I've created many cards for a while. But this is my first time posting one of mine in Hearthpwn.
In World of Warcraft:
Fires a Black Arrow at the target, dealing (520% of Attack power) Shadow damage over 8 sec and summoning a Dark Minion to taunt it for the duration.
Why am I wanted to created this?
Sylvanas is one of my three fav wow characters (Other than Jaina and Arthas) so......
I think Hunter class is focusing on Beasts and Traps a little bit too much for me. (Thankfully that Professor Putricide is the first non-beast hunter class legendary minion ever created. But that's make players focus on secret more right?)
And I think hunters deserves more attention on Arrows, Early removal or cards for control decks (Control hunter players are pretty rare this day, Many ppl play Face, Secret, Midrange instead)

It was "2/2 Skeleton with Taunt." at first. But many of my friends think it was a bit too overpowered. So I nerfed it a bit.
I think it is a solid card, and I also agree it would be nice if Blizzard focused on other things than beasts for the Hunter Class. However, your card faces one major problem: the 3 mana slot. In Hunter it is a highly occupied slot with a lot of strong cards: Animal Companion, Cloaked Huntress (in case the deck has a secret focus), Deadly Shot, Eaglehorn Bow, Kill Command, Rat Pack, and Unleash the Hounds and while I like your card it needs a lot of support that it does not have at the moment as hunter plays a more tempo based style than your card offers.
And don't take this as a criticism of your card but rather a criticism of how one-dimensional hunter is. :-)

I couldn't agree with you more. Then again, Hunter has always been one-dimensional and I doubt Blizzard plans to change that anytime soon.
As for the card, I think it's an almost great card, but that 3-mana cost is holding it back a little bit. It should just cost anything but 3 mana (with proper scaling, of course). Maybe a 2-mana or 4-mana version would suffice, but that's just me.
Maybe make it (2) mana with summoning conditioned by killing a minion?
Either way, the card is cool, and i like the marksman design.
I also agree that Hunter is too much about beasts, but i disagree about secrets. Actually, secrets are too inconsistent to be a reliable Control tool, and they should improve them in that direction, at least with stronger synergies (Putricide just adds RNG)
Hunter is one of the few classes that actually doesn't synergise too well with secrets. Mages have so many things that do well with secrets and paladin has Hydrologist which is one of the main reasons why Murloc paladin is a thing.
Hunter secrets are very meta reliant and are easily manageable if you're ahead and it is very easy to get ahead of a hunter since its only catch up mechanism is unleash the arcane explosion. Would love to see more cards independently good, bow being an example but it is hardly spectacular.
The card iself is solid ... tho givin it to hunter, who has already oversaturated 3-cost slot in pretty much every deck ever is whats a bit questionable for me, other than that, good card ;-) Also a small note, mby it would be better to give it a KFT emblem, since it summons a skeleton and all that so its within the "dead-undead" theme ;-)
What about a 2mana, deal 3 damage, summon 2/1 taunt? Dealing 3 damage to anything is worth 1.5 mana aka Lightning Bolt and the Tournament Attendee or whatever from The Grand Tournament was a 1mana 2/1 taunt. Combining two cards that are (almost) never played can make a card that's played in every Hunter deck?

So u think just cause it would be a class card, it can deal 2 more dmg and have taunt over Blowgill Sniper? yeah, i think not.
Yes, it's better than a classic card. But it can be nerfed quite easily. Just add either "To a minion" or "If you don't have any minions on the field, summon a 2/1 taunt". This might make it a better control-tool. It would also be useful in arena, since it counters Vicious Fledgling

Would definitely help beating the Lich King later this week if rumours at to be believed!
