(Ignore the Battlecry keyword. I fucked that up and will remove it later. The battlecry doesn't exist, it's a passive effect.)
This would litterally flood the board with Southsea Deckhands everytime you play a pirate, since they are summoned, and are pirates. You should probaly change this to played instead.
Communisme is a joke card. I know the wording is wrong, but it feels better. Also, i apologise in advance if it offends anyone.
Are we going to have the same idea again? XD I got this from the expansion comp. Not sure I'll go for it tho. As for your card, I think its really cute. The option that will always be chosen is Moonfire tho. No one will ever pick Wisp.
I don't agree with it being exclusive a card that gives you a Moonfire. 2x1/1 has shown to be quite the good option, with cards like Alleycat and Living Roots. Elseway it's nothing more than a better Elven Archer that gets better with Malygos.
Remember that a Wisp costs 0 mana.
Also if you think that you will use your Balanced druid as your submission, then i will refrain from submitting the Hatchling.

To be honest none of my cards looks good enough to be submitted to me.
Man, not another Rager card! I like Experiment with Fire, but I feel like I've seen it before (maybe you posted it awhile ago or something). I also feel like it would be better attached to a minion. Warp Splinter is not a very good idea, I think. It's probably terrible in constructed and super good in Arena.
Communisme is a joke card. I know the wording is wrong, but it feels better. Also, i apologise in advance if it offends anyone.
Ultrasaur isn't very good, so Ultramancer is also not very good. This is just way too slow of a card. I'll pass on the joke card. I like Owlkin Hatchling. I don't think the wording is right, though. You can't break up the sentence that way with the semicolon. You have X A or B Y, but X and Y both need to be on the same side of the semicolon. I think it would be better if you did "Gain a copy of Moonfire; or a Wisp", or "Add a Wisp to your hand; or a copy of Moonfire to your hand."

This doesn't really seem balanced. Getting 2 spell damage is really good. Evolved Kobold and Spellweaver both show this is worth quite a bit of mana. Your card is well over that power level.

Thanks for the review!
There is currently no wording regarding this topic that uses "Gain". So i'll refrain from that. As seen on Mark of Nature all text that words both effect has to be on the first colon.
So i guess "Choose One - Add a Wisp to your hand; or a "Moonfire" spell." will be the most correct use of the wording.
The wording "looks" really bad compared to the old version tho.
@Demonxz95: Shadowform synergies are overdone. What Shadow Priest needs to even see the light of the day is alternative ways to switch to shadowform, not terribly-slow shadowform synergies. Update page 2: The other cards aren't really interesting.
@Teknican: I like this card from a gameplay point of view but it's not eye-catching. Would still upvote. Update page 2: Well, I don't like any of these though.
@Linkblade91: It's not particularily interesting or flavorful. Update page 2: Volcanic Elemental looks cool though. Would upvote that one.
@Linkfan001: It's not particularily interesting or flavorful.
@fffinderous: Too complicated and I don't see the unifying logic behind all these effects. Update page 3: Also too bland
@HenryXLIII: I'm probably missing a pop culture reference here but gameplay-wise this card would be absolute cancer. Transforming an early game 1/1 into a 5/4 with Taunt is OP as fuck. It needs to cost 4 or even 5.
@Ozymandias: Interesting, I can see this being played at least in arena. Would upvote.
@Vilegloom: Dark Merchant Tofu is my favorite. It might make an underexplored Rogue archetype viable. Would upvote.
@GameTheory345: The effect is not very interesting and I don't get the flavor. Also don't post your card as an attachment because most people won't bother clicking on it.
@Zanywoop: The effect is far-fetched and I don't like it. Besides we already had 2 Ner'zhuls who won a comp and we don't need more.
@Shatterstar1998: None of them are interesting to me. Matthias Shaw would be absolute cancer in most Rogue decks.
@Zukuu: No Mech tag. 0/10
@Cogito_ergo_sum: As I said, Trick or Treat is super flavorful and has good chances to win. Doomedguard is also cool flavor-wise but it sucks gameplay-wise.
@Dr_Scaphandre: No pirate decks would ever play a minion that costs 6. Also the effect is too bland.
@nurgling13: Stormwind Librarian is by far my favorite. It's very flavorful and very useful for Machine Gun Priest. Would upvote. The art sucks though, there must be a WoW-related artwork of a librarian somewhere on the Internet.
@StegosaurusRex: I don't really see the use of this and the card has no flavor.
@biggerbossman: The base concept is too bland.
@Wailor: This would actually need to have above vanilla stats, not below. Restoring 10 Health to your hero in a convoluted way is not worth summoning two 2/3 bodies for your opponent. Also thanks for feedback.
@_Envy_: wtf man. Update page 4: Decaying Wanderer is a good effect but it needs to be given Warcraft flavor!
@Heinibrother: Pandaren Classes is very funny, but too random to actually see play. Similarily I don't see why anybody would use Patches' First mate.
@Lathy: Base concept is too boring.
@rjcv: The card could as well say "Battlecry: Your opponent gains control of your minions". The wording is clearly just a way to fit the theme so it's not good. Even without this issue, the card is not original.
@MarioToast: It's too good. Even then, the base concept is not very original or flavorful.
@Tox: I like Owlkin Hatchling but it's too good, particularily in Malygos Druid. Ultrasaur is an average card, I would rate it 7/14 *ba dum tss*. Why did you use the French wording for "Communisme"? ARE YOU TRYING TO IMPLY SOMETHING ???? Update: Dreamer of Royalty is super weird. And are you serious when you say you like Doom Shredder? I originally did this as a troll card XD.
@WURBEURUGUREUG???: The effect is weird and makes no sense. It's clearly a card made just to fit the restrictions.
@hereehharhehre???: This is waaay too complicated. I didn't even read all the runes and I doubt anybody will. Also Khaz'Goroth is a Titan, it's unadapted as a minion.
@Tamiras12: This is too bland. Also 'Frozen' needs to have a capitalized.
@Prod: Doom Knight is OP as fuck and has no flavor. The second card is too bland.
@nurgling13: Stormwind Librarian is by far my favorite. It's very flavorful and very useful for Machine Gun Priest. Would upvote. The art sucks though, there must be a WoW-related artwork of a librarian somewhere on the Internet.
I've looked for librarian-type art several times before, and this is the best I've been able to find. There's that one of the gnome with the horns, but that doesn't really fit this card.
The librarian isn't that big a threat, but, played at the right time, it can make your opponent choose between giving you a free Silence and making a suboptimal play. The other two are sources of Sap for Rogues. The first one is symmetric with your opponent, but would be really good in mill where they really don't want you to be able to play your minions again. The last one is simpler and punny. Also, he's covering his face so that you can't see him. He thinks that's how you Stealth. He just wants to be a Rogue!
Currently all cards that generate collectable spells have semi colons around them. Furthermore they say "Spell", after the name of the spell to indicate it's a spell.
I like the Rogue Treant. Although Rogue used as an Adjective means something different than what i think you were intending for this card. Currently this indicates an untrustworthy or unpredictable treant, which makes little sense.

To be honest none of my cards looks good enough to be submitted to me.
After looking through the rest of your cards, I must say that I like 'The Great Escape' best. It's flavorful, balanced (I think- though it could probably cost less), and definitely a unique concept.
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.

I intended it to have a double meaning. The primary meaning here is not "untrustworthy" but someone who has abandoned their organization, abandoned a plan, etc. (i.e., "gone rogue"), which explains why the Treant is a Rogue and not a Druid card (it abandoned Druid to go on its own path). The secondary meaning is having to do with the Rogue class.

I don't really get why you think the owl is too strong? Yeah it's pretty great with Malygos, but elseway it's Elven Archer/the sapling part from Living Roots.
Regarding your stuff. I kinda like Experiment with Fire. Although there should be a two semi colons around Fireball. Maybe call it "Playing with fire"?
Also this rager card is not as good as your other rager cards :P
