I Am Murloc would fill your board with 2/2 Murlocs, instead of 1/1s.
Power of the Horde would summon a random Horde Warrior, twice (so they could be the same Warrior).
Rogues Do It... would deal 4 damage twice and draw two cards.

The first card answers the themes 1 and 3. I don't know if the first sentences is clear enough, didn't know how to word it. The stealth is there so you can get the effect go off once, and then it's your job to protect it. The idea is similar to the Timeline Witness from the arena exclusive cards, except it will always make you discover a card from your top three cards. So two of them can stay there for a long time if you don't want to draw them. Not sure it would be played in constructed, but seems solid in arena. The art is from Wow TCG.
Second card answers theme 2 and 4. Windfury is the double-up. Would that count? The art is from JunkieSlasher on DeviantArt. The art really looked shamanish so I went with that and decided that the Windfury was a good mechanic of shaman that could answer the double-up theme.
Any comments appreciated!
Do you mean, "Discover a card from your opening hand?"
Nah, I mean instead of drawing you'll discover a card from the 3 next ones you would normally draw from your deck. So you choose one, but the other two will stay on top of your deck so will be in the discover choices again next turn if the minion is still there. I see how it is very unclear how I wrote it... Will try to think of something else.
My second time participating (my first being the other one this week)! I'm super curious what people think about my cards. The first one hits themes 2, 3, and 4, and my second card only hits theme 1.
I'm actually pretty happy with my first card, I think it allows for interesting interactions, since the deathrattle can be triggered by both your opponent and you, depending on who kills it on who's turn, so people can fight for the deathrattle bonus. It's also anti-aoe in that sense on a deathrattle board. Necrium rogue support! I'm only worried that it's too powerful, so it should perhaps be a legendary or more expensive.
My second card is decent for BSM and elemental mage that just seeks to get three types of answers in one card (small removal + elemental generation, midrange removal and heal, and burn). Not sure if the flavour is good enough, nor am I sure about the mana cost.
Do let me know what you think! I'll take a look and offer some thoughts of my own on other cards tomorrow.

You're definitely not new to HearthPwn, but I'll say it anyway: welcome to the Fan Creations side of things :D
Make sure you select the "Spell" tab in Hearthcards if that's what you want to create: Lights of the Fire Festival is using the Minion layout, which doesn't look right. Also, I think most people would frown on a Mage spell adding a Priest card to your hand; that's kind of weird :/ Obviously Pyroblast is way too good to be on the list, but what about Cinderstorm, Explosive Runes, Flame Lance or Shooting Star? The last one isn't really fire-related, but it could still fit if you think of it as fireworks.
Of the cards I mentioned, arguably Explosive Runes should be your spell of choice: that way, every card listed is from the same Hearthstone Year (or in Basic, with Fireball). Flame Geyser is from Journey to Un'Goro, and Explosive Runes is from Kobolds & Catacombs, both from the Year of the Mammoth. Otherwise, you have to worry about a Wild/Standard split; that's not a deal-breaker, but some people would not be thrilled about that.
Edit: While I'm still here, don't forget about your watermarks, too. A common "noob" mistake is to leave it alone, which would make your card a part of the Classic set (which is obviously wrong lol).

Thank you! I'm definitely not new to the forum, I love it, but card designing is a whole new fun I'm going to be enjoying on this forum. Thanks for the pointers, I'll address them tomorrow.
I want to address something: The reddit post says "your cards will each feature 2 different themes...Keep in mind that each of your cards must feature exactly 2 themes, no more and no less." On the other hand, hearthpwn says "you'll be tasked to make two cards that combined satisfy all of the themes below," which is what I designed my cards for. Can there be clarification on this point?

I'm not the primary moderator on-point for this particular crossover-competition - ThisOtherGuyTox is the one you're looking for - but he's not currently online. I believe the Reddit post is correct in-that the themes are supposed to be split evenly between the two cards. I didn't mention it in my original feedback post because I'm not sure; I'll ask Tox about it when he's available.

Here's the thing with Explosive Runes though: It's a Secret. If your opponent plays it, then plays a Secret, your opponent will know that it's Explosive Runes, especially because it will say "Created by Lights of the Fire Festival" when they play it. This ultimately defeats the purpose of Explosive Runes being a Secret, therefore also the purpose of specifically generating it.

True, but I wasn't really concerned with that part of it to be honest. My first concern was the thematic fit of all three cards with the Fire Festival, followed by the Year question. The card is still functional, even if the secretive nature is lost *shrugs* It's definitely something to keep in mind, but I wouldn't consider that an automatic deal-breaker.

The way it's supposed to work is like Kalimos, Primal Lord. The effects are mostly information-gatherers rather than big effects, so you get a vanilla body for the effect. Is it under/overpowered?

Information-gathering can be hard to measure in terms of value, but it's a Legendary so there's a lot of leeway for that. My main complaint is that Fortune: Secrecy is a dead-card/situation the vast majority of the time. Yeah Fortune: Luck only has a 50% chance of activating, but Secrecy is literally useless against 5 of the game's classes. Even against those with Secrets, it might not achieve anything when played depending on when you drop Sayge. You almost have to sit on him(?) until Secrets are played, lest you risk a wasted Battlecry.
I don't know what you would replace it with, but Secrecy's niche usage combined with the 50% chance of failure for Luck leaves a lot of potential open for feel-bad outcomes :(

I like them. My least favorite would be Fortune: Luck. It can literally do nothing and feels a bit out of place with the other 3.

Zandalari Shadowspeaker = Brave New Lands + Unexpected Cooperation, Edit: Threw out the boring ETC and made it into a Quest. Get Ready to ROCK! + Encore E.T.C. = Double Up + Festival. To clarify the Quest:
Giving Attack/Health simply means buffing minions, regardless of how you do it. AoE buffs grant multiple procs.
I Am Murloc would fill your board with 2/2 Murlocs, instead of 1/1s.
Power of the Horde would summon a random Horde Warrior, twice (so they could be the same Warrior).
Rogues Do It... would deal 4 damage twice and draw two cards.
I like the first card. It's balanced and revisits the stealth archtype or rogue, and you can take advantage of it by plopping it down and making favourable trades or even backstabbing your own minions.
I'm not a huge fan of the quest and quest reward. For one, the tokens generated are simply the E.T.C cards, but the quest reward says they'll trigger twice. Why not just reward upgraded tokens to get rid of the confusion? Also, giving additional attack and health to me TWENTY times seems a bit much. You need to stack your deck with minions and spells for the purpose and the reward is not good enough to justify that. Maybe reduce the number? Otherwise, the flavour is awesome!
I updated my entries for balance and to fit the reddit rules:
The first card is backstabbable for combo uses. The deathrattle can also be triggered by both you and your opponent, so it's risky to plop down against cube hunter, for instance. Does not work with stuff like necrium vial because "twice" is mentioned in both cards. Necrium vial is not casted twice, it's casted once, and it triggers the deahtrattle twice (I hope you get my point). Cool necrium support for rogue. Am considering increasing the attack 4 to since the text can be useful for the opponent as well and the attack is worthless if the card is used with backstab. Flavour: "Whatever you do, DON'T drop a Necrium vial."
My second card is mostly for the flavour, but I can see it being run in exodia and quest mages for a lot of burst and answers. Too slow for almost anything else. Made it cost 6 instead of 5 because it's better than tome in decks that would run it, and it simply gives a lot of burst if you think about it. Like Flare, the stealth removal is secondary and mostly for flavour. Do people think it should be reverted to 5 mana? Flavour text: "Are you going this year? I heard it was lit" - Wild Pyromancer
Simple card, but a strong tempo effect. Might bump to 4 mana or make it a 2/1.
You'll never take me alive... take him!
I had a lot of milling about for this one. I had so many versions and revisions about this effect. It being a secret, it being a Paladin, or Hunter card. I think this is the one I'm satisfied with. Edit: Huh. I forgot to add "until your next turn. but that would make it 5 lines. Back to the drawing board.
Is it fine if we use in-game screenshots of sethrak and vulpera? There is no official artwork of them that isn't a sketch and all the fanart is on white backgrounds and with OC (original characters/ avatars of artists/fursonas). I just really don't want to use the trolls that (in my opinion) look exactly like the normal trolls (just blue with dark spots). The humans are even more generic and the tortollans already are in hs.

Does Bwonsamdi count as a Zandalari troll? And does drinking in general count as being a festivity?

Bwonsamdi works. Drinking would count imo, as one of the most famous holidays from wow, is the Brewfest.
We don't currently know what good ol' Bwon is, but currently he is resembling an Zandalari Troll.

A question, but does 'Summon a copy' works for Double Up? Technically it doubles a minion.
