Works across multiple copies of the card.
Greedy heal/control sea witch weapon that gets punished hard by weapon removal.
Also keeps witchwood flavour of echo, being slow and value oriented with some tempo flexibility.
Interesting synergy with
Ebon Dragonsmith
. The discount doesnt affect echo copies like with
Ghost Light Angler
and
Far Sight
, but it does let you use the weapon 4 times instead of 3, which is probably significant enough to see play.
(edited to fit the word 'instead' and small art shift)
I'm a huge fan of the Higborne cards for the Sea Witch class, as well as the deck size manipulation concept. Hope you'll like my entry, although it may be on the "nerf now plz" side of the spectrum :)
(The Highborne cards can be found in the original topic by McF4rtson)
Since The Witchwood aims at creating new archetypes, here's my try on making a "Cripple Seawitch" card - a new type of deck that's more focused on board presence and trades.
Y'all have no idea how much time I spent subtly trying to get McF4rtson to use this art during the comp. Essentially the three rush minions are balanced around the classic Frostbolt style spells, and I figure being able to
summon
three minions cheap isn'tas big a threat when they dissappear at the end of the turn. Admittedly it's not as single target as is common in this class, and that is a point against this submission, but hey. Goofy monsters.
If you have a nose for magical artefacts, you can find such rune in the witchwood ;)
I suppose it's a good synergy with class effect
reservoir
. If a player wanna to increase his deck size, he needs only to kill this minion fastly. The fact is that for 10 mana you can draw 5 cards and
summon
a minion 8/8.
The mechanic is similar to jades. After using a rune, in another rune (it does nomean only echo copy)) it is written: "play 4 runes to
summon
..."
A good source of healing and card draw provided you have the Ocean Depths in your deck to draw from.

To control the board against big minions
My Entry alongside a Token. I love the card shuffle theme of the class!
Keel Ferryman
Can draw your Ocean Depths or get a card to play potentially on Turn 3.
(Couldn't find a nice way to shorten the text so that it would fit nicely in the box, so the card text looks a bit ugly)

This card is focused to both fill your deck with card for the Reservoir conditions that require lots of cards in the deck and work with murlocs.
