Due to request from my last post, I thought it would be fond if I brought more legendaries. From whom you remember Cagney will be shown again. he was left alone in the last post(guess you can say he was "botanically bonely!" am I right?). Just thought he would have some friends.
They are extremely powerful. Let's take a close look at each one.
Cenarius- 6 mana 5/6 summon a 4/4 is already extremely powerful (9/10 stats in total for 6 mana) but also having the option to give enemy minions -2/-2? That's incredibly powerful especially considering the fact that Fandral Staghelm can be played with it.
Gyrth- 8 mana 6/7 summon 2 3/3s is again, already powerful, but allowing you to summon it again is just next level.
Questseth- Unplayable. You will not have a quest complete by the time you play it (turn 2) and discovering a quest from a random class just does not work since (most) of them require you to build a deck around it (except for Warrior Quest or maybe Priest Quest).
Cagney Carnation- The first option is trash, nobody would ever choose it. The second option, however, is incredibly overpowered just look at a card like Consecration or Holy Nova.
You've got some great ideas here but poor execution. Hopefully my comment helped!
The Swarmlord is actually balanced fairly well. The dragon could be balanced if you took away the weird delayed battlecry and made it require two dragons in hand.
Also, druids don't need boardclear, every class should have some weaknesses.
I REALLY like the idea of having cards with "if you're NOT holding a dragon", i think that's a really cool idea, but the card has a little too much text for H.S. could see it as a shadowverse or MTG card though lol. I really like the idea of discovering a quest, but i think it should be on a 1 mana 1 1 instead, or even a 0 mana minion. Yeah and the flower guy is waaaaaay too broken, honestly, if it was "deal 1 damage" to everything, it'd still be an extremely powerful card that would be auto-included in most druid decks lol.
Is there a site where I can randomly generate card text like you did? Questseth is probably the worst idea here, as you can only really complete Quests based on your deck's infrastructure. None of the ideas tie in with one another. It all feels super random. It's a chore just analyzing these cards because I can't even take any of it seriously.
Also, one of the most important unwritten rules on creating Custom Cards is keeping your card at four lines of text maximum. You did not adhere to this rule very well. I saw Swarmlord earlier when I was creating a card, and I thought it was kind of cool. Reminded me of Kabuterimon from Digimon.

Some of these are blatantly overpowered, while some are unplayable

The Swarmlord- Stormwatcher on steroids

Carrion Grub with a built-in Flamestrike for only two extra mana? nice
Too much text on Gyth for HS, my man.
