The greatest weakness of the
Joust
mechanic was that you could not safely include early-game minions, or you would risk losing value on later jousts. This resulted in decks that either ignored early game tempo, or decks that were inconsistent at best.
So instead of encouraging the top-heavy, RNG-reliant playstyle that the
Joust
mechanic encouraged, I present an alternative... tempo
Joust
!
This card can be played early-game as either removal, or just for more board pressure. But late-game, when you are playing more
Joust
cards, it doesn't weigh you down: you might lose a
Joust
, but you'll get immediate tempo to compensate.
Plus, it removes itself from your deck, increasing your odds of drawing your high-cost cards!
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.
To make it clear. It reduced the cost of your opponent's card, then puts a copy of it into your hand that also has the reduced cost
(copy).
A very realistic chance of hit and miss. But nevertheless, a very "
Priest"
of a card.
Looking for a way for free to play players to get cool legendary cards. Won't gain the
battlecry
effects of
Lynessa Sunsorrow
and similar cards. But you can get cool cards early if your opponent has a lot of legends in their deck.
This reveals ALL secrets, including your own ones if you have any in play.
You can use it to gain knowledge about your opponent's secrets, and copy the one you need most. Or, you can use it to gain a copy of your OWN
secret
, at the price of revealing it.
Scarlet Librarian
Guarding the books in the Athenaeum, they have the key to a lot of arcane secrets.
Arcane cards are:
Arcane Explosion , Arcane Intellect and Arcane Missiles
I think this would be a great addition to Recruit Warrior as a way to stop your opponent from playing cards right before you play Gather your Party.

Could be good for conrol or aggro paladin.
UPD : added key-word "battlecry" to description.

Play : Oooh this one looks shiny!
Attack: Can I borrow your sword?
Death: Why did it have to be me?!?!
I could be swayed to make this cost more mana.
