Can we talk about A Quiet Night? Such an interesting card and I could actually see that card played in rogue. The idea is very interesting to me. A card that does nothing but still valuable.
Lots of strong contenders this time around, but I have to give it to Echo. Simple, elegant, very well balanced, well-fitting for Shaman, lots of shenanigans potential, and it's a 1 mana echo spell that is not necessarily broken if you somehow acquire Sorcerer's Apprentice. Well done, well done.
I had the same idea as @biggerbossman and the flavor of A Quiet Night it's really well executed. It's a quiet night in the Witchwood, it seems as if nothing happens, but you still get that ominous vibe, as if something was lurking in the night. That something is... X mana draw X cards...
I like the flavor of A Quiet Night, though I don't see much use out of it outside of Van Cleef combos and Auctioneers. Most Rogues would rather have other combo spells instead, or run Counterfeit Coin so they can get extra value.
Damn, not many Rush cards made it through, but the two that did r quite good. Anyway, GL to all :)
PS: i wonder if the Phantom Cultist is worded incorrectly on purpose (to buff even the enemy Cthun :D) or if its just an oversight :o probably latter :p
What about Remember the Fallen and Swift Ram? I think the Ram is pretty balanced.
Ram is 1 mana 3 minion damage. Its only downside is that it can't get through taunt. However, it's a beast on top, which pushes it from "barely acceptable" to "too good".
Fallen is ludicrous at 3 mana. For 3 mana you get to play a 1 mana 1/1 with echo. That's 4 mana for a 1/1 without any effect whatsoever. If you wanna have mass dudes, you could just play Stand Against Darkness without wasting the turn before. Even if it rotates, there are better ways for new cards to generate dudes. It's waaaay too weak and it makes no sense being a spell.

It’s not just any 1/1 with no effect. It’s a Silver Hand Recruit. You forget the sheer amount of Silver Hand Recruit synergies there are. Plus, you don’t have to play the dudes at turn four. That Silver Hand Recruit with Echo can sit in your hand as long as you need it to. On turn four you can play something else, and then on turn Six play six recruits then your Crystal Lion. Alternative, turn ten play five recruits then Level Up! In Wild you have even more options as well. Hell, just wait till turn ten and you can play Fallen, then play seven Recruits.
I had to make it three mana for Silver Hand Recruits are that fucking good. Just look at Aggro Pally and Dudeadin.

Neither would play this card. It's 3 mana "do absolutely nothing". That's not something an aggro deck would play. It doesn't even give you a good card, it gives you a dude with echo. That's it. For the same 3 mana you could play Muster for Battle (admittedly, that card is broken). Dude synergy only works with cards that actually produce dudes on the field, because otherwise the tempo loss is way too severe. You vastly over-value dude synergies.
Also, playing 7 recruits is kinda terrible as turn 7. Hell, the best you can hope for is 5 dudes + Level Up for a weak turn 10. And even here Stand against darkness is flat out better. Drygulch Jailor is very comparable, and that is cheaper, has a body, fills your hand and has synergies on its own.
This should have been on a medium-sized body for 3-5 mana.
gecho is awesome. unique effect, pretty balanced (bad sometimes, fair to pretty good other times) and it's got a funny name i dont think it will win but it deserves to

Yay I made it to the finals for once!

I think Worgen Lieutenant would be too OP with Uther of the Ebon Blade. You only need one hero power on board and 10 mana...
Check here for my new cards!Pokemon HS class! All the Pokemon as HS cards!
I love Echo. So simple, yet brilliant and perfectly OP for shaman. Gets my vote.

Cold Breeze is the only one that is balanced and makes sense.
Am I the only one fearing Phantom Cultist with The Caverns Below?
Great finalists, all around!
