Two ideas I had this week; Arcane Resonance is a pure meme card and I thought it'd be fun, Ethereal Pickpocket is a card I just can't seem to get the wording right on though so hopefully it makes sense. I feel like for the body you're getting and the knowledge/effect from the card 7 mana is more than warranted although i'm thinking of changing it to a 3/4 cost spell.
Let me know what you think and i'll leave my own feedback soon!
Like the idea behind Arcane Resonance as it could facilitate you on casting spells and makes it fun playing Big Hand Mage in Standard, though in wild, things can get crazy when Yogg-Saron, Hope's End kicks in, or how some Rouges and Priest can make a copy out of it and cast it.
For Ethereal Pickpocket I could say that it's a nice effect concept, but it would be more fitting for at least an epic card. Besides, (from my perspective), it is rather clunky for a Rouge to have 4/4 seven mana minion, as it doesn't necessarily provide a good amount of tempo and it is also a bit overpowered when you Discover the opponent's win condition.
A bit wordy but not sure how else to say it all. I like the idea of "waiting your turn" or doing things in a line. And the Echo plus cycling back to the front means you could give +2/+2 to 5 minions, or +10/+10 to a single minion depending on how your hand looks/deck is built. Thoughts?
I like this kind of spell for Paladin Hand-Buff, but it kills when a card text have to much lines. Besides that, I could argue on raising the rarity to epic, since Unstable Evolution could be considered as a similar buffing card with the differences of buffing the minions on the board.
Now, for asking; How do you display a card without using the attachments of this webpage? I seriously have no idea and I would also like to post some of my ideas.
"Every choice in life can be seen as branches, and antlers are just weird, bony branches."
Here's my suggestion for this week, let me know what you think!
Note: It targets the left/right-most beast, so if you have 8 spells then draw 2 beasts, the 9th and 10th cards will be the targets. If you only have one beast in your hand, it will automatically give it +3 health, and simply won't activate if you have no beasts in hand. If you have 3 or more beasts in hand, only first or last ones will get the buff.
Too busy giving feedback; forgot to open the Submissions D: Here it is!

Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3

We always recommend that you save your card images to your computer, then upload them to an Imgur account. Take the i.imgur link and bring it here to automatically post the image. You cannot just post the Hearthcard link after you're done making the card.

Alright, my turn now. I have a second iteration of Chi Transmuter, as well as a new card inspired by @ChildOfTheAtom12's Clockwork Scout.
Okay, so this version of Chi Transmuter features the wording @Kovachut suggested me. I also gave it +1 Attack, because a 3/5 stuck me as too weak (every 3/5 and even 3/6 in the game have effects that seem stronger, IMO).
Then, I want to point out two things about Tartarus Enslaver:
Gameplay wise: The basic mechanic is very similar to targeted Discard. However, it can be used to dilute your opponent's deck a la Weasel Tunneler in combination with a cheap minion. Flame Elemental from a Fire Fly would be a premium target.
About the name: I was about to call him Slave Trader, which matches his effect better, but I thought Tartarus Enslaver was fancier, even though the Tartarus doens't exist in WoW as far as I know. Let me know which name you prefer.
I personally would never recommend using the word "Slave" in a name, especially "Slave Trader". There are some darker concepts (like slavery) that just don't need to be brought up in a friendly card game. I still prefer Chi Transmuter, anyway.

Sorry for that. I forgot this word has darker implications in the U.S. than in my country.
Here in Spain it's obviously remembered as a horrible episode of human history, but it wouldn't be politically incorrect to put it in a game like Hearthstone. It could be comparable with, let's say, Inquisition (which is already referenced in Vilefin Inquisitor).
I had this idea of literally basing it towards hand skills and how they're "quick to draw". Since Rouges are both Combo based oriented and card draws, it makes it appropriated. Of course, some notorious problems would be the combination with cards like The Caverns Below and Vilespine Slayer, which led me to maybe reconsider the mana cost of this card.
Apart from making some Shamanic shenanigans, I would like to see some new support for Overload Shaman. The idea behind of it is to allow to prepare some ridiculous combos, but at the price of waiting one more turn and to strategize your hand positioning.

Again, sorry. I hope I didn't offend anyone.
I'd go for a name like "Tartarus Banisher" - i.e. It 'banishes' your minion from your hand into the opponent's deck. Enforcer could work too, in that it's removing the minion from your hand to enforce some kind of rule or edict.
Abort! Abort! This enables an uncounterable (well, you can Counterspell it, but you know what I mean) turn 5 OTK: get two of these in your hand, plus a Frost Shock...
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.
Only idea that I could think of that wasn't boring:
Art is obvioiusly a problem considering the name is on the book, so if anyone has any better art please tell me!
I like the card itself, but it would be a bit more fitting if it were a weapon and that it discarded whenever it attacks. For the art, I guess you could use from a clip from the anime or something.

That's a good idea, but the flavor would be more off imo. It's a little bit of a stretch to link hitting a random enemy minion to writing a card's name down and destroying/discarding a card in the opponent's hand. I also want to avoid making it sound too much like Fatecleaver.

Then how about a pasive weapon in which spends a durability (page) in the end of the turn in order to discard (write the name down) on the most-left card.

The great thing about that is that... I was aware of this type of problem as I made the card.
I imagine the card would probably be hard-coded so it wouldn't cast copies of itself to create an infinite loop, similar to how Defile is hard-coded to only cast a maximum of 14 times. A number of other cards have hard-coding limitations as well (examples include Bouncing Blade, Shudderwock, Demented Frostcaller, and Unearthed Raptor).

So, here's a question. Whilst everyone here is doing specifically left-most and right-most cards (except me with Surge Coil), would something like this count? It does still involve hand positioning and it could be utilized.
Note that this card is just intended to demonstrate an idea. Some other people could take the same concept and use it in some different way. I doubt this specific effect would actually work in practice.
That said, this card could theoretically be useful for tracking your opponent's hand. If your opponent plays a card on the right-side of their hand and it doesn't cost very much, you know they don't have many (if any) high-cost cards in hand from when you played it.

Yes: while the connection could be seen as unorthodox, rearranging your hand counts. It can readily synergize with other hand-position cards, supporting archetypes that want to mess with their hand.
I was thinking of something similar, actually, making a 1/1/3 that rearranges one's hand lel. I wasn't totally sure it would be fine, either, but I conferred with Shadows to figure out our stance on the matter. We're cool with it.
