Considering how many good cards hunter loses (specially 1-drops and 3-drops) this could do the trick for Control Hunter. Also does well with Hunting Mastiff, so I like it. I'd change it to an epic though, not that it matters. Also, the art's kinda weird to me. Here's some art I found you could use if you wanted to. That's up to you though:
I feel like you shouldn't be able to alter your opponent's deck. I know Gnomeferatu exists, but I'm not a big fan of that either. I also feel it doesn't really interact with odd-decks either.
Personally I don't think any more C'thun cards should be made, but lets leave that aside. The card itself is poorly worded, maybe it shoudl read "Start of the game: Whenever you give you C'thun Attack or Health this game, double it." Unless you actually also wanted to include cards like Klaxxi Amber-Weaver; if so, maybe it should read "Start of the game: This game, friendly minions with C'thun in their text trigger their Battlecries twice". Still, not a big fan.
I'd guess you'd want this new hero power to cost (1) because of Genn. Not sure if that would happen as he reduces the cost of your Basic Hero power, meaning, your starting one. Maybe if it read "Start of the game: Change your starting Hero Power with a new one you Discover". Even then I don't know if it'd be possible since you can only discover during your turn, so it'd have to be a random one.
Actually, combining Rush and Windfury is pretty interesting. I'd make it a Shaman card though, as I feel it fits better there; Warrior will probably have too much Rush anyways. Also, a statline of 2/4 I feel would be better.

That would have helped, yeah. I think I might move on from this one :(

Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3
Well, at last I'm back to the card creation thing. What do you guys think about this cards?
Brief explanation of my cards: -Priscilla Deathrose: A tool for odd-Cost Warrior, specially in wild where you'll have acces to tools like Coldlight Oracle, this card will make milling your hand more difficult. -Beastcaller: If odd Hunter becomes a thing I think this could help the archetype by transforming not-so-useful early game cards into something for the late game. Even Quest Hunter can use this card making al 1 cost minions into somthing better. -Lord Darius: Just a fun card. I thought it'll be fun to see somthing with a similar mechanic, so I created this card. I don't really know if it would work on anything but the primary point is that it acts as a Thaurissan tic for even cost cards.
Ahh yes, we've been expecting you. You'll have to be recorded before you're officially released. There are a few ways we can do this, and the choice is yours. See my submission to the WCDC hereand upvote if you like it. WCDC 8.3
This is my silly idea, bringing back the hero switching shenanigans much like baku and genn offer new ways to bring back TGT shenanigans.
Hopefully this is a valid entry, though I can see the equal number thing possibly being a point of contention.
Also if anyone knows of alternate worgen monk art that would fit better, let me know? I know that in game, worgen can't actually become monks (so there's not really any art of the sort) but I felt that was part of the joke of the card.
i'd like some feedback on this card, mainly if it should cost 2 and be with the evens, or if should be a minion (i'm aware of the typo); i'll try to give back feedback, but i have some personal problems now, so i can't promise anything;

You probably want to word it as "Copy your opponent's Hero Power. If your deck only has odd-Cost cards, upgrade it." Hero Power doesn't need to be bolded in card text, only on actual hero powers.
As for the design itself, its interesting (especially since rogue has pretty much the worst upgrade) and could eek an advantage out over your opponent by having a better hero power, but on the other hand it requires you to draw the card and give up tempo. It might work better as a legendary start of game effect that combos with baku in some way. Even if it's just "Start of Game: If your deck has only odd-Cost cards, copy your opponent's Hero Power."
My take on the even/odd mechanic. This allows you to play even cost cards in an odd-only deck, but at a slight disadvantage... Are you willing to play a 3 mana Frostbolt or 5 mana Fireball??? Feedback is welcome as always!
Sorry for spam, but I think, that I did something cool and fresh:
This minion allows you to gain a lot of benefit depending how you control your hand. I find especially interesting in rogue, because this looks like a typical rogue shenanigan, it gives them relatively cheap spells, which can be combined with other combo cards. The best part of this is how your deck doesn't have to suffer from consistency issues.
Tokens:
Does this count? If not, then I will probably reword it like so:
I will start commenting people's ideas after I come back from work (around 7 PM CET) :D, but your card is easy to analyze - you would never want to include this in your deck, you are just making it a handicap. I understand the odd-synergies and the price you have to pay, in order to keep them, but I think, that the drawback is way too much.

I come here to post my idea, and I realise it's already taken :'(
Well it's hardly surprising actually, that's an idea that pops up easily, I guess ;)
I'm no card design champion, so I'd take my own opinion with a pinch of salt (not the salty salt though ^^) but:
- I don't know how that would actually work with two Start of game cards... how to be sure they would activate in the order we want? One chance in two? (of course, this slight doubt wouldn't have prevented me from submitting this, either ^^)
- I think (1) more is too kind. If we want to bypass the even/odd rule altogether, the punishment would need to be harder. My card made the non-complying cards cost (3) more. To answer your question, i'd be more than happy to play a 5-mana Fireball ;)
- In the same vein, the card itself is too kind. You have no penalty for playing it. Of course, I understand this is a Class Legendary, which has to be more powerful than my class Legendary...
For the record, here is the card I intended to submit (well, I'll try to think about something else, then :p)
You'll note that, even though she apparently have vanilla stats, she's actually a 7-mana 4/5 because her penalty applies to herself as well ;) but I guess it's better this way for the random 4-drop and miscellaneous Evolve shenanigans.
P.S.: please let me know if you chose to go with something else xD
This uses the same artwork as Val'kyr Soulclaimer, so you should use something else instead.

Ok, here's a quick feedback of page 2. I don't feel qualified at all to give my opinion, but I don't think it's fair to ask for advice and not take part at all, either.
I think the one I like most is Beastcaller. It could lead to interesting deck-building decisions, and I'm among the few who actually like the random effects. About Lord Darius, I think the wording's a bit clunky. Why not just say 'Battlecry: Even-Cost cards in your hand cost (1) less'? the fact they'll become odd-costed is pretty obviou (and actually pretty irrelevant).
I'm not very excited by 'if your deck has only odd/even-cost cards' cards like the ones Blizz made. Anyway, I wonder if Spell Damage +2 is not a bit too powerful. I like the interaction with Spell Shaman we're likely to see in the next expansion, though ;)
I think I like To Battle most, even though I think it should be worded like Varian Wrynn. It's a tad expensive too, Varian costs only 2 more and comes with a 7/7 body. I think I'd make it cost 7. Broll Bearmantle is an interesting concept, but why would I want to replace my deck (full of mid-end game cards) by copies of cards I've already played? (presumably weaker). Treasure Guardian is nice on curve next to a 1-drop but very weak in any other case, and I'm not even sure it qualifies for this week, actually.
I agree it would be a nice effect (and Darius Crowley agrees) but I'm very unlikely to vote for a card with a unofficial keyword. I don't know how to make it fit in four lines, though.....
The more I think about it, the more I like it. Once the first few turns have passed when the Dagger can be interesting for board control, other HP become often better. Even if it doesn't do much, a 1-cost spell is always nice in Rogue. I'd just double-check your wording and capitalize where capitalization is due ;)
Kovachut again:
Interesting and novel but I'm not sure it qualifies :-/
And now on to my new idea:
I don't think it'd be too powerful, would it? a 2/2 only matters in the beginning of the game, and then it's a dead draw whatever the cost. Slight advantage (stats-wise), slight disadvantage (not being usable in any kind of odd or even decks. Maybe I should add 'and counts as a duplicate' for Reno decks ? xD
Considering every single 1 mana 2/2 in the game sees a ton of play, i would consider that broken as hell.
Pretty much every single deck that cares about tempo would use this card, and maybe even some that doesn't.

I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,
Flint feels undercosted and busted with its current cost and stats (but which might be possibly justified by the fact that it's a legendary, and the odd-cost restrictions). Not sure whether to make it a 3 mana 2/3, or a 5 mana 3/4. WTT feedback for feedback!
My quick review of Page 1!

@YJHS2000
Odd Man Out is the better out of the two. It's way more interesting and could lead to some fun stuff. It's also a solid body.
@Vision136
Even-steven is the better one of the two, imo. Doesn't seem that interesting to me, though.

@nurgling13
Solid. Not much else to say as Druid would find this very useful. It's very nice.
@Shatterstar1998
Shifty Fox's the better one. The name doesn't really fit the effect, though. The second card is too weak too.
@joedarke7
Doesn't really catch my attention. Effect's kinda boring.

here's my idea. something to encourage building a deck around even cost cards AND have damage spells around too.

Maybe you can use this for aggro druid, which uses a lot of odd-Cost card.
Mark of the Lotus, Living Mana, Corridor Creeper, Enchanted Raven, Crypt Lord, etc...

I hope no one else made a card with the same effect:
Rampage as a keyword describes the ability for a minion to strike again, if it already killed another minion. (Giant Sand Worm)
This makes the rush minions significantly stronger.
