Thanks for your opinion. Dunno, the book looks like Ulduar from WoW.
Btw, do you know how much powerful was Unstable Portal back to GVG? Your card is similar to it although it costs 1 mana more but has triple effect and doesn't involve RNG (despite it has a little downside).
"The flow of time is always cruel... its speed seems different for each person, but no one can change it... A thing that does not change with time is a memory of younger days..."
What do you think about this? I'm not too sure about the mana cost, but I think a card with a potentially insanely powerful effect like this should cost a lot. Also, should I add something like (can't be discounted) because of (cards like) preparation?
I edited this but it got lost in the comments a bit so, bump :p
Just reposting my cards as they may have been overlooked. ^^ I've had a third idea, though.
I have tried to find an effect that would be as much neutral as possible, inspired by neutral minions. It's hard to come up with a card without class flavour and spells are the very essence of classes. Thus my idea to have an effect which benefits both players, but that could be taken advantage of with the right deck building.
I made Call of the Guardian so that you chose for your opponent first because it opens more for high-level plays, IMO. You need to chose without knowing what you'll get. I don't really know how to word Dust Recycling to make clear that you'll discover a card of the rarity just below the one your destroying. And I'm open to any suggestion for another name for Tavern Reward. :-)
Text correction: "Add all cards that WERE removed this game to your hand". Shouldn't be legendary, the art doesn't match much with the theme of fighting each other in hearthstone, and also I don't know why this is Boomsday, but love the pun though.
Rewind:
Unleash the Hounds got nerfed, reworked, then nerfed again. It's not clear which version you wil get. It's also not clear if you can get a wild nerfed card and not only standard nerfed cards. Additionally, IMO I feel like this card just does its unique effect, and that's it, you may get some useful unnerfed card, and there's nothing more to it. Don't know why it's boomsday again?
For One Thing:
Don't understand why it has this name. I also don't understand why the art is related. Shouldn't be legendary. At this point I think you forgot to change the expansion emblem from Boomsday to the others.

Call of the Guardian
You need to realize that "the Guardian" refers to Medivh, the Guardian to understand why this summon demons, and it would sound weird if any other guardian tries to summon demons. I don't even know medivh like to summon demons according to the law. The spell looks like warlock instead of neutral, and I don't see why it needs to be a wild Demon.
Tavern Reward
I think the better text is to change "the deck of each player" is "each players' decks". A name I can think of is Brawl Reward because you get a pack from the weekly brawl. Maybe that sounds too cheesy, but at least it would be a direct reference.
Dust Recycling
Very underpowered. Destroy your own minion for 3 mana to discover a card? Look at Demonic Possession. For the wording, I thought of "Discover a minion of equal or lower rarity", but that would chage the effect.
So I have been doing some more thinking for better ideas and I've had an idea from the past. Anyway, this is the card. So let's say you have only one ugly Rotface in your hand, you can use Vial of the Sands to change it into this:
So that's my new idea, thought I have posted these ideas just in case you didn't see them before. Anyway, I would like to hear what you think.

My Entry for this week's Card Design Competition - Season 8.16:
The board effect applies to both players cards. I was thinking about actually having the card go into the opponents deck at the start of the game so they decide when the effect ends but you choose the effect to balance it.
Added the rarity gem that was missing, any thoughts?
I can see one minor broken flaw. If you were playing against Paladin they could easily beat you with Uther of the Ebon Blade. For just 2 mana, they could have 3 of the Horseman out in play, which means it would very easy for players to create the last Horseman when they 8 mana to use.

Hmmm. I could change it to Starting Hero Power. That would exclude the Death Knight Hero Powers.
Can I do a preliminary post of my idea on this thread? This will be my first time entering a card design competition.
Yep. That's the main purpose of the Discussion thread (the Submission thread will open soon but there's where you post your final card). Post your card ideas and give/receive feedback. :)
Thought? Do I need to make it better wording? Any means that you can discover a card from any class and doesnt matter if wild or standard and can discover neutrals too. I just dont want to make it a word monster
@RazorOfArtorias your card is too similar to Notorious0wl's Quick Repair. Sorry :/
@ShadowTome of Illusion is alright, kinda neutral version of Animal Companion. However, the card draw option is bad compared with the other two, so I'd try to balance it. I mean, it usually sucks to get the option you don't want with this kind of cards, and making one option worse than the others capitalizes on that.
@ffinderous Both Rewind and For One Thing are really cool, and they make a lot of sense to have they as Neutrals, to be honest. I'd go with Rewind, it's a more spectacular effect, so I guess it will get more upvotes. As a side note, I think I have seen similar effects in previous competitions, but it's almost impossible to come up with something completely new, so go ahead.
Alright, my first few card didn't seem to catch up, so I'm reposting the most interesting of them (IMO), as long as a new idea.
Rigged Dice is top-down design. I love the table-top RPG feeling of K&C and I wanted to implement this iconic item.
Mirror of Disgrace is a tech card against Death Knights and Baku. However, I feel it's a bit underpowered, so I might reduce its cost a bit.
What do you think? I feel they are a but too complex, so any way to simplify them is welcome.

Who's the 'annoyest' of them all?

Probrably too boring.

Yes if you have an idea, the discussion thread is used so that you can post an idea and let's other comment on how to improve/balance that card.

Me? Gongaga.
Also a good point. Made a few changes:
Should be specific now into just granting you one additional free regular Hero Power use.
