Alrightie, second round of feedback, not much of new things, just cards.
Coward Warturtle: Pretty straightforward, a usefull 2-Drop for Priest, you've already seen it before so I don't think I have to explain it.
Fin Reaper: Between of those weakling that don't deserve to survive, the death comes to live, as taking the Murloc's that aren't worth to live, not good fighters, but anywhere, the souls come to you, as you gain power by summoning minions like Darkshire Librarian or Possessed Lackey to trigger their effect without any risks. Or gain tons of health with Forbidden Ritual or Murloc Tidehunter.
Feedback takey-take round!
@Entro9: I like it, however a Battlecry would be FAR better since of the Enrage effects and the other things, could probably cost (6), though not sure since it can be a double-edged sword.
@DarkArtisan: Sunseeker Drake seems like the most interesting one, I would make it a 5/4 though, as you can get random things or just gain 10 Armor for a Deathwing at most, which is actually pretty nice. Taru feels like a Krul the Unshackled reprint, it doesn't feels original.
Coward Warturtle: I see you're trying to slip in a previous contest-winning card, you rascal.
Fin Reaper: I feel like Warlock already has too much healing in its hands. This is definetely not needed. Maybe it could summon swarms of (Murloc) Spirits or something like that, since Mur-lock could use some Murloc-swarming to work.

You can't resubmit a card that have already won once.
Also, for anyone thinking he stole someone elses idea, don't worry. Larry won with Coward Warturtle back in 6.06. We just can't have the same card win twice.
I just created a separate thread for my card(s) since I was commenting so much and had so many options. Go vote on my cards if you want to help me out!
I'll still offer my opinions here too, I'm just trying to keep the clutter down.

Self-promotion like this is not allowed. I'm sorry, but i will have to remove it.
Ephemeral Assassin is beyond broken with kingsbane--it is a 2 mana minion that can be bounced or copied with Valeera the hollow and hit face. With a 7-attack kingsbane, this means that you can play the assassin, the copy of the assassin from valeera and shadowstep it for a third strike to deal 21 damage with 2 cards and 4 mana (not to mention that you can hit for a 4th strike with an attack, totaling 28 damage).
I tried to keep this monster out of this discussion but here I am again. Open the massive spoiler and let me know what you like and any adjustments I could make, if any. Feedback for feedback!
Kind of worried about the language on the token, you guys know of a better way to put that?
I really like the design, but I did notice that a silence (oh how common those are now) can be the same as killing the second Deathwing guy. Also it removes your precious armor in the same move. I would have it say "Spend up to 12" to keep the maximum penalty under a ceiling of some sort.
Crystal Ambusher: a great addition to the miracle and mill rogue archetypes that lets you not only draw without fear of burning key combo cards, but gives you the power to steal cards from your opponent while milling them. The drawback is that you don't know what you are going to get and can dilute your deck if you aren't careful, but the value of adding cards to your deck in a mill deck is clear.
Archmage's Familiar: This card could let you replicate key spells equal to 5 mana (frost bolt + nova) or less on turn 10 by pinging it, or you can risk it surviving a turn on the board to get a full turn's worth of spells returned to your hand (e.g. 2 fireballs and a frost bolt). It could be REALLY powerful but must be played carefully because of the loss of tempo you suffer when playing it.

Wow these are good. I think the familiar is easier to understand just breezing through, but I honestly can't decide which I like more.
So may I ask for some opinion? And mainly in terms of balance.
Token for the last card:
Inb4 I really wanted to find a pic, which resembles the murloc disguise, sadly I couldn't find one, where you see the face of the person underneath the costume. So I understand, that the art is a fail. If someone actually approves of those cards, I will try to add a patch or something like that.
I'm late to the party, but I come with three ideas - all Dragons, of course, for Dragons are the greatest tribe of them all! except Mechs
When it comes to Dragon Rogue, I think such cards would focus on an oft-forgotten aspect of Dragons: they are extremely cunning, and for some, they display a ruthlessness and merciless attitude toward lesser species. In the minds of evil Dragons, the rest of us are just insects, or toys for their amusement. Hearthstone has shown us the physical might, mental fortitude and grandiose scale of Dragons, but hasn't really shown us how scary they can be.
Sandstorm Dragon should say "If you're", but I can fix it later. The flavor behind the effect is that he hides in the sandstorm (the Stealth), while the sands bite at his enemies' flesh (the Battlecry). As for Terror Drake, his intimidating entrance frightens enemy minions, and they'll need an extra incentive if you want them to fight it. It's just like Loatheb, but for minions instead of spells.
Finally, I'd want Alexstrasza, Life-Giver to be the Reno Jackson of Armor Warrior and/or Control-orientated Dragon Warriors. It's a play on Alexstrasza's Classic effect, combined with the "If you have 12 or less Health" trigger found on Mortal Strike and Revenge. She has the same stats as her Classic self, not unlike Deathwing/Deathwing, Dragonlord.
I've got to go shovel some snow, but I'll return afterward to provide a feedback-dump.
Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3
Since there is no way to give your opponent's minions Stealth, then the ability seem rather redunant. Streetwise Investigator didn't prove to be useful for a reason.
The card overall is allright. However i don't really get the flavor for it to Silence enemy minions.
My idea was: He roars and makes enemies with stealth feel like cowards. I think I'll change the card a bit, thanks!

I like the Frankenbeast, I just wish there were more positive synergies with discard (SIlverware Golem, Fist of Jaraxxus) looks good otherwise.
The Murloc designs (understandably) don't really make use of the Murloc tag other than it being there, it's more for Pirates which are already in Warrior (thus the specific ban). I like the transforming version the best, but a 5/5 on turn 3 being too consistent with Patches is something to be wary of. I'd make the transformed Pirate a 4/5 or something like that.

While it's a nice idea to try and get other classes with different tribes, I personally like the first "First mate's Scout." Begin able to draw a weapon out is a lot more useful for a pally than the other cards.
But bear in mind Cavern Shinyfinder. This card has one less stat, but even with that one less stat this card can be a pain to deal in certain rogue decks. I guess what I'm saying is that, if you have the same card, people will say something about the design begin too similar. Try to see if you can make the design sightly different to Cavern Shinyfinder.

Bumping to this page. (removed a few versions of scout)
Hey, so I can comment a bit your cards - I really like the paladin pirate, some versions more than the others, but all of them are well designed imho. So I can't really say which of them is better.
Regarding the Warlock legendary - I like the body and the effect, but the tokens (the spell) is strange. Why would the opponent a) spend 3 whole mana just to regain 1 mana from it and b) they give you a 2/2 body in return? So imho make the spell cost 0. That;s what I would call a greedy move.
Regarding the dragon - fine card, maybe a bit too overstated (see the 6 mana 4/4 kvaldir). I would make the dragon 6/6 or something like that.
I'm late to the party, but I come with three ideas - all Dragons, of course, for Dragons are the greatest tribe of them all! except Mechs

Sandstorm Dragon: The Stealth goes away after damaging stuff, you could say "Battlecry: Deal 1 damage to all other minions and gain Stealth until your next turn."
Terror Drake: I would make the effect (1) more if it's only epic rarity. Dealing with 2+ of those in a game would be a nightmare.
Alexstrasza, Life-Giver: I'm not sure how a girl can be a dragon, but I like the armor and trigger effects.

Sandstorm Dragon: Not bad. Non-weapon Rogue is definetely missing some AoE, even if it would be a bit hard. Second favourite.
Terror Drake: Flavourful. Not as good as my favourite.
Life-giver: My favourite. I love this quite a lot, though it may be too powerful. I'd make it give 10 armor when over 12 Health; or reduce its stats. Also, naming is weird; "Life-giver" doesn't roll off the tongue. Maybe something like "Dragon Queen Alexztrasza" and such. Also, when a Dragon is in it's alternate form it's not tagged as a Dragon (See Wrathion), but that's no big deal really.
@Kovachut: Thanks for your comments on my cards! You seem to misunderstand the Pirate's Greed token however. It works like the WIld card Curse of Rafaam that gives your opponent a Cursed! card. It's an ongoing effect that at the start of your opponent's turn, they take 2 damage and have to spend the 2 mana to stop the damage and rid themselves of the card.
My card is just the same, however, instead of direct damage it summons a 2/2 for you. It also gives them a Coin (to play along with the greed aspect) so either they pay the 3 mana to stop the 2/2's or are greedy and keep the Coins produced by the card.
I do see the balance Issue with my dragon though, thanks.
I've narrowed it down to two versions of the First Mate's Scout, I'll post an updated set once I tweak the cards.
