Personal comment: It card might be OP. This concept comes from Power Overwhelming and might use in late game Zoolock or Control deck to restore health by sacrificing the minions on board with end game power.
First off it does my heart good to see your first impulse was to design a Warlock card. I love Warlock and people don't seem to design fan Warlock cards as much as for some other classes from what little I've seen here so far. =P
I love the principle but it seems pretty busted, yeah. xP
What breaks it I think is the imp summoning. Consider Bloodlust, which is similar in that it gives all your minions +3 attack, but no health or Lifesteal and only for the turn. Your effect is more than double AND lasts forever, which on its own could warrant the mana cost and possibly more. Basically if you have a board to speak of, this card single-handedly either wins you the game (as Bloodlust often does) or at leasts resets the board and your life total. I think the deathrattle is the weak link here (or strong link???), and honestly you could probably justify a negative deathrattle with an effect that powerful. I might suggest a deathrattle that does 3 damage to your hero, and perhaps a lower mana cost. Or keep the mana cost and the imp summoning to make up for the lost life. In either case it's basically a "if I can get more than one attack/trade off these guys, I gain a health profit"; otherwise you lose the health you gained. Becomes swingier maybe, but implements the Warlock trademark of tradeoffs and high costs.
Also keep in mind that summoning imps that die at the end of turn is equivalent to having no effect at all, because the imps can't attack the turn they're played. You'd have to give them charge (to let them act on your turn, but this would probably be totally broken) or taunt, so they protect you if it's your opponent's turn.
Again I love the principle though. With cards like Cho'gall and Bloodbloom, even Medivh, the Guardian, Warlock really needs more high-cost power cards like these. The only ones we really have most of the time are board clears like Twisting Nether and DOOM!, which feels like a lame thing to play in that way (to me anyway). The class also needs more big domination tools that, again, do more than just damage the whole board.
I agree with Axle here, it can be pretty busted in zoo, and maybe even bad in some kind of zoo that runs Bloodreaver Gul'dan— aside from the fact that you'd have to give the Imps Charge, it really should read "Give your minions +3/+3, Lifesteal, and "Deathrattle: Summon a 2/2 Imp that dies at the end of the turn." If the Imps were 1/3s with Taunt it might be a better card for delay and control, though.
Personal comment: A 6-cost legendary For Mage. To make elemental mage deck being competitive and unique, I designed a card to transform the weak token into the powerful spell. Sometimes, you have to play all your Flame Elemental to against aggro decks.As a result, I give him a bonus ability to make your spells and hero power having lifesteal.

In all seriousness, while I have lost to facehunters, I don't hate aggro decks like everyone else seems to (though I prefer playing midrange) and this seems like a cool design. The effect might be too strong for the cost, though. You can't help the cost because all secrets for a class have that cost, but take for example cards like Counterspell or Mirror Entity, which can be played around by playing something different; there's no way to play around this other than to simply never play your taunts. However, letting an opponent break it by playing a non-taunt is too weak.
You could perhaps make it something like "Whenever your opponent plays a minion, draw a card. If it has Taunt, draw another one." Or if you want to keep it being "uncounterable", perhaps make it do the Tracking effect; only one card, but perhaps the exact card you want.

I think this needs more wording to clarify that the hero has to be damaged; Enrage is a minion keyword, and even on a weapon I would assume it applies to the weapon's durability, not the hero's damage. Either is a great effect though.
I love this card in the wake of the nerfs. Creates some really interesting interactions for both players. =)
You might use it on your Velen, Malygos, Blood of The Ancient One or another minion. you will get a double aura effect. of just destroy a big minion of your opponent. 4-Cost for not making the insane combo be that simple and easy.

I think with this 3 cards, a new type of mage will form.
Using Medivh's Desire and Primordial Glyph to duplicate Aegwynn's Hope,
Then using Aran's Hope to generate spell damage to kill the opponent.
