This card is not a draw tool for hunter but a search tool. This card trade away your Beast in your hand with other minion you want in your deck. You may run a Beast deck but you need to get a Houndmaster or Bonemare for example, with this card you can get it.
More Explanation:
This cost 0 because it doesn't add a card to your hand (Shuffle beast -1 add draw minion +1) so no thining deck. This card can also remove the beast you want to play in hand, so you need to think before playing it. It cost 0 so it's flexible enough to cast after you play on curve Beast. There also a problem of loop if you only have a Beast in the deck so it become a dead card if you all draw your non-Beast minion. The loop seems to game breaking but remember even Madam Goya or Defile interaction with Grim Patron became a loop. It's okay to loop if you know you can play around it.
Strategize your trades a few steps ahead. Works well with Equality, and anything that can produce Silver Hand Recruit. Gets harder to trigger the more you trade, but as a trade off, your big minions are more likely to survive their trades with decent health left over. More than anything, I wanted to make a card, like Defile, that rewarded players for either setting up, or seeing something in the board state.
Edit: Fixed image hyperlink. Added some design goals.
My submission for this little bout. Good luck to everyone!
Overload needs some more support, so here we go!
2 Mana for 2 damage may not be the best at the outset, but you're technically going to pinch a random Arcane Shot out of each Overloaded Mana Crystal you have. Early game Overload can be crippling, but this card can help you get some breathing room to get back in the action, especially if you're down on the board and don't want to use Lightning Storm and make your mana even worse.
A very straight forward card draw for Hunter. Similar to the class's "If your hand is empty" mechanic as seen in Quick Shot and Core Rager, but you benefit from it as long as you have a small hand instead of an "All or nothing" like the two examples.
Play this with another 2 other cards (Or more) in hand = Draw 1 card (Bad)
Play this with 1 other card in hand = Draw 2 cards (Good)
Play this as last card in hand = Draw 3 cards (Awesome!)
Flavor: Before taking the throne, Anduin REALLY wants a copy of the Lich King's ice pop recipe.
A great addition for Miracle Priest, as it only builds your turns. Also really useful for the lesser played OTK variant, as you can end up copying key cards to help boost your chances. Gives added value from cards taken from other classes or even from Kazakus's Potions!
"It's a frog-tastrophe! A frog-pocalypse! ...there are a lot of frogs, is what I am trying to get at."
Pretty straight-forward card: if there are three minions on the table, two are going to be Frog-ified. Five minions will yield three frogs, etc. etc. You could compare it to Brawl, in regards to overall purpose and outcome. If both players have a table of minions, both are at risk of being affected, just like with Brawl. Be mindful of this!

5 mana to kill a minion. If played under the right circumstances, you can even steal a Deathrattle from your opponent, like Pyros or Undercity Huckster or give them yours like Ticking Abomination or remove Skelemancer safely. Can also be used on your or your opponent's Bittertide Hydra, Howlfiend or Mech-Bear-Cat.
