"There has only ever been, only ever will be...
one
Azshara. Accept no imitations."
Card concept, lore, and design:
Azshara is the queen of the Naga in Warcraft lore. She's able to influence people to serve her, drawing a Naga to her side whenever she casts a spell. Her Sceptre, Sharas'dal, enhanced her powers, which is why it buffs her minions. While usable in a normal deck, these effects encourage you to build a 'spell-only' deck. In tandem, using the hero power to summon minions, and augmenting it with Sharas'dal's passive effect could prove quite powerful.
Clarification and notes:
Azshara's 'Starts in your hand' effect works identically to Quests, so it's always in your opening hand. When casting a spell, the buff is applied BEFORE, and the Naga is summoned AFTER. This means the Naga has 1/1 stats, and will only be buffed by subsequent spell casts. Sharas'dal's 'Permanent' effect works like permanent minions (
Nether Portal
), in that it can't attack or be destroyed. Think of it as a second passive hero power. The Naga Token can be seen below:
The drawback is potent: almost all decks rely on having a multitude of spells, so putting
Medivh, the Obsessed
into your deck will never be an easy decision. But if you're willing to work with Medivh on mastering the perfect spell, the possibilities are endless. "Destiny is at hand!"
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.

He helps the new players without many Legendaries find their way around by letting them borrow a Legendary for the game.
Distinction: The card specifies "cards" not minions, meaning Legendary spells, weapons and hero cards can be Discovered with this effect. However, it cannot Discover Quests.

As any experienced Warrior will tell you, a Dual-ing Blade can be a double-edged sword.
The card requires that you don't run any Legendaries and run two copies of each of the 15 cards in your deck, which is a significant drawback for most Warrior decks. It's a powerful effect, but you lose out on cards like
Dr. Boom, Mad Genius
and
Darius Crowley
among other things. It's potentially powerful in a Pirate/Tempo deck that runs lots of cheap two-ofs and tries to cheat out extra minions, or a more control based build that speeds through its deck and uses
Dead Man's Hand
along with a few huge threats and draw to win with a huge amount of attack damage.
Insane combos with
Seaforium Bomber
and
Iron Juggernaut
. When returned or added to your hand with cards like
Zola the Gorgon
multiple times, you could put dozens of mines and bombs into their deck waiting to go BOOM!!!
This time around I came up with a weird idea : basically, after you've played this grumpy guy, all the weapons cards you will be playing this game will also be able to work as buff spells that can target your minions (the interface will work exactly like for spells, so targeting your face will equip the weapon like normal). It is important to note that the text of the weapon WILL apply to the minion (like any buff spell), so expect some wacky and strange interaction (
Tentacles for Arms
?!!)
Edit: Changed the text of the card to add a "reno condition" , as I thought it would fit more for the rules of this week and also be more flavorful (the reward and effect stay the same).
Wanted to make something especially twisted after having not made anything in a few weeks. This is a really solid contest that I hope many attend. Hoping this really piques the interest of many, as I worked hard on putting together something really special.
A cheap Hero card to change up your play style and support a weapon oriented deck to feel like a true Blade Master!
You can play him also without that many weapons in later stages of the game to gain 5 Armor and change your Hero Power. This can provide you with the necessary oomph to finish your opponent or save Health while you are swinging your weapons. Note that you don't gain 5 Armor when you start as Samuro.
Worried that this may not be too much of a build-a-round card and that it might be either too easy or too hard, given the match up, but it encourages a mech control paladin. The quest only goes up when it becomes your turn, so turn 1 you play the quest, if your opponent doesn't attack you, it ticks up to 1, back to opponent, back to you without taking any damage, up to 2 etc. Sorry if this card is confusing, it made a lot more sense in my head than it does now QQ.

Practice makes perfect...
...and Medivh, the Obsessed is not about to stop practicing.
Run Medivh in Minion Mage with a single Book of Specters !
Or Mech Pally for a guaranteed Kangor's Endless Army !
Or create a new combo deck with Luna's Pocket Galaxy !

#gNOmeferatu
(Note the hero power is just the same as Animal companion, 3 mana summon a random 1. Hope for Huffer)
And the card discards itself

The base attributes and cost of Xul are along the lines of Mechanical Whelp or Possessed Lackey , just in case he sees play via something like Weaponized Piñata or Toki, Time-Tinker , because he's supposed to be buffed like Lynessa Sunsorrow .
Clarification: Xul's stats are set to the triggered deathrattle number as of the casting of Death's Purpose.

Simple but Solid:
The biggest problem with Dragon Hunter was that you didn't have a very powerful midgame; this changes that in a big way!
Unpopular opinion: Rogue is OP
"In life and death, her cold gaze remains."

Best of luck to everyone.

I don't have something witty about this deck, I just like it because Malygos is fun.
