This card can be really good if you have the right legendary but it relies on RNG.So i think its not that OP.The original character/card comes from Pokemon.
Some explanations: This card can get any text no matter what.Like taunt, divine shield, lifesteal. It can evet get some better texts like Rotface's,Moorabi's and Ysera's texts. If the player selects a Legendary minion with a battlecry, it will get its text but it wont Trigger. Also mention that this card can not discover wild Legendaries if played on standard mode.
Greetings citizens of Innistrad! Do you fear the massive onslaught of the monstrous aggro decks? Do you wish for a guardian who will inspire a more defensive play-style and more strategical mana-expending plays? Do you want an angel with strong heart and Health to synergize with thy Priest's holy buffs? Well look no further than...
"I'll make Liliana Vess pay...1 mana."
Original Card:
From MTG:
MTG to Hearthstone: Creatures (Minions) can't attack unless they pay 1 Mana. It's quite a good anti-aggro card in MTG, and its effect would work wonders in Hearthstone. It has 3 power (Attack) and 5 toughness (Health).
This card was featured in MTG's most recent core set "Magic Origins", which revolved around the beginnings of 5 main characters within MTG's lore. This particular card shows up in Liliana Vess's story, which takes place in Innistrad (which is basically Gothic Horror world with Zombies, Vampires, Ghosts, Werewolves, etc.).
Why Does This Card Have Weak Stats?
If you attack with a minion while Archangel of Tithes is on the battlefield, it's the equivalent of making all the cards in your hand cost (1) more that turn. That's pretty much a reverse Fire Plume Harbinger, who also loses 3 stats when comapred to a vanilla 2-drop (2/3).
If you have 6 mana and play a 6-drop, you can't attack with any minions that turn because you have no mana to pay with. Conversely, if you attack with a minion while you have 6 mana, you can't play a 6-drop anymore. That's a pretty strong Frost Nova.
This is given to a class with healing and buffs. Divine Spirit does wonders with this card.
Lyra the Sunshard is a 5 mana 3/5, yet it sees play in the same class.
Why settle for just value, when you could have eternal value?
Original cards, from MTG:
I thought the interaction between these cards was pretty cool, and pretty similar to how quests work. Plus, the Amonkhet expansion and the eternalize keyword (exile a minion from your graveyard and summon a 4/4) fits pretty well with what Priest is currently doing with Eternal Servitude, Shadow Essence and Obsidian Statue, so here's a quest for that deck.
A moderated stat minion, but, who knows, it completely wrecks aggro and small taunts by a lot of reasons! Druid has some very big minions, do you want to remove a small menace, but you fear of loosing damage. No more! Play Wreckasaurus, and the excess damage is dealt to the enemy hero! More Knuckle San- oh wait, wrong class :3.
For example, your Tyrantus attacks a Boulderfist Ogre, since the attack of Tyrantus is 12, and the Ogre's Health is 7 (depends on ACTUAL health), 12-7=5, and then you deal 5 damage to the enemy hero AND you destroy the Ogre, very usefull and versatile, right? (Also works well with himself if you let it live)
ATTENTION! Company!: Multiple Wreckasaurus won't multiply the excess damage.
I've never done one of these challenges before, but I played a lot of Yu-gi-oh before I played Hearthstone, so I figured I'd give it a shot.
This cute little tour guide will show your other demons out to the battlefield, provided they're small enough. Like its namesake, Underworld Tour Guide can only summon a very limited amount of demons. I think an effect like this translates pretty well, and this card would fit right in a traditional kind of Zoo that runs a lot of demons. Since the demon that comes out is silenced, you're purely getting the stats on the board, so discard synergies won't work if you only run Malchezaar's Imp, which I think balances it out. This also prevents any shenanigans with future 1-cost demons that might come out in the future.
When I used to play Yu-Gi-Oh I one of my most favorite cards in the game was Destiny Hero Diamond Dude. This card does something very unique which can be easily implemented in Hearthstone. Discarding cards off the top of the deck has been done before (Gnomeferatu) and this card is a high risk high reward RNG card. It can potentially cast Lay on Hands for free, or maybe just discard your Tirion. I made it Paladin because it fits the Paladins theme of enforcing justice just like the Destiny Heroes do in Yu Gi Oh. Also, because the paladin spells have a wide variety of range and effects so the spells you can get can be small like secrets or something very destructive like Avenging Wrath. It's four mana because it is a four star card in Yu Gi Oh and it's stats in my opinion are fair for an effect like this.

Let's cook a minion:
It works similar to Build-A-Beast except it's not exclusive to beasts. The cost is 3 mana since it's somewhat similar to drawing 2 cards.

Always loved paying all your health for a cool guy.
Life is short, Stunt it!
