For art, there aren't any rules beyond the common-sense ones like don't use offensive images. It is assumed you will be using someone else's art, so feel free to Google up whatever image that looks good for your card. Stylistically, it's best to find an image that looks "warcraft-y". I usually Google something like "warcraft X art" where X is like gnome, warlock, spell, etc. depending on what I'm looking for. If that doesn't work, I replace "warcraft" with "fantasy", but the results usually don't look quite as appropriate for a Hearthstone card.
The idea is to disrupt The Coin. On opponents turn it will disrupt their game plan and summon a small threat against them. On your own turn you sacrifice the extra mana you would gain for a good tempo sving. The card is also low cost so that it can be used as an activator for Combo cards if the coin have not been played. The card will get stronger in a Prince Keleseth deck, but you are either forced to save The Coin until you have played Prince Keleseth or hope for your opponent to save The Coin until then.

Anny feedback to the card is welcome :D
This is way too good. It's a trade-off if you go second, but it's just way too good if you go first. In that case, it not only negates the part of the game designed to counter the first-turn advantage, but you get something out of it. I think this would be a balanced card if it only worked when you cast the Coin, not your opponent.

If it can summon from your deck than I think it is to good because when someone plays the coin then you can get 2 1/1s or if it used with keleseth than you can counter the coin and get 2 2/2s for free! That is insane value! So I think it would be better as a legendary so that you will only get 1 but you can not use legendarys in this competition so maybe make it say "summon one copy of this minion from your deck" I think it will be a better patches but if no legendarys are allowed then I do not know.

Would it work better if you only summoned 1 of these instead of 2 (assuming you have 2 in the deck)? Changing the card so that it does not trigger on you opponents turn would be agains the idea and flavor I had in mind.

The first draft of the card was a legendary (and a 2/2 for 1), and as you said it were against the rule this time. So it were changed to an epic with 1/1 but you could have 2... I thought about making it so that you will only summon 1 of them, but that would make it so that getting a second of this would just be a dust card. Would "summon one of this minion from your deck" not work better then "summon one copy of this minion from your deck" as the later suggest that it stays in the deck, and that a copy is placed on the board?
On way of playing agains this I imagined is to wait with using The Coin until you have something you do not your opponent to Combo out, fx Vilespine Slayer and SI:7 Agent by potentially removing a 1 mana Combo starter

No, that wouldn't help. Second player needs the Coin for the game to be balanced. If your first player, and you just have a single one of these in your deck, you negate that completely for free. Maybe it could be balanced, but not without adding on a downside for you. Also, you can change the flavor of the card. I think it would be a good entry if you made it only Counter your own Coin. You could change the name to like some sort of Mercenary or something and it would make sense.
So as I am new to this and actually have an idea for once... where does one find card templates?
