We have whittled down ~150 valid entries to just 15of the community's favorites. Check out all the finalists below and vote in our poll (vote for as many or as few as you like) to help decide the winner and be sure to check back after the poll finishes for the announcement of the winner and the start of a new theme!
I don't normally talk bad about cards in the final topic, but my god almighty is Farseer Nobundo one of the craziest cards ever created? Aggro shaman would be tier godlike. It would be worse than jade druid with UI. You flood the board, your hand is empty. You play the topdeck card if you can, then if you're able to, you play the next one and so forth. You would have some sort of endless pseudo-draw. And as a 3-mana with one stat off vanilla? Jeez.
Friendly reminder that posting on page 1 is generally considered a bad thing. While the early exposure is nice, sometimes many cards will have so many upvotes that it completely warps the scoring for those cards. As a result, not a single card on page 1 made it to the finals.

When this week started out, I was dominating the Submission thread; King of the Front Page, up by like 50-60% to the next closest card. I petered off hard. Sadness again :(
All well. Good luck to everyone who made it.

Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3
I really love Pepe for some reason, kinda like in WoW he's just charming and I can't help it. Being able to create some form of Adaptation deck for druid would be nice too.

Please please please don't vote for it JUST because of the art. Would you vote for the card if it wasn't Pepe, but some other fitting art? If so, fair, if not, please reconsider your vote.

@ Cheese - please don't ever use pepe again...
I'm not just voting for it for the art...
As I mentioned I'd like to see Druids develop an adaptation archtype instead of what we have currently with Jades and Aggro. I think it could be a nice mid-range option for them. This card gives them the ability to get something nice early to help them adapt into the mid-game with or it gives them something to stack buffs on mid/late game to give their final adaptations more options.
Ok Oto. Breath in, breath out. I've been making cards closer to a half year now I think? I never got to finals before 6.12, last week... And now I get a wild card? yay!
I feel like Dicaprio after getting his Oscar! I can't wait till I see the reviews, I still consider myself a newbie at this so I love every feedback I get on my cards, be it positive or negative!
(also thanks times a thousand to the wild card owner!)
Friendly reminder that posting on page 1 is generally considered a bad thing. While the early exposure is nice, sometimes many cards will have so many upvotes that it completely warps the scoring for those cards. As a result, not a single card on page 1 made it to the finals.
I do not get how that works actually. I thought each page had a submission that would make it to the finals. On page 1 "Stutter" would have made it, I was second with votes very close to your card. There were some strong submissions on page 1. So if you are really into this competition and post your submission too early for that reason, change is you won't make it to finals. That is not how it should work in my opinion.
Ok well good luck to all others, next time I will wait a few days.

Your card also breaks the game. There's a reason they took perma-stealth out of the game (by nerfing Master of Disguise). You can't create cards that permanently give you a minion's text. Even if it isn't currently broken in Druid (and it probably is), it severely limits design space. And in Wild, it would almost certainly break the game. How does Root interact with Bolf Ramshield? Seems like that's insta-win right there. I can't believe you thought this was a good idea and I really can't believe so many people voted for it. How does it interact with Alarm-o-Bot? That one just seems inconsistent. The text would be contradictory. Hearthstone could never have a card that gives a minion Poisonous, because that plus a Rooted Wild Pyromancer would be crazy OP. And then there's Doomsayer...
First of all I would like everyone who voted for my card and it's nice to see first time finalists here too. If you like the card please vote for me.
Fun fact, when I was creating the card I couldn't think of a name for this card, so I used a name based on the artist's name. (And for those who want to know it, it's KrisCooper).

From the Submission Thread:
How do we determine the qualifying finalists? First, we'll pull up-vote data from each submission using the formula detailed below
(ab) / (c) = x
Where, a = The total number of submissions on the same page as the submission. b = The total number of up-votes that the submission received. c = The total number of up-votes on the same page as the submission. x = The submission's final score.
The formula basically measures which cards stood out the most, with the necessary assumption that each page is about equal in overall submission quality. It will be the entries that receive the highest final scores that move on to the Final Phase.
This score alone determines what moves on; the cards with the highest scores over all the pages get into the Final Poll. Being the best submission on a page does make your chances very good, but if there are too many other votes on the same page, you still might not make it.
I don't normally talk bad about cards in the final topic, but my god almighty is Farseer Nobundo one of the craziest cards ever created? Aggro shaman would be tier godlike. I can honestly say that I haven't thought of that, and you're right. That doesn't change the fact that Farseer Nobundo is crazy overpowered.
By the way, maybe you could give some feedback then instead of leaning back and just watch doing nothing? I've honestly hadn't seen Farseer Nobundo until very shortly before voting phase ended. You've clearly seen my submission.
EDIT: Oh, and just to comment on the few interactions, I only think Doomsayer was the issue (and clearly a huge issue obviously, I agree). Bolf has no health if Rooted, hence your hero would take it. As for Wild Pyromancer - it says its card text is active, it says nothing about their buffs, so it wouldn't matter whatever you gave it. It would still only be the card text that was active. Alarm-O-Bot... well, you've just wasted a Root, that's what would happen.
I probably have said it in the past, but once you reach a certain number of votes (could be dynamic), at least ONE entry should qualify from a page. In the very beginning "1 entry per page" was kinda abusable by getting your card in very late, so you could get to the finals with 1 or 2 votes, but now being punished because there are too many good cards on a page is pretty stupid and needs to change imo.
CG to all who made finals, there r some OP cards, but there r few very very good and interesting cards for once that i absolutely love, so good job guys! At leasts its not as one sided as usual :)
Ok, my thoughts:
Ultimate Preparation (2/5): The "balance" of this card was supposed to be "its a 5-cost card that does nothing when u play it and u use up your entire turn" ... ehm ... Preparation? Its even in the name of your card dude lol :D
Farseer Nobundo (1/5): Interesting concept with a very very poor execution ... there should be a limit for a one card per turn from this ability, not an infinite amount ... this is just purely broken in any deck ever. Obviously aggro comes to mind first, but it doesnt even have to be an aggro deck, when u are on 10 mana, u can easilly play 2-3 topdecks if those cards r better for the situation ur in with a midrange/control deck as well, since this card costs u basically 0 tempo given the stats it has.
Root (1/5): Im glad your card made it to finals honestly, it deserves some recognition, since u basically brought up this overlooked concept to light and many ppl took it and made cards of their own (especially in the other competition). But as i said before, im sad that your card is in no way balanced and thus will most likely not win. But again, good job bringing this concept to light, im sure we will see more of similar cards in upcoming weeks :)
Lord Victor Nefarius (5/5): DAMN! Amazing card, amazing flavor, good good good! :) The final form, after a bit of rebalancing, looks like a very solid card that will cause a mild nuisance for your opponent (and u), but no game breaking damage. Good job ;-)
Impossible Question (0/5): Im sorry, but damn do i hate "cant remove" secrets. Been done many times before and it just doesnt speak to me, other ppl seem to like it, so gj for making finals, but i do not like cards like these at all.
Pepe (4/5): I like the ability, its creative and interesting and shouldnt be too strong, given there aint that many adapt options for druid and u have to spend extra resources to even activate those premium adapt options. But i mean having it on Pepe is kinda cheap ... i would have liked this card to be good for the effect, not for the memes.
Animus (1/5): Nice flavor, but like ... this seems crazy. Basically almost all your spells will turn into Meteors or mini-Meteors (in terms of power, some kinda literally ... guess this card was why Hex was nerfed hahaha :P). This card gives such an insane value ... i dont think this would be healthy.
Tracker's Bow (3/5): 4/2 is a bit too good imho, considering the power of the deathrattle. I guess making another 3/2 or 2/4 weapon for hunter would be awkward, but it would be more balanced. Also as said before, kinda overused effect in these competitions.
Millhause Megastorm (1/5): Not a fan of this card, since it has almost "no" downside. Aggro doesnt rly benefits from this and in more control oriented matchup, u play this when in or near fatigue war to mitigate the value it grants to your opponent, seems a little too strong, considering u can negate the downside in most games.
Keeper Remulos (5/5): Simple, yet interesting. Provides value. Good card.
Eldritch Tome (3/5): Interesting card, looks like (probably) weaker Divine Favor for aggro mage. I have mixed feelings about this one, could be good, could be bad.
High Priestess ishanah (3/5): Another card i have very mixed feelings about. I want to say its ok, but is it? Your opponent would no longer be able to kill your big minions other than in one turn or with hard removal, since u could just full heal it with your hero power. This card would be pretty broken in arena, tho being a legendary, we dont rly take that scenario into consideration, but just sayin :D
Krizz Coppperwizzle (3/5): Yet another card i dont know what to think about :D i mean u are obviously the 1st one to benefit from it, but i suppose after one turn, it kinda resets the "draw state" doesnt it? So, is there a point to it other than "denying" your opponent one draw?
Silas Darkmoon (1/5): Cute idea, definitely would be interesting for some brawls probably, but as it is, its basically a deck attack, so no from me.
Nightbane (1/5): Hell no! It looks like a good idea, but this would be so broken lol ...
Friendly reminder that posting on page 1 is generally considered a bad thing. While the early exposure is nice, sometimes many cards will have so many upvotes that it completely warps the scoring for those cards. As a result, not a single card on page 1 made it to the finals.

A card's final score is determined by the number of valid entries on the page, the total number of upvotes on the valid entries of that page and the number of upvotes your card has to determine its final score. Because lots of cards on page 1 had so many upvotes, the scores for other cards were shaped up in a weird way to where the final scores of the cards would not match the scores on cards on future pages. Cards on future pages tend to get less exposure because page 1 is normally the first a lot of people see and later entries get less time for people to look because of the time they're posted. If I posted my card on literally any other page, I probably would've made it but because I posted on page 1 where the scoring was skewed because of the copious amount of upvotes on the page and other cards, I didn't make it because they would hog up some points in the final scoring. The page you post on is generally pretty important to your overall score. So much as posting your card on a different page can mean the difference between having the highest scoring card in the competition and missing the finals.

I think what I said came off wrong. I wasn't defending Farseer Nobundo. I think you made good points and I changed to vote against it because of it. I think Farseer Nobundo would be balanced if you could only play one card from the top of your deck each turn. But I don't think Root can be balanced.
