I personally also agree that Sen'jin Tamer should've been disqualified, or at the very least not made it to the finals. How it even got 1 vote is kinda beyond me. I can see MANY people accidentally conceding the game with this thing on board. In addition to that, I don't know if it's actually functional since the button is disabled during your opponent's turn, meaning you wouldn't be able to concede during your opponent's turn. Also, what would happen if you brought up the concede menu during your opponent's turn? Would the End Turn option simply not be there? Then there's what happens when it's affected by Time Warp. How would this work?
I'd also like to ask what the purpose of Lord Walden is? Isn't swapping a minion's Attack and Health 5 times fundamentally the same as swapping it once?

You use it to abuse Aura buff mechanics. Swapping a 4/4 minion's Attack and Health once with a Stormwind Champion on the board will make it a 5/5, so swapping it 5 times would make it a 9/9! You would probably see it used in Murloc decks for Murloc Warleader.
Aside from my own entry, I like Sacrificial Lamb (Livesage and I clearly walked down a similar path this week) and Unstable Illusion (for being one of the very few truly unique entries this week).

I have to admit I'm pretty salty on missing the cut by 1 vote and only because I was on the same page as Sen'jin Tamer, which is a ridiculous card, if not for the dumb mechanic, then for the fact that there is no "concede button." If someone plays this card, then the other person has to go into the game menu to the end their turn every turn, which is really more of an annoyance than anything.
Ling-Geist and Sen'jin Tamer really should have been DQ since they are useless gameplay-wise. And woo-hoo. Wild Card slot!

If the minion was buffed by Flametongue Totem/ Dire Wolf Alpha, then the minion would permanently gain those stats. For example, a 1/1 token with the Alpha buff would go 1/1 - 1/2 - 2/2 - 2/3 - 3/3, finishing as a 4/3 when you include the Alpha buff. Obviously the Totem, or Abusive Sergeant buffs would be more dramatic.

I disagree that Ling-Geist should be disqualified. It isn't in any way a troll entry, it's just a card that is a joke. Just because a card's effect doesn't 'do' anything doesn't mean it's a troll card. I really love the pun name =/
Sen'jin Tamer is a super grey area. Technically, it has an effect that does something to the game. Would they ever print a card like this? Hell no. Do I think it deserves to be disqualified? Maybe. But I couldn't see any real issue with it, tbh. It might as well be a vanilla 3 mana 2/5 that sometimes loses you the game.

Well, this week turned out very differently than i was expectin actually, the theme looked rly interesting and simple, but simple it was not in the end.
Here we go then:
Sacrificial Lamb (2/5): The effect is most likely way too strong, guess card like this could push midrange/control hunter, but i still feel like it provides way too much value for the cost.
Cursed Deal (0/5): For 3 uses of your hero power, u get a spell, that heals u for 30-ish hp and gets your opponent to (mby) single digit, seems fair.
Eya the Drifter (3/5): This has been done several times before, guess ppl still like the effect and the balance of the card is fair for what it does. Not very exciting for me tho.
Ling-Geist (1/5): Joke entry #1, cute, but thats about it.
Forge Rager (3/5): Interesting approach to the mechanic, tho it should have probably be warrior or paladin class card, not neutral.
Molten Elemental (3/5): I like the idea of it, but not the execution. After some discussion, it would seem it wouldnt (shouldnt) provide the extra value i thought it would, so that makes the card better. If it didnt have taunt, then it would be fine, but as it is now, it provides craaaaazy value. It is at least a 12 HP taunt with 6 attack on the first go, even if u kill it in one swing, it will still swap stats before it dies and will be 0/6 ... or will it? How would this actually work if u overkilled it? -3 hp becomes 0 Attack?:P Not sure if it would work within current games mechanics as intended.
Sen'Jin Tamer (1/5): Joke entry #2, a pretty funny one, but thats about it.
Fragile Dummy (4/5): Better than Molten Elemental, similar, but not the same. Could still provide a bit too much value when buffed, but at least it doesnt suffer from the potential switcheroo issue and added value when "killed".
Protect the Pack (4/5): I am actually very torn about this card, dont know if its too weak, too good or just right. The downside to this card is obviously the randomness, but u can negate that with deckbuilding and actually turn it into an advantage. Not sure.
Repurpose Weapon (4/5): Yeah, i expected something like this to pop up, it is a good mechanic that i can totally see being added one day, tho i imagined it more as a warrior card, but that doesnt rly matter, rogue is fine too. Cute combo with Envenom Weapon ... im just little sad about the art, its rly not good.
Lord Walden (3/5): I like the concept, i think its funny and cool, tho it feels like the effect (even tho it is heavily reliant on other cards) should cost more than just one stat short of a vanilla 3-drop. Also it might be kinda broken in shaman, like u can go 1-drop, Flametongue Totem then this and BAM.
Unstable Illusion (3/5): I wanted to say how good this card is until i saw taunt ... I think it might have been fine(-ish) without it, tho any T2(coin)/T3 scenario as a 6/4 or 4/6 would be quite insane, even more so with the taunt.
Arcane Dance (3/5): This feels a little too strong, since u actually get the "discounted" spell right away, i made something kinda similar myself, but i balanced it (or justified it), by not guaranteeing the draw. With this u actually can make a minion heavy aggro/tempo deck and forge it to give u like 0-5 cost Pyroblast rather consistently. 2x Arcane Dance, 1x Pyroblast + 1x Frostbolt for example. But who knows if such a deck would actually work or if the cheap pyro would actually be broken given the rest of the deck.
Anyway, GL to all of u and CG to making the finals! :)
i understand joke cards are fun and have made it to and won these competitions before, but there's just so much with this card that wouldn't work, no real thought was put into it. I'll be just as upset if it wins as everyone was when "Pepe" won the beast druid competition
