This card comes as a subtitute for the Priest Hero Card that will go out in the next rotation and it tries to completement the lack of survivability that the priest will lose when the Quest also rotates out of standard. The Hero Card doubles the Health of all your minions and your hero alike. Hope you like the idea.
Second Card -
Masky, Masquerade Master
Theme :
Festival & Unexpected Cooperation
Lore : " Pillaging towns, sailing the seas, breathing fire and even flying beyond the trees, Masky is always there so be aware."
This is of course a fun card but i can see it work (don't think it's too unbalanced). Masky is a disguise master and hence it can Magnetize to other tribe minions such as Dragons and Pirates.
The selected minion abandons the battlefield to go to a tavern party. Then, a hangover prevents it from coming back properly.
Against minions that cost (5) or less, this card just delays their threat some turns. However, if used against expensive minions, it doesn't only kill them right away, but also reduces your opponent's hand size by one. It's a good card for mill decks, for that reason.
Themes:
Unexpected Cooperation
&
Brand New Lands
The artwork is Carmelita Fox from the Sly Cooper series, but I thought she fits as a Vulpera inspector in Mean Streets of Gadgetzan.
Mechanically, it's a tech card that you have to play proactivelly, but also has potential to stay there for the rest of the game.
Greatfather Winter:
Satisfies "Festival" and "Unexpected Cooperation." Playing off the idea of a "Secret Santa", he encourages interesting deck-building to take advantage of his Gifts. They can be a powerful boost, but you have to be careful to not let your opponent steal them.
Blessed Outrigger:
Satisfies "Double Up" and "Brand New Lands". The Outriggers are a group of monster hunters on Kul Tiras, so she's a Kul Tiran human. The card is perfect for tempo decks: it can make great trades, but is unlikely to survive unless you already have some board control. Pair her with buffs for extra spicy plays.
The artwork for
Captain Eudora
isn't great, but there's no great Vulpera art out there for Hearthstone cards. Otherwise though, it's a fun Burgle Rogue card to steal Legendaries. Satisfies "Unexpected Cooperation" and "Brand New Lands".
Winter Veil Brew
is a super-powered buff with a drawback of it only being usable for trading. Whilst it can be useful for your own minions, it can also be situationally useful to buff one of your
opponent's
minions and now it can't attack your face. Especially useful for Taunt minions too. Satisfies "Festival" and "Double Up".
Zandalari Captain satisfy the Brand New Land and Double Up! condition. A powerful finisher that might help revitalize Pirate Warrior.
Happy Birthday to You! satisfy the Double Up! and Celebration condition. The card is based on the Birthday celebration that you will grow stronger. The Echo signify the fact that birthday is a yearly celebration. Helpful in Divine Spirit-Inner Fire deck or just generally useful to help Priest close out the game that they were notoriously poor at.
Friendship celebration is a direct support to quest paladin. It allows you to multiply all your buffs. It has great synergy with cards that create Silver hand recruits as the value of the card depends greately on how many minions you have. It has huge potential, but great requirements as well. Having a buffed up target survive a turn is hard as they will be the primary target of any removal. Comboing it with a buff on the same turn requires you to have a large board, which usually means many low stated minions. Simmilar to
Djinni of Zephirs
, this doesn't give you a body but allows you to use spells that have been casted on previous turns. The dream would be casting
Blessing of Kings
turn 4 and coining this on turn 5, but that is around the time most classes have enough mana for their removal.
Card 2:
(Themes: Double up and unexpected cooperation)
Ambush is a card for rogue that empathasies their class fantasy: sneaking up on someone and murdering them to death. Ambush lets you litterally prepare for a giant hit. The effect is also reusable, as re-stealthing the minion lets it double up again. You cannot use it on already played minions, so the enemy has one turn to prepare for your onslaught. This also makes cards that reveal stealthed minions a lot more valuable. Has obvious synergy with cards like
Conceal
and other stealth-synnergy cardd rogue has. The dream would be casting
Cold Blood
before you attack for a giant smash into the enemy face.
Obvious Assassin meets the Festival and Stealth challenges. Your favorite assassin has embraced a new festive look! The cheer makes him work for cheaper but also easier to spot. It is meant to support some unused stealth minions like Ravenholdt Assassin and potentially create a new deck type.
Timely Testing meets the Brand New Lands (Zandalari) and Double Up challenges. It can heal for a huge amount but you need something very damaged to get proper use out of the card.

First Card - Zulathra, High Priest
Theme: Double Up & Brand New Lands
Lore: " Zulathra was a great high priest of the Zandalar tribe . He was responsible for the alliance between the Zandalari trolls and the mogu empire , but died during Lei Shen 's attempted conquest of Uldum "
