The cards I don't mention are fine to me.
Improvise: Think it was cannabalism before right? Like that name more. Roasting 4 cards seems like a lot but idk really. Blood Thrist: Super strong card. Giving a minion Lifesteal doesn't exist in HS until now. THis attacks friendly minions but has the up side to give you health back directly. 3 Mana I would say. Meat Construct: Seems a bit excessive. Don't like this card. Stats for that effect? Would go with something less punishing. Chef Stitches: Deathknight cards on a class card are dunno... ok I guess. But even that this card is not active until you hit a low card amount still i would say 8-9 mana. In a control match up it is bonkers to go to 10 Deathknight cards in your deck. Master Butcher Gordo: Battlecry is ok but I would change the damage to all enemy minions. Else you just Roast a lot of cards and make sure or hope to hit the enemy hero. I like the hero power but if you want to go with one that costs 2 mana like the other DKs then you could make it "Shuffle x copies of the next card you play into your deck. Refresh this."
Purple Waxsupplier: Seems a bit problematic since you can Discover a real strong spell and if you are lucky draw it directly. Maybe cost reduction down to (3) or (4). Fogburner: Could be a 6/6. Iron Forgebaker: Again rng that can lead to unfair advantages. Such in effect is better off on a more expensive (and higher stated) minion imo. Fu Zan: Still would call it permanent not dormant, since the keg can not awake ot revived. (dormant means literally "asleep")
You said you are not an english speaker but challenge #2 looks a bit meager and in a chef class I wouldn't write "shit" into my flavour text. Doen't feel very appetising. Not an native speaker my self but to find a rhyme should be possible. Maybe you like this:

Heating the ofen, baking a pie. With my pretty stone I'm never shy.
Using it gives me joy, feel heat until my core. Where there's one there might be more.
The Lick King is pretty cool. That you first have to make your way through the cakes seems very flavourful. (And probably challenging)

No, it's called Improvise since phase 1 (it was one of my sample chef cards). However Cannibalism is a much better name so I'll take it!

I think you're overevaluating Lifesteal and underevaluating attacking friendly minions. In terms of trade-off, it's comparable to Dark Pact. However this card is part of the "double-edged buff" subtheme of Chef and is sometimes better cast on enemy stuff.

I had another version of the HP that said "Discover a card. Shuffle other choices into your deck". I think your idea would make it too easy to fill your deck with only OP stuff. As for the battlecry, "minions" don't fit in the text box I don't consider it to be more dangerous than C'Thun's. When played on curve; assuming you didn't use any draw or shuffle effect, and you have 9 cards in your hand when playing this (so worst case scenario), Gordo would deal 16 damage randomly split between all enemies. TBH I added it because Sea Witch guy wanted a DK that interacts with the board, but I'm thinking about ignoring this advice for the much simpler "draw your deck" effect even if that would make it the only DK to not interact with board.

The only spell that would really be an issue tempo-wise is Elemental Seasoning from my Un'Goro set. This is an extremely improbable case that is still less cancerous than Spiteful Summoner which is somehow considered balanced by Blizz.
