The Deceiver".
It only made sense for Warlocks to receive some Secrets love to reflect the nature of one of the most iconic demonic races under their control that actually kinda control them. However, Eredar don't trouble themselves with pitiful minor conspiracies, so the secrets had to reflect that as well. At 4 mana they are expensive enough to allow for a higher power level, but cheap enough so that you don't spend your turn doing nothing.
I like the impending doom because you have to play around killing the targeted minion on your turn, and maybe your opponent notices that you leave it alive and can then react on it, so you have to decide cleverly.
i dont like return to argus. It is too similar to ice block
and reign of fire is to powerfull imo Edit: but yeah you can play around it so its a bit more balanced
Reign of fire: 4 mana board clear that can punishes you for trying to win. Yup.
Impending Doom: if you pick a taunt, you can’t play around this card. If you pick any card in general, you opponent gets punished for trading if they can’t beat the 6/6.
Return to Argus: preventing damage is too vague. What if your opponent play swipe? Does all of the damage go away or just the face damage? Bleh. Also Blizz would never make a card that lets you end a opponents turn.

Eater of Secrets is a card you know. Also, reign of fire isn’t a board wipe, at minimum it will do 2 damage to everything. Also, don’t all secrets punish players that are trying to win?

Dude, these are just fan creation ideas, no need to be salty and mocking--- he has actually spent time to make these, we should be grateful
Impending Doom: mechanically hard to impossible to realize: Hearthstone does not allow actions on your opponents turn. And what happen when you get it off Mad Scientist?

At minimum it will deal 1 damage. Don't forget: Secrets doesn't trigger on your turn, so it will not trigger from your hero-power. Still: it's too strong with the face-damage to your opponent. Especially with Minions like mad scientist. Every card that deals damage to all other characters including face are quite OP (as we saw with pre-nerf Star Aligner Druid). Without the face-damage it's still strong but not too op. A board wipe is already quite strong by itself.
The Last card: Seems realizeable: it's an ice-block with a twist.

Read the first card again. It’s a minimum of two damage

It doesn't require actions on your opponent's turn. You chose the minion as you play the card.
As for the Mad Scientist interactions, it doesn't do anything, much like Carnivorous Cube or Voodoo Doll don't do anything with their Deathrattles if they aren't played from hand.
Impending doom is great but I'm not a fan of return to argus as it is already done with Iceblock etc. What about when your hero takes fatal damage, prevent it and transform into (insert Argus-related character here)

Honestly these are all so busted.

Not exactly a secret if you need to target a minion.
The game can make the arrow of choosing invisible, ez solution
The devs aren't going to completely change the UI just to make a secret work
Balanced? No. Fun? Yes.

I really like your idea of Warlocks having secrets and the cost of 4 is good. I agree with @chemfatigue. I like Reign of fire but it is too strong. I like how it doubles damage though so maybe just make it hit all minions not faces?
